((وَمَا نَقَمُوا مِنْهُمْ إِلَّا أَن يُؤْمِنُوا بِاللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَمِيدِ))

"And they resented them not except because they believed in Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy." [Surah al-Buruj: 85:8]

We stand today outside the embassy of Uzbekistan. We stand outside the representatives of the government of Islam Karimov, the ruler of Uzbekistan. Karimov, hates Islam and hates those who call others to Islam. So his regime has arrested, tortured, assassinated and imprisoned tens of thousands of Muslims in Uzbekistan. And for the last two decades, amongst them, we have seen mass arrests of members of Hizb ut Tahrir since the emergence of the work of the party in that noble Islamic land. While the world knows that the Hizb does not undertake violent actions when calling people to re-establish the Islamic way of life and the Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashidah, yet he has continued to fight the party and has now detained over 8,000 from the party. The dictator Karimov knows this, but his hatred of Islam made him spiteful and hostile so he fights all who call to Islam, especially if the call is political.

Karimov does not only order the imprisonment of sincere Muslims who call for Islam, he has also ordered the courts to issue them with harsh punishments. Recently his regime arrested 70 Muslims; and some imprisoned on charges associated with Hizb ut Tahrir that include:

-        Ahrar Bin Muhammad Jan Abdalrahmanov, a teacher at the School of Economics - 6 years imprisonment

-        Ilham, a hospital pharmacist - 10 years imprisonment

-        Ali Sher Muhammad Jan Mu'ammar Zaiev, a Services worker - 10 years imprisonment

-        Zumurrud Bint Issa Jan Omarkolova - mother of three children - 6 years imprisonment

In addition, those who are released after their sentences are sometimes held in jail as a way to pressure them to stop them working with Hizb ut Tahrir and calling for Islam after their release. Many refuse seeking the pleasure of Allah (swt) instead of obeying the tyrant. Many in the jails are tortured to death and many scholars and sincere Muslims from different groups are arrested and assassinated as part of Karimov's fight against Islam. Subhan'Allah, despite all this, we continue to witness the steadfastness of these Muslims. A steadfastness that shows Karimov that the believers will not be turned away from Islam.

Despite the brutality of the Karimov regime, western governments like the US, UK and others consider him an ally in their so-called war on terror - a war against Islam. They also now consider all who peacefully call for Islam and for the re-establishment of the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashidah and the implementation of Shariah in the Muslim lands as terrorists, a threat to the whole world, so they support various tyrants who are fighting, torturing and killing such people. Will they succeed in this mission? No! Allah, The Almighty, The Truthful says:

يُرِيدُونَ أَن يُطْفِؤُواْ نُورَ اللّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَيَأْبَى اللّهُ إِلاَّ أَن يُتِمَّ نُورَهُ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُونَ * هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَى وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ

"They want to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah refuses except to perfect His light, although the disbelievers dislike it. It is He who has sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth to manifest it over all religion, although they who associate others with Allah dislike it." [At-Tawba: 32-33]

So do not be afraid, O Muslims in Uzbekistan or anywhere in the world, Allah is with you, and despite the efforts of the tyrants and their supporters, the Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashidah will be re-established in the Muslim lands by Allah's permission.

Despite Karimov's brutality, despite support for him from various world leaders, we see the Muslims and dawah carriers standing firm in Uzbekistan. This reminds us of the story in Surat al-Buruj in the Qur'an where Allah (swt) reminds us of the people of the ditch who were persecuted simply for believing in Allah (swt). They stood firm and endured patiently and secured a handsome reward and the pleasure of Their Lord (swt) - the wish of the believers.

Karimov feels that the love of Muslims in Uzbekistan and in the world towards Islam is increasing and their Islamic sentiments are growing stronger. This has angered and scared him so he seeks to stem this tide through intimidation, brutality and assassinations. But will detention, torture and murder change people's concepts and convictions? No, it will not! That might silence some of them reluctantly, but it fuels in their hearts the determination to change oppression and the oppressors, this insistence is infectious and is kindled in the hearts of the relatives, neighbors, and acquaintances, and spreads across the country and all over the Muslim lands. We see members of Hizb ut Tahrir and the members of most of the sincere Islamic movements exercise beautiful patience and challenge the injustice of the oppressors, and they will continue to be part of the caravan of the struggling believers who are certain of Allah Almighty's victory.

Allah (swt) says:

﴿إِنَّا لَنَنصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْأَشْهَادُ﴾

"Indeed, We will support Our messengers and those who believe during the life of this world and on the Day when the witnesses will stand" [Ghafir: 51]

What is our role?

1)    Those of us here and in the wider Muslim Ummah must raise awareness about Karimov's brutal fight against Islam. We must talk to other Muslims about his torture and persecution of the believers so that they are aware and to have the desire to help their brothers and sisters in Uzbekistan.

2)    We must make dua for our brothers and sisters in Uzbekistan and elsewhere. We ask Allah (swt) to strengthen their resolve, shake their oppressors and grant His victory soon.

3)    We should support the political work for the re-establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashidah so that the Muslim lands once again witness the justice of Islam.

Just as the Muslims in Uzbekistan overcame the oppression of the Soviet state against Islam, so one day soon, they will overcome Karimov's brutal fight against Islam - inshaAllah. The Dawah carriers in Uzbekistan have firm belief that Allah's help will come to the believers and that is why we continue to witness their steadfastness, dignity and courage. We are with you and we pray for Allah's victory soon. Wassalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatahu

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Alhamdulillah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah...

Dear brothers and sisters, dear people, dear distinguished audience,

While the Western world is preoccupied with its problems and its Euro-American conflicts, it turns a blind eye to the crimes of governments that are loyal to it, that would not have occurred without its blessing and utter silence over those terrible crimes that take place every day against thousands of the repressed and oppressed.

We are talking about what is happening in a country in this modern age on planet Earth that you live in! We are describing the criminality that is happening in this century, and not in the Middle Ages! We address the politicians and the governments of the West, that support the actions of this criminal with their silence, because we see that they stand like idols, mute and motionless! What is wrong with these politicians? Are they the human beings or are we no longer human beings!!?  They slaughter and kill us in the name of terrorism and for the sake of defending their positions and chairs, we do not hear a word of truth from any member of Parliament or from a free press as in the past centuries and eras!

Has the time for your freedoms expired? Did you abandon the human rights which you pounded our heads with for so many years? Or are these rights for certain human beings and do not include those that we came here to address you on their behalf? Yes, we came to speak on behalf of Osman and Farhad, on behalf of Aisha and Zulfiya, on behalf of the mother who was kidnapped by Karimov's forces and was never returned. And in the name of the tall, strong, and highly intelligent man that Karimov wanted to silence by any means but did not succeed; so he cut off his limbs while still alive. And on behalf of the children who knew nothing but terror and fear from the time of the tyrant Karimov, and on behalf of the women who Karimov tirelessly and relentlessly unleashes his dogs on them in the market to remove their Khimars (headscarves) of purity and chastity, which infuriates him and his evil daughters.

O politicians who chant lies that only you believe, we ask you here in front of this Embassy of the criminal Karimov, if this was your mother, your sister, or your wife, that Karimov had robbed her of her life, would you have remained silent?

O journalists in which you broke your free pens and forgot about your responsibility of your profession, and kept silent over the injustice and darkness in that sad country, would you have kept silent if the one killed was your son, your brother or your father?

O world that surrendered its fate to the so-called Security Council - instead it is the Fear and Terrorism Council - and lost its consciousness until such a criminal, the dirty communist, Karimov, controlled our fate and us.  Isn't it time that you rebel against the oppressors as the people of Andijan did after they saw no way out?  The butcher met them with slaughter and killing in a terrible massacre that would not have happened without the backing of the countries of the world, especially America, Russia and the European Union to this criminal.

O people, in this era of revolutions and changes that all your governments are unable to comprehend, does your government still wish to control us with iron and fire? And to govern you! What are these abnormal mindsets that have not yet comprehended the changes that have taken place in the world?

While we stand here, a victim falls every hour in Uzbekistan, whose only crime is wanting to live a decent life and refuse to be like cattle, but their executioner Karimov prevents them because he is an insane criminal who does not see his survival except in the death of others.

O people, do not be shocked. Karimov is not the only criminal, and not the only one who kills his oppressed people, but it is your governments in America and Europe that provide him with the means for power. They provide him with weapons and instruments of torture and murder, and provide him with what is more dangerous than weaponry: a full media blackout, in order to kill and torture in the dark, and take lives without accountability.

Therefore we say it loudly and openly: The generations that sacrificed rather have been sacrificed in order for others to come and carry on their work, and expose the criminals and remove their hands so that security and safety prevails and shields everyone, and here we are - members of Hizb ut Tahrir - we have come from all over the world to say that we are Muslims- we are one Ummah, we do not accept oppression and injustice. Either you remove this criminal in Uzbekistan otherwise the inevitable change will come. Just as the Muslims erupted in the Arab Spring as a result of your support for the criminal rulers in Libya, Tunisia, Egypt, Yemen and Syria, thus our Ummah will not rest and will not be silent until these tyrants and criminals are removed from power, headed by the criminal Karimov, and that he and his backers are tried in the courts of the Ummah. Likewise, the best lesson for you is what is taking place in the Ash-Sham, for you to heed. Therefore, no sane person can stop the shift of change for it is from the laws of the universe, Allah (swt) says:

((وَلَوْلَا دَفْعُ اللَّهِ النَّاسَ بَعْضَهُمْ بِبَعْضٍ لَفَسَدَتِ الْأَرْضُ وَلَكِنَّ اللَّهَ ذُو فَضْلٍ عَلَى الْعَالَمِينَ))

"And if it were not for Allah checking [some] people by means of others, the earth would have been corrupted, but Allah is full of bounty to the worlds." [Al-Baqara: 251]

O sensible people everywhere, the authoritarianism, repression and severe persecution of Muslims in Uzbekistan, shows that the regime does not fight only certain individuals or certain Islamic groups, but is working to destroy the whole of Islam there. In this war on Muslims, a million from the intelligence services and interior ministry staff are involved, as well as the heads of local assemblies that are formed on the grounds of taking care of the citizens, and the army, as well as setting up guards in every village to maintain security there. If the tyrant took notice from the conduct of the tyrants who preceded him, he would have learned that there is no benefit in his criminality because no matter how high he gets, he is doomed to fall. Pharaoh was above Moses (peace be upon him) and then fell to an awful end, him and all his soldiers, and Caesar prevailed over his people and subjected them to the worst of torment until Allah (swt) shattered his empire and the legend of the Persian State ended. The Byzantines prevailed and oppressed their people, Allah (swt) ruined them at the hands of Muhammad Al-Fatih and the good, security, and tranquility prevailed. Gaddafi prevailed for four decades over his people and he tortured them, hence Allah Almighty avenged them, and humiliated him and ended his legend. Here we are today living in a time that we follow like a dream at the end of the legacy of a tyrant no different from Karimov, where we see Bashar al-Assad fading away from the map of Ash-Sham slowly until Allah delights the hearts of the oppressed, in these last days of the tyrant while he falls and decays. If the criminal Karimov was to take heed, he would have done so from those who preceded him of whom he witnessed, but Allah (swt) refuses until His (swt)  Light is complete, and to humiliate the criminals to avenge the oppressed, until they are an example for those who take heed, the people of intellect. Then Allah (swt) will give the victory for the oppressed in the land and restore their usurped power; this is the undoubted promise of Allah, He (swt) says:

وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنْكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لِيَسْتَخْلِفُنَّهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمْ الَّذِي ارْتَضَى لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْنًا يَعْبُدُونَنِي لَا يُشْرِكُونَ بِي شَيْئًا وَمَنْ كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمْ الْفَاسِقُونَ

"Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, [for] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me. But whoever disbelieves after that - then those are the defiantly disobedient" [An-Nur: 55]

Finally, I direct the following words to our people and our loved ones, the heroes and heroines in Uzbekistan, who we have learned lessons in steadfastness, sincerity and sacrifice from them, we say to them what the Lord of the Worlds in the noble Qur'an says:

وَلَا تَهِنُوا وَلَا تَحْزَنُوا وَأَنْتُمُ الْأَعْلَوْنَ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ * إِنْ يَمْسَسْكُمْ قَرْحٌ فَقَدْ مَسَّ الْقَوْمَ قَرْحٌ مِثْلُهُ وَتِلْكَ الْأَيَّامُ نُدَاوِلُهَا بَيْنَ النَّاسِ وَلِيَعْلَمَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَيَتَّخِذَ مِنْكُمْ شُهَدَاءَ وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الظَّالِمِينَ

"So do not weaken and do not grieve, and you will be superior if you are [true] believers. If a wound should touch you - there has already touched the [opposing] people a wound similar to it. And these days [of varying conditions] We alternate among the people so that Allah may make evident those who believe and [may] take to Himself from among you martyrs - and Allah does not like the wrongdoers." [Al-i-Imran: 139-140]

O heroes, you are thorns in the eyes of the enemies of Allah (swt) and the enemies of Islam. None of the enemies are able to break you because you are people of Truth, and the Truth is Allah Almighty, we and you are one Ummah to the exclusion of other people, and victory descends on those who are on the right path like you as He (swt) says:

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ قَالُوا رَبُّنَا اللَّهُ ثُمَّ اسْتَقَامُوا تَتَنَزَّلُ عَلَيْهِمُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ أَلَّا تَخَافُوا وَلَا تَحْزَنُوا وَأَبْشِرُوا بِالْجَنَّةِ الَّتِي كُنْتُمْ تُوعَدُونَ نَحْنُ أَوْلِيَاؤُكُمْ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ وَلَكُمْ فِيهَا مَا تَشْتَهِي أَنْفُسُكُمْ وَلَكُمْ فِيهَا مَا تَدَّعُونَ نُزُلًا مِنْ غَفُورٍ رَحِيمٍ

"Indeed, those who have said, "Our Lord is Allah" and then remained on a right course - the angels will descend upon them, [saying], "Do not fear and do not grieve but receive good tidings of Paradise, which you were promised.  We [angels] were your allies in worldly life and [are so] in the Hereafter. And you will have therein whatever your souls desire, and you will have therein whatever you request [or wish]. As accommodation from a [Lord who is] Forgiving and Merciful." [Fussilat: 30-32]

So stand firm, may Allah make you steadfast, the victory is in your perseverance, and that the strength of the Muslim is the pure thought and the behavior which is restricted by the Shariah rulings; and thus by this you have exhausted your enemy and you have baffled your predators, and this is a glad-tiding from Allah (swt) that the victory is near. Hizb ut Tahrir which has taken the issue of resumption of the Islamic way of life and the return of our Ummah as one under one leadership that the enemies have removed from us for more than nine decades, has taken this as a vital issue and it is carried by its members men and women strictly and in full  accordance to the method of the Prophet (saw). They will not tire and will not relent from the diligent work of the adoption of the Ummah's interests, and the intellectual and political struggle with the West and with the rulers of darkness, without undertaking any material actions that is forbidden by Al-Mustafa (saw) before the establishment of the state, which is the wish of our enemy to make us fall into the trap of the invention of terrorism.

Indeed, we will not rest and will not settle, except with the establishment of the Islamic State, the rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" State on the method of our beloved Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. Its dawn is imminent, we can smell its fragrance and feel its breeze, so be patient O people of Uzbekistan, be patient, our time is the dawning of the Khilafah "Caliphate", is not the dawning near?!

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا يُنْفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ لِيَصُدُّوا عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَسَيُنْفِقُونَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ عَلَيْهِمْ حَسْرَةً ثُمَّ يُغْلَبُونَ وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا إِلَى جَهَنَّمَ يُحْشَرُونَ * لِيَمِيزَ اللَّهُ الْخَبِيثَ مِنَ الطَّيِّبِ وَيَجْعَلَ الْخَبِيثَ بَعْضَهُ عَلَى بَعْضٍ فَيَرْكُمَهُ جَمِيعًا فَيَجْعَلَهُ فِي جَهَنَّمَ أُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْخَاسِرُونَ

"Indeed, those who disbelieve spend their wealth to avert [people] from the way of Allah. So they will spend it; then it will be for them a [source of] regret; then they will be overcome. And those who have disbelieved - unto Hell they will be gathered. [This is] so that Allah may distinguish the wicked from the good and place the wicked some of them upon others and heap them all together and put them into Hell. It is those who are the losers." [Al-Anfal: 36-37]

Wa Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakatuhu

In the name of Allah who guided us to the Straight Path, and honored us with the great Islam, and promised us succession to authority and empowerment! And peace and blessings be upon the master of the first and the last, Muhammad, his family, companions and those who follow him in righteousness till the Day of Judgement!

I greet you dear brothers and sisters on behalf of the Muslims in Central Asia, Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh.

Today we are gathered in front of this building in which the representatives of the organized criminal group with the dictator Karimov are located; those who seized power in Uzbekistan through lies, intimidations and harassment. The conniving liar, Karimov, pledged before the people of Uzbekistan, to serve the Deen and the Haqq (Truth), but when he arrived to power he reneged his oath and broke his promise, and even more started to imprison all of those who reminded him of his promises and among them were women, elderly and children.

The crimes that I mean are not unknown crimes, on the contrary, these crimes are known to everyone. And one of these cowardly crimes took place 10 years ago in the city of Andijan.

During days like these 10 years ago, the pressures exerted by the criminal Karimov on the people, the pursuing of Muslims, the abuse by officials and the detention of businessmen and farmers, forced the residents of Andijan out into the streets demanding the resignation of President Karimov from power. This is not the first time such an event occured; it was preceded by marches and protests including many areas in Uzbekistan and not only in Ferghana Valley.

But the criminal Jew Karimov and his gang rather than lifting their oppression from the people and stop the pursuing of Muslims, he committed a heinous crime. Thus on a day like this in Andijan, thousands of protesters were shot. In the following days the authorities, similar to the fascists, went on to "clean" the city; so it opened fire on the wounded and on anyone suspected of involvement in the demonstrations wherever they were found.

We have gathered here today to remind the criminals in power in Uzbekistan, particularly the Jewish Karimov, the spiteful of Islam and Muslims:

In this world everything comes and goes like the authority that you have usurped through lying and that it owned through forgery and acquired by force for the past 25 years, so what happened?!  People live in fear. Men leave their homes and move to distant countries in search for a living, or to flee from the oppression and harassment.

This fact is similar to the first Jahiliyyah before the advent of Islam, when the evil dominated the Earth. Thus, Allah (swt) sent to His servants the Message of Islam to rescue them from the oppression and tyranny.

Takbeer!!!

Allah Almighty sent down the Divine Revelation (Wahi) whose light radiated through darkness of the Jahiliyyah, to the best of all the people, Prophet Muhammad (saw), who took the duty of carrying the Message of Allah the Exalted to all people. The Messenger (saw) gathered around him the best human beings after the Prophets and Messengers, and established a group, which through it he came out against the authority of the Kaffir masters in outright defiance.

The chief authority of the Jahiliyyah, so far from the truth and justice, began to confront the Prophet (saw) and his companions. This confrontation was not based on preventing the Dawah with proof and evidence, but took the physical nature of detention, torture and killing. Nonetheless, Allah (swt) granted victory to His Prophet (saw) and his honorable companions and enabled them to establish the first Islamic State in Medinah al-Munawwara.

Takbeer!!!

The reality of Muslims today in Uzbekistan and Central Asia is like the reality of the companions of the Prophet Muhammad (saw). Thus, the people of Jahiliyyah today are far from justice, and the owners of power led by the criminal Karimov are as well harassing, arresting, torturing and killing Muslims, the carriers of Dawah and in particular the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir. Since the beginning of Karimov's war along with his criminal gang's war against the Hizb members till today, more than 8,000 members from the Hizb are languishing in the prisons of the tyrant, while hundreds have died in the wake of the brutal torture they suffered. Hundreds of young chaste women have been arrested, humiliated and subjected to inhumane treatment, humiliation, and torture; and thousands of children have been orphaned.

When we receive the bodies of the outstanding martyrs, our brothers, the martyrs of the Deen, we always find that the bodies had been mutilated due to the torture to the extent that their families barely recognize their parents, their children, their brothers and their spouses except with difficulty. And often they deliver the bodies late at night, and they demand that the body be buried quickly. In other cases Karimov's henchmen were the ones who undertook the burial, and hand over the death certificate to the martyr's family.

O the Jewish Karimov, you and your criminal gang, this fact proves once again that your end is near!!! In the most difficult times experienced by the Prophet and his esteemed companions when the Kuffar of Quraish tortured and killed them, Allah, the Owner of Sovereignty, granted victory over His righteous servants.

Remember the fate of those who exerted pressure on the Prophet (saw) and his dear companions! What happened with Abu Lahab, Abu Jahl, Ubayy Ibn Khalaf and many others from the Mushrikeen who dreamed of victory!!! What happened to them? Allah caused them to die an evil death!!  And you too, Allah will punish you at the hands of His allies soon by the will of Allah!!! Allah Almighty says:

وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا مِنْكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَى لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْنًا يَعْبُدُونَنِي لَا يُشْرِكُونَ بِي شَيْئًا وَمَنْ كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ
