Dear Distinguished guests, may Allah bestow upon you the blessing of His obedience, Assalaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakatuhu

((وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنْكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخلِفَنَّهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ))

"Allâh has promised those among you who believe and do righteous good deeds, that He will certainly grant them succession to (the present rulers) in the land, as He granted it to those before them." [TMQ an-Noor: 55]
The Prophet (saw) said:

«ثُمَّ تَكُونُ جَبْرِيَّةً، فَتَكُونُ مَاُ شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ، ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا، ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةٌ عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ»

"Then there will be an oppressive monarchy as long as Allah wills, then he will eliminate it if he so wills. Then a Khilafah "Caliphate" on the way of Prophethood will prevail." (Extracted by Ahmad and Al Tayalsi)

My brothers and sisters, I like to begin with the promise of Allah of Istikhlaf (receiving the power), and the glad tidings of the Messenger (saw) of the return of the Khilafah "Caliphate" after the oppressive rule that we live under... I begin with hope before the pain that befell the Islamic Ummah for more than ninety years, in 28 Rajab 1342 AH corresponding to March 1924 CE when the colonialists Kuffar led by Britain at the time and their agents from the Arabs and Turks, were able to demolish the Khilafah "Caliphate". This decision was issued in the second session held by the Ankara parliament on Monday the third of March 1924, and the meeting lasted from 3:25pm until 6:45pm and ended with the issuance of this fatal decision to the Ummah; the abolition of the Khilafah "Caliphate"... The irony is that the vote for the decision was through a show of hands rather than by a secret ballot! All of this was under an atmosphere charged with fear that makes voting by show of hands, revealing the voters, which is a very dangerous matter! Since that black day and the Islamic Ummah suffers in life and its position among the nations:

After the Muslims were one Ummah, one state, and one Khilafah "Caliphate", the Muslims became torn to over fifty countries or statelets... and after our Constitution was rulings legislated by the Lord of humans, our Constitution is now legislated by humans ... and after Muslims opened lands and spread goodness throughout the world and were the leaders of worlds; Muslim lands became reduced from its edges rather from its core! Jews who were marked with humiliation and wretchedness have occupied Palestine, land of Isra' Wal Mi'raj, not only this, but the rulers of the Muslims recognize the Jewish state and are holding diplomatic relations with them! .. And after the Khaleefah led an army to rescue the oppressed woman who cried, "Wa Mu'tasimah!" He avenged her from those who mistreated her and he opened Amuriyah, which is close to Ankara today, since then Muslim women all over the world are oppressed and their sanctities violated, and none of the rulers in the Muslim countries rescue them. After the countries used to seek support from us, as France did when they asked the Khaleefah Suleiman the Magnificent to help release their captive king, now we resort to the Kaffir colonists to solve our issues ...

Thus, dear brothers and sisters, Muslims are surrounded with calamities and tribulations and engulfed by killings before them and behind them; and they are in a dilemma! This is not because of their small number or the lack of supplies, but because their shield has been removed, the Imam, the Khaleefah is a shield fought from behind and is protected by.

«...َإِنَّمَا الإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ...»

"Verily the Imam is but a shield, is fought from behind, and is protected by."

Bukhari narrated it in his Saheeh, and with the demise of the shield and Protection Muslims became without guardianship and protection, but they are controlled by rulers who do not fear Allah, only interested in their colonialist masters' benefits, oppressing and controlling people.

((وَسَيَعْلَمُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَيَّ مُنْقَلَبٍ يَنْقَلِبُونَ))

"And those who have wronged are going to know to what [kind of] return they will be returned" [Ash-Shu'ara: 227]

The Khilafah "Caliphate", my brothers and sisters, is the source of Muslims' glory and their power, and this is known by the leaders of colonialism, and this is why Curzon said in the British House of Commons when the Khilafah "Caliphate" was demolished, "The issue is that Turkey is wiped out and will not have any influence, because we have eliminated its moral force: Khilafah "Caliphate" and Islam." Because they know this, they were not satisfied with the demolition of the Khilafah "Caliphate" only, but exert every effort to prevent its return once again, and so they launched a fierce war against those working for its restoration. Therefore they were furious when they heard about the launch of Hizb ut Tahrir sixty years ago, and that the party took the issue of the return of the Khilafah "Caliphate" as the Ummah's vital issue. Therefore they relentlessly fought against it and their agents too with all the evil methods, their arsenal of calumny, arrests, and torture leading to martyrdom and long prison sentences, but they failed and the Hizb remains standing kneeling only to Allah... And finally they fought it; the colonialist Kuffar took advantage of crimes of some Islamic movements, which declared Khilafah "Caliphate" not according to the Shariah, and carried out un-Islamic actions of slaughter, burning, vandalism, and destruction ...the colonialist Kuffar took advantage of the crimes of these movements, and focused on them, and they ferociously show them on screens, to frighten Muslims that the Khilafah "Caliphate" they want perpetrates such heinous crimes, so that people hate the true Khilafah "Caliphate"...

Nevertheless as they failed with previous methods, they will fail this time too, InshaAllah. People are aware of the legitimate Khilafah "Caliphate", and they can distinguish between it and the alleged Khilafah "Caliphate", the true Khilafah "Caliphate" is not unknown. It is a distinctive system demonstrated by the Messenger of Allah (saw) followed by the guided Khulafaa after him. The Khilafah "Caliphate" is not an empire nor a monarchy, it is not a presidential or parliamentary republic, nor a dictatorship or democracy, not following Allah's legislation, nor any kind of man-made systems, but it is the Khilafah "Caliphate" of Justice, and its rulers are Khulafaa, imams, people fight behind them and are protected by them ... It is a Khilafah "Caliphate" that protects the blood, safeguards the honour and preserves the wealth, and fulfills contracts of protection for Dhimma and takes the bayah willingly and by choice not by oppression and coercion, people migrate safely to it, they do not flee it in panic ...

My dear attending brothers and sisters, O people of sight and insight, O men of understanding, O the ones who feel the pain as a result of the loss of the Khilafah "Caliphate", the shield and protection of Muslims ... Remove yourselves of this great sin, and work to resume the Islamic way of life on earth by re-establishing the guided Khilafah "Caliphate" state, neglecting it is a great sin, except for those who work for it, the Messenger (saw) says:

»ومن مات وليس في عنقه بيعة مات ميتة جاهلية»

"And whosoever dies without having a Bay'ah upon his neck (i.e. without a system of Bay'ah existing), he dies the death of Jahiliyyah."
Narrated by Muslim, that is the allegiance of a Khaleefah who is established legally, so move your men and your women and your people to work diligently and honestly and faithfully, to establish the Khilafah "Caliphate", truly it is a great triumph.

In conclusion, I would like to remind you and assure you: I remind you that this city, Uskudar which your conference is being held was the first success of the conquest of Constantinople, and is where the armies that were sent by the Khaleefah from Asia where launched from to the conquest of Constantinople, they camped here and then they departed from its port to the corresponding port on the European side to invade and besiege Constantinople. This was repeated many times until Allah (swt) blessed Sultan Muhammad Al Fatih with this great success as the Prophet (saw) said:

»لَتُفْتَحَنَّ الْقُسْطَنْطِينِيَّةُ، فَلَنِعْمَ الْأَمِيرُ أَمِيرُهَا، وَلَنِعْمَ الْجَيْشُ ذَلِكَ الْجَيْشُ»

"You will open Constantinople, its Ameer is the best Ameer, and its army is the best army." (Narrated by Ahmad). And I assure you that your brethren in Hizb ut Tahrir are firm on the Haq, working hard to achieve Allah Almighty's promise and the glad tiding of the Messenger (saw) of the return of the Khilafah "Caliphate", they do not fear anybody but Allah, and they follow the path of the Messenger of Allah (saw). And your brothers are nearly reaching the objective with the permission of Allah (swt), they will be, and you, shaded under the Raya Al ‘Uqab, the banner of the Messenger of Allah (saw), and so the Khilafah "Caliphate" will shine on earth, and spread safety and security and justice in the lands of Islam.

((وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ * بِنَصْرِ اللَّهِ يَنْصُرُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ))

"And that day the believers will rejoice * In the victory of Allah. He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful" [Ar-Rum: 4-5]

And the final conclusion, I congratulate you for your conference, may you have the Barakah of Allah, and start in the name of Allah... I ask Allah (swt) that this conference will yield good and blessed fruits bringing glory to Islam and Muslims, and humiliate the colonialist Kuffar.

The Chief Minister of West Bengal, India, Mamata Banerjee has visited Bangladesh on February 19, 2015 on a three-day courtesy trip at the invitation of the Government of Bangladesh to strengthen bilateral relations between Bangladesh and West Bengal.  At a press briefing the day before, Bangladesh Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed their hope to settle the long pending Teesta River water sharing pact and ratification of the land boundary agreement with India during Mamata's visit.

Comment:

Mamata Banerjee's visit has been portrayed as a crucial one by the Hasina government, intending to trick the Bangladeshi people into thinking that the visit would settle the pending water sharing and land boundary pacts between India and Bangladesh. But the fact of the matter is that historically India has always been a fierce enemy to Bangladesh's national interests and has never cared about these issues. A false hope has deliberately been created for Mamata's visit in much the same way it was created during the then Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's visit in 2011. We all know that back then Mamata pulled herself out of Manmohan's entourage at the very last minute in protest of the Teesta water sharing agreement to win over West Bengal's public opinion on her side.

Back in 1975 India first constructed the notorious Farakka Dam on the Ganges River and since then has constructed many dams and kept diverting water supply from the upstream of 50 out of 54 international rivers flowing through India to Bangladesh, causing ruthless sufferings to Bangladeshi farmers. Such cruel one-sided withdrawal of water has brought about havoc to growing crops on thousands of hectares land in northern Bangladesh. And not only the agriculture, but Bangladesh's water-based biodiversity, habitation and fisheries resources are also facing extinction as Teesta and many other riverbed turns into desert-like sandy zone during the lean seasons. Nevertheless, Mamata has always been adamant on her anti-Bangladesh stance and, all of a sudden, there is no apparent reason for her to risk her political career by being sympathetic towards the Bangladeshi Muslims while going against the public opinion of her constituency especially before the coming state election.

Had she really been serious to settle these issues, she would have brought technical experts on water resources along with her 39-member delegation; rather that was mainly a cultural delegation full of dancers, singers and actors of West Bengal. Moreover, there was no separate agenda on Teesta and Land Boundary agreements during her 3-day visit and she rather talked about those deals while attending a cultural program indicative of the level of seriousness both Hasina and Mamata had about settling those issues. The prominent Indian newspaper "The Hindu" stated that Mamata had been invited by Foreign Minister A.H. Mahmood Ali to attend the historic occasion commemorating the Bengali Language Movement of 1952. Moreover, Mamata also kept a group of West Bengal-based businessmen in her delegation team to pave the way for them in Bangladesh more lucratively. Hence, unsurprisingly, Indian delegates got what they had expected while Bangladesh got another round of false promise by India with no explicit timeline to resolve the illusive deals. So this cunning maneuvering by Mamata in cahoots with Sheikh Hasina was nothing but to fulfill their political agenda.

We call upon the Muslims of Bangladesh to work actively with Hizb ut Tahrir to establish the rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" that can only protect the resources of this noble Ummah. The political work of Hizb ut Tahrir has gathered momentum and victory of Allah is very near for the believers, insha'Allah and with the promised Khilafah "Caliphate" state Allah (swt) will bring humiliation to the disbelieving and polytheist states and their lackeys.

((يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنْ تَنْصُرُوا اللَّهَ يَنْصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْ))

"Oh you who have believed, if you support Allah, He will support you and plant your feet firmly." [Surah Muhammad: 7]

Horse-Trading Democracy

The PML-N and PTI have been shuttling between the Pakistani opposition parties, since the arrival of former President Zardari on 26 February. This shuttling is to get their consensus on the proposed 22nd Amendment that would force party members to vote for their party candidates and for the ballot to be done in an open manner rather than the secret ballot that has characterized past senate elections. The PPP and JUI-F have opposed the proposed amendment, whereas the MQM has championed it arguing that it would end horse-trading in the senate elections.

This so called political crisis is further evidence of the corrupt politics in Pakistan and how the political class jostles around to ensure their interests are not harmed. It was not long ago when all the political class agreed to the 21st Amendment that brought into being military courts albeit with the stick of the real ruler of Pakistan, the military but now the same political class is once again in disarray unable to decide on the procedure of the senate elections. One may argue well it's a good proposal by the PML-N to make the elections open, transparent and force party members to vote for their candidates blocking the possibility of horse-trading, with candidates paying huge sums to ensure they are selected into the senate. However a scratch of the surface will reveal how the PML-N and PTI have information that there is a possible revolt in the ranks of both parties with the senate elections giving the prime opportunity to register ones dissent by voting for a candidate from another party, thus weakening one's own party and leveraging the other. To preempt this PML N and PTI have been eager to force through this amendment to ensure party loyalty and the PPP and JUIF have been waiting to capitalize in the elections, with its candidates likely to benefit from the dissent from its competitors.

Even if the amendment is passed, it would not stop horse-trading as what would happen now there would be candidates purchasing the backing of their respective party leaderships and party members instead of those from other political parties, meaning that the corruption would still continue and fester in the political system. The only way to end this horse-trading would be to end the horse which is democracy that since its inception in Europe after the enlightenment period has served the interests of the capitalist class that has been able to dominate political proceedings and open the door for vested interests to penetrate the political system to serve their own interests and to throw crumbs to the people, such as elections, a media, and some financial investment in infrastructure, education and health to create an impression that they somehow care but in reality the amount they bleed from the political system is way excessive compared to the amount they pump back into the people.

This has been the story of Pakistan with capitalists and vested interests hijacking the system and using it to serve their own interests. The PML-N, PPP, PTI, MQM and others have benefited themselves and allowed capitalists to benefit such as the Manshas and Lakhanis that profit at the expense of the people that sink into ever more hardship. So the solution to the corruption is not an amendment to the constitution but for the horse being democracy to be thrown out and for a new political system, the Khilafah "Caliphate" to take its place that puts the people first before capitalists and vested interests, that distributes wealth rather than monopolize, that gives ownership of the natural assets to the people and not to private interests, that breaks monopolies allowing enterprises to breathe, that protects the market from the dumping practices of global capitalists and importantly provides insaaf (justice), where the rich and poor can seek their rights in a fair and efficient judicial process that does not favour the rich or impede the poor.

Democracy Will Always Attract the Corrupt, Just As Filth Attracts Flies

Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan has again accused main political parties of being part of "undemocratic and corrupt designs" to rig the coming Senate elections. In his usual acidic tone, Mr Khan hit out at the ruling PML-N and JUI-F and opposition PPP for what he called returning to their traditional ways of politics which involved buying and selling of votes. "It has become evident that the government was never sincere to end horse-trading by bringing in a constitutional amendment as it is also reflected in Nawaz Sharif's trip to Saudi Arabia at this crucial time," the PTI chief was quoted as saying in a terse press statement issued by the party's media wing on 2 March 2015.

As usual, PTI is missing the point and proving yet again that it has no agenda for real change. No constitutional amendment can ever change Democracy from being a system for the corrupt to get richer. The corrupt swarm around Democracy like flies around filth because in Democracy man is given the right to make law according to his whims and desires.  Democracy always guarantees excessive privileges for the elite in power and gross deprivation for the people. Democracy links authority with sovereignty, so those elected to power, have the right to make law according to their whims and desires. This ensures that the law-makers are able to amass immense wealth for themselves and their associates by manipulating laws in their favor. Wherever Democracy exists, small elites have changed law to ensure their private ownership of the sources of great wealth, whether it is electricity, oil, gas, minerals, large-scale industry and arms manufacture.

As for America, the global standard-bearer for Democracy and the master of Pakistan's regime, the concentration of wealth in the hands of a few under Democracy is glaringly evident. On 9 January 2014, the New York Times reported that, "The median net worth for lawmakers in the House and Senate was $1,008,767 - up 4.4 percent ... according to the analysis, conducted by the nonprofit Center for Responsive Politics, which examines the influence of money on politics in Washington." And on 4 December 2013, the US President lamented, "And the result is an economy that's become profoundly unequal, and families that are more insecure... Since 1979...our productivity is up by more than 90 percent, but the income of the typical family has increased by less than eight percent. Since 1979, our economy has more than doubled in size, but most of that growth has flowed to a fortunate few... The top 10 percent no longer takes in one-third of our income - it now takes half." So if this is the state of Democracy in its homeland and leading advocate, what can Pakistan expect from Democracy, even if it continued for another seven decades, without interruption?

Armed Forces Must Be Mobilized to Close Indian and American Embassies

The 180th Corps Commanders' Confe­rence was held at the General Headquarters here on 3 March. Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Gen Raheel Sharif chaired the conference. According to ISPR, the forum dwelt at length on various professional matters. The commanders also undertook a comprehensive review of operational preparedness and the internal and external security situation of the country, including progress of the ongoing Zarb-i-Azb operation.

In 2013, traitors in the military leadership ensured that the Pakistan Army's India centric doctrine was revised and now defines internal threats as the greatest risk to the countries security. India is no longer seen as a threat to our security, and America's so-called war on terror, which is a war on Islam and Muslims, is the primary focus for the Pakistan Army. This revision is made at a time when America desperately seeks to establish a permanent military presence in the region, camouflaged by a limited troop withdrawal. The Green Book declaration is a conclusion of the strategy adopted by the US since 9/11 to re-orientate Pakistan, its role in the area, and the role of the Pakistani armed forces. The US objective has been three fold: 1. To ensure that the Pakistan army is engaged in a perpetual war within its own borders. 2. To change the Indian centric focus within the army, in order to enable the rise of India as a regional power. 3. To use the army as a way of policing the Ummah in its quest for the return of the Khilafah "Caliphate".

The Khaleefah will treat hostile non-Muslim states on a war stance. These are nations who have occupied Muslim Land or other acts of similar aggression. The Khilafah "Caliphate" will focus the resources of the Ummah upon liberating occupied Islamic Lands, such as Kashmir and Palestine. It will also diminish the threat from the hostile states by ending the presence of all their bases, embassies and personnel within Muslim Lands. It will sever all political and military contact with hostile states, who use such contact to order and forbid their agents within the military and political leadership and fish for new ones. As in the past, the Khilafah "Caliphate" will not compromise on this matter, even if it would take decades to achieve, such as the liberation of Masjid Al-Aqsa from the crusaders.

Raheel-Nawaz Regime Seeks to Strengthen the American Occupation of Afghanistan

Pakistan's ambassador to Washington, Jalil Abbas Jilani, told reporters at a Monitor Breakfast Tuesday, on 3 March 2015, that the country has seen heightened militant activity along its border as US troops have drawn down in eastern Afghanistan. Hints from senior Obama administration officials that the United States could put off the planned end-of-2016 military withdrawal from Afghanistan are viewed positively by neighboring Pakistan, the country's ambassador to Washington, Jalil Abbas Jilani, told reporters at a Monitor breakfast Tuesday.  A slowing of the timetable for withdrawing US troops from Afghanistan "would be viewed very positively in Pakistan," given the increased militant activity the country has seen along the border as US troops in eastern Afghanistan have drawn down, Ambassador Jilani said.

The Muslims of Pakistan, including their armed forces, have great respect for noble mujahideen who bloodied the occupying Soviet Russia's nose, such that it never dared to return again to Afghanistan, just as the Muslims of the past forced the complete withdrawal of the British Empire's troops in the past. However, the traitors in the Pakistan's military and political leadership are strengthening the hands of the Western colonialists, just as the back-stabbing Mir Jafar and Mir Sadiq did in the time of the British Raj. Politicallly the Raheel-Nawaz regime is providing justification for Obama to delay the partial withdrawal, ensuring tens of thousands of "Raymond Davis" security contractors as well as thousands of regular troops remain as an occupying force. Militarily, the regime is turning its guns on the mujahideen rather than standing shoulder to shoulder with them against the occupying Western troops.

The Muslims are in dire need of the Khilafah "Caliphate", shield of the Ummah, which will gather the Muslims as an effective force against enemy occupation.

Only the Khilafah "Caliphate" will Unify the Muslim States as One State

The Foreign Office said on 6 March that it supported the Ummah's unity and had no sectarian or racial considerations in relations with countries in the Muslim world. Foreign Office spokesperson Tasnim Aslam said, "Pakistan always stood for the unity of the Muslim Ummah. We do not look at Muslim Ummah through sectarian, racial or ethnic prism."

The current regimes are feeling the pressure from the Ummah which has adopted Islam and its Khilafah "Caliphate" as its call. So, the regimes are forced to pay lip service from time to time regarding the unity of the Ummah.

However, only the Khilafah "Caliphate" will practically realize the aspirations of the Muslims, ending division on sectarian and ethnic grounds. As Hizb ut Tahrir has adopted in its Introduction to the Constitution, Article 189, Clause 1, "The existing states in the Islamic world are considered to be part of one land and therefore they are not included within the sphere of foreign affairs. Relations with these countries are not considered to be in the realm of foreign policy and it is obligatory to work to unify all these countries into one state."

The Khilafah "Caliphate" is returning soon inshaaAllah and it will work from the moment of its establishment, whether in Pakistan or any other place, to abolish the false borders between Muslims, imposed by the colonialist enemies and maintained by their agents. Then the Ummmah will be as it is mandated in Islam, a single Ummah, with a single state, ruled by a Khaleefah, with a single armed forces, a single currency and a single Bayt ul-Maal.

It was reported on Friday, 27/02/2015 CE that by an overwhelming majority of the German parliament has approved the aid extension to Greece for four months ... Does this mean that the Greek crisis has ended, and that Greece will remain a member of the European Union without hindrance? Also it was noted that the United States is interested in keeping Greece in the European Union and to solve its problems. Obama said during the peak of the crisis, in an interview with CNN on 01/02/2015, expressing "his hope that Greece remains in the Eurozone", and said that "it requires compromises from all sides". He added, "The best way to reduce the deficit and restore durability lies in the achievement of growth". What is the motive for this American declared intervention in the crisis in Greece? Jazak Allah Khair.

Answer:

To get a clearer view we will present the following:

1. Greece recent financial crisis began to appear at the end of 2009, after the eruption of the global financial crisis in America, the head of capitalism, and included Europe and the rest of the world which is subject to the capitalist system. It engulfed Greece in April 2010, and subsequently, on 23 June 2010, the Greek Government formally requested from the European Union and the International Monetary Fund to launch a bailout program that includes loans to help Greece to avoid bankruptcy and debt defaults. The interest rate on Greek bond rates increased as insurance rose on these bonds against default. As a result, all were raised to high rates due to investors' fears of a "lack of Greece's ability to meet its debts, with a high budget deficit and mounting public debt rate in addition to the weak growth in the Greek economy". This crisis has threatened the euro and its region, and therefore the European Union as a whole, and floated the idea of Greek exit from this economic region. However, Europe has decided to provide assistance to Greece in return for implementation of economic reforms and austerity measures aimed at reducing the deficit in the public budget. Noting that, the current program of the so-called reforms was due to expire in February 28 this month. The agreement was not decisive in its content but it delayed the explosion, as has been said.

2. The package offered to Greece since 5 years ago is estimated at 240 billion euros, while the Greek debt currently amounting to 323 billion euros; broken down as follows: 60% of this debt is due to the euro zone, 10% to the International Monetary Fund, 6% to the European Central Bank, 4% to Greek banks, 1% to foreign banks, 1% to Greek Central Bank, 3% Other loans and 15% Treasury Bond. The Eurozone necessitates the achievement of a budget surplus of 3% after the payment of interest on loans. Greece does not have the ability to achieve this, but the Greek finance minister says his country is no longer bound to this condition according to the latest agreement, and Germany and the zone did not issue any explanation in this regard. The austerity policy that was imposed on Greece in recent years has led to an ongoing state of economic recession during the past years, rising in the unemployment rate to 27%, and bankruptcy of about one third of the special projects. Thus, Greece has been living under the austerity program since 2010, and the European Financial debt-servicing rescue has lost more than 200 billion euros of the loans made so far, to rescue the banks and hedge funds payable to Greece, particularly the French and German banks. These loans have been provided by the European Union, the International Monetary Fund and the European Central Bank in exchange for Greece's commitment to austerity measures. This means that the EU reimburse for its banks the money that it lent to Greece with high usurious interest rate at the time the Greek citizen has lost the confidence of his country's economy. For example, 18 billion euros have been withdrawn since last December and 500 million were withdrawn on the 18th and 19th of this month. All of this indicates the seriousness and the corruption of the so-called capitalist bailout plans, as they are drowning and not rescuing, and fatal for the country and the people...

3. Germany was the most hardliner state on the issue of the Greek crisis and rejects debt relief. Thus, Germany was a top negotiator and was leading the talks, to the extent that the talks have been described as Germany-Greece talks. Therefore, the news reported that the agreement was not made through the real negotiations between ministers of 19 countries in the Eurozone and Greece; instead, it was through negotiations between the German Finance Minister and his Greek counterpart in the presence of officials from the International Monetary Fund and the European Central Bank. This has allowed the current anti-European Union movement in Britain to intensify its criticism of the bloc and described it as a club dominated by Germany, which seeks to take control of Europe. Germany began to feel it is the European Union financial leader because it is Europe's strongest economy, and all extend their hands out to it and show their need to it and to its help. Germany does not want to compromise the issue of the Greek crisis because the contagion will move to Portugal as a first stage, and in the late stage to Ireland, Italy, Spain and other EU countries that suffer from similar problems. These countries are subject to the rescue program and apply the policy of austerity which Germany imposed on behalf of the Union. And so, if Germany compromised with Greece, those states will begin to abandon the policy of austerity that burdens their citizens. Therefore, the German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble, a hardline opponent of the idea of exempting Greece from debt said, "There would be no payment of new funds to Greece until the conditions of the deal had been met", and said, "Greece's leftist-led government would have a difficult time" (BBC 21/2/2015). Greek government spokesman Panagiotis Agrafiotis said, "Greece and Germany have reached an agreement on the extension of Greece's bailout loan program for four months", and, "There has been an accord between the institutional partners, Greece and Germany" (Al-Quds 20/02/2015). And finally, after the Greek government pledged commitment to the program without any reservations or conditions, the European Parliament or, rather the German Parliament, agreed on 27/2/2015 on the extension of the deadline for four months... Schaeuble has stressed that the current agreement "is not about new money, it is not about changing the program" (London-based Al-Arab, 28/02/2015). Schaeuble has sought the reassurance that this is never about "giving new billions to Greece" or amending the terms of the current program. The European Commissioner for Economic Affairs Pierre Moscovece has urged Athens to "respect its commitments to its European partners and the International Monetary Fund". 4. As for the position of France, which is the leading state of the European Union alongside Germany, French President Francois Hollande described the agreement as "a good settlement for both Greece and its creditors" (BBC 21/2/2015). The French Finance Minister, Michel Sabin said, "Athens agreed at the end to stay under creditors' supervision, but there will be work of different nature, there will definitely be a political action, pointing out that the Greeks no longer want to meet experts" (FPA, 21/2/2015). The agency added, "If Athens sticks to its commitments, it stands to receive up to 7.2 billion euros in funds still left in its 240 billion euro bailout ($273 million) from the EU and the International Monetary Fund. Greece is keen to turn the page on austerity but Germany, the guarantor of the strictness in European budgets necessitates that Greece continues to purge its finances and move on structural reforms".

5. As for the American's stance was clear from it the public intervention in the subject. Thus, the US President Barack Obama said in an interview with CNN on 01/02/2015, commenting on the financial crisis in Greece, standing by it and criticizing the position of the European Union, said, "You cannot continue to pressure countries in recession" and added "at some point there must be a strategy of growth in order for these countries to be able to repay their debts and reduce some of their deficits". He acknowledged that "there is no doubt that the Greek economy was in urgent need of reforms." He also said, "These changes are very hard to achieve if the people's living standard has dropped by 25% - this cannot be sustained either by the Greek society or the political system." Obama expressed "the hope that Greece will remain in the eurozone" and said that "this will require compromises on all sides" and criticized the European austerity policy, and said, "When the economy is in free-fall, you need a strategy of growth, not just pressuring a population that is suffering more and more". He added, "The best way to reduce deficits and restore fiscal balance lies in growth". The US President was speaking several days after the leftist Syriza party won the Greek legislative elections that took place on 25/1/2015 and nearly a month before the end of the European rescue phase for Greece to give a clear signal to Europe that it stands beside Greece, and criticizes Europe in order to pressurize it to keep Greece within EU and exploits its support for it against the Union. America wants to keep Greece within the European Union, so that this Union continues suffering from crises and cracks and remains a fragile union threatened to collapse.

6. As for Greece itself, in which new left-leaning government, led by Syriza party, swept to power last month, it wants to stay in the European Union. The Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras has praised the agreement, saying, "The government had foiled a plan by "blind conservative forces" in Greece and abroad to bankrupt the country at the end of the month", i.e. when its European bailout had been scheduled to expire. He added "The agreement with the European Union leaders to extend Greece for four months will end the unpopular austerity measures in the country, however, the government still faces difficult challenges", claiming that "the agreement cancels out austerity". However, this agreement came in exchange for concessions, including its commitment to identifying the so-called reforms in two days. He said, "The government would now focus on negotiating a new reform blueprint with Greece's creditors by June" (AFP 21/2/2015). The Greek government has requested the extension of funding for Greece for a period of 6 months to be able to provide reforms plans for four years. "The Greek government it had averted threatened cuts to pensions and tax hikes, and had persuaded its European creditors to drop unrealistic budget demands." The Greek Finance Minister deemed the agreement a first step in a long path, and added "nobody is going to ask us to impose upon our economy and society measures that we don't agree with... We now have a new framework, but we respect the previous ones. We are becoming co-authors of the reforms that we want to implement, which we are going to dictate." On his part, German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble said, "as long as the programme is not successfully concluded, there will be no payment." (Euro News 21/2/2015) This was before Greece agreed on the terms of the program and then Germany agreed on the extension.

7. As for the British stance, the British Finance Minister George Osborn described the current situation in the dispute between Greece with other partners in the euro zone as "a risk to Britain's economic stability, and called for the need for the Eurozone countries to find a common solution to ward off a full-blown crisis". Adding, "in this stand-off between the Eurozone and Greece is the risk of a full-blown crisis, which will do real damage to the European economy and is a risk for Britain" (Sky News, 20/02/2015). Britain wants the European Union to remain for as long as it can take advantage of it and does not constitute a danger to it. Especially that the whole Western world is suffering from a full-blown financial crisis, the collapse of the European Union at this time will be a strike, and perhaps a fatal one, for the capitalist economy as a whole. It, i.e. Britain, wants the EU to remain in order to compete with America and be able to use it in its hidden struggle with America and to prevent the latter the hegemony in world's politics.

8. We conclude from all of this the following:

a. The European Union is a fragile union, because it is not founded on a political decision and it is not a single political entity, for there is no one centralized administration to run it. Rather, it is a group of states which agree on certain positions and situations and differ in others, and its major forces are competing for its leadership and for imposing their will on it. Especially if we know that it is based on interest, since it adopts the capitalist ideology that makes interest a basis and a measure for actions. And that they are nation-states seeking to achieve sovereignty over others, because this ideology approved nationalism and did not resolve it, hence it was unable to integrate the people who believe in it into one pot. Accordingly the European states and in particular the major states, are competing on the sovereignty of the Union countries; Germany seeks to achieve it, France is seeking a prominent role besides Germany, and Britain is seeking to use the Union to compete with America, so that it benefits from both sides.

b. America is trying to permeate and influence the EU countries, and is working to beat the Union, and to undermine it so as not to become a single political unit with an influential force globally. It also seeks to drop the euro, so it does not continue to be a global currency rivaling its currency, the dollar. America exploits the Union's crises and its problems and discredits its solutions in order to degrade its ability so it remains the leader of the capitalist world without rival. Thus, it exploited the crisis in Greece, and is working to flirt with the leftist government in it and attract it. It also defends its staying in the Union so that the Union remains fragile eroded by crises. And it will work to exploit it and encourage it to take positions in the face of the European Union and to make Greece a weakening or cracking factor for the Union, and the Union faces the risk of falling.

c. Germany is working to preserve the Union and the Eurozone and to strengthen them and has almost become the prominent voice. It is the primary beneficiary; since its financial institutions are the ones profiting; as they lend to Greece and other European countries and recover these funds with profit. Hence it moves the economy in its financial institutions of banks, funds reserves and insurance companies. It also works to strengthen its influence in it. It has currently become described as the world medium superpower. France is the second beneficiary along the lines of Germany and is working to strengthen its international role in the Union. Britain, which is monitoring the situation as if it is not a member of it; it does not work to strengthen it and neither seeks to drop it down; instead it is working to take advantage of it and exploit it.

A. And so the competition will remain between the major countries in the Union, and the conflict continues between the Union and the United States which seeks to undermine it, and fragment it, if it could. And seeks to drop the euro as a world currency so that its green paper, which is not worth the ink it is printed with, stay the world currency, plundering through it the resources of the world and funding its military apparatus to ensure its world dominance as the leader state that controls the world.

d. Thus, it is proving, once again, that capitalism is a false ideology, its economic system is corrupt, its solutions are dangerous, and its consequences are disastrous, for it does not address the diseases, rather it is working on soothing them, so the problems continue to exist and the diseases remain chronic. Thus, Riba, which it adopts as a basis for the transactions and loaning, is a destructive burden on the debtor. Moreover, the debtor country that issue Treasury bonds to borrow money with Riba must insure these bonds, hence paying large extra sums in exchange for insurance. Consequently the burden increases on the borrowing state and this does not rescue it, rather it continues to suffer deficit in the budget and in the ability to repay the debt and keeps it under the control of the creditors! And keep its citizens living in hardship and misery as a result of being forced to apply the austerity policy. And Greece, which this talk is all about, is the most prominent example of this. For all the solutions to its crisis, as indicated above, are at best relievers for a period of time and then soon explode, and so on ... for the fact of the matter that Greece has lived for four centuries in the affluence of living, stability, security and safety under the rule of Islam.
