Media Release ‘Israel' Unleashes its Inhumanity on Gaza yet again

The illegitimate state of ‘Israel' has unleashed yet another brutal assault on the defenseless civilian population of Gaza. As one of the most densely populated regions of the world is bombed from the air and innocent people indiscriminately killed, the ‘international community' watches on, divided between unashamed support for the assault and meaningless calls for restraint ‘from both sides'.

In this regard, Hizb ut Tahrir Australia emphasises the following:

1. We unequivocally condemn this assault by the Jewish entity, which on a cheap pretext has resulted in the killing of over 100 people in under 3 days. Our hearts and prayers are with our brothers and sisters in Gaza and the body of the entire Muslim Ummah shivers with the pain that has afflicted them.

2. We call on Muslims to express themselves openly and strongly on this matter, to condemn this assault and to stand in support of the besieged people of Gaza. We remind them also, however, that it does not serve the Islamic cause, our cause, to respond by protesting on non-Islamic platforms, raising flags that are a direct product of the same colonial legacy that gave birth to ‘Israel', or calling upon the ‘international community', the UN, or the Australian Government, all of whom are part of the problem, not the solution.

3. ‘Israel' was created through the killing and forced expulsion of the inhabitants of Palestine. It is no more than a military occupation and as such is an illegitimate state. The solution to any unjust military occupation is for that occupation to be repelled and reversed. Thus, the solution for Palestine is its complete liberation, from the river to the sea. All other proposed solutions - one state, two states, 1967 borders, 1948 borders - are null and void and of no value. The same is true of any negotiation over Palestine and the entire façade called the ‘peace process' - a façade administered and facilitated by the greatest criminals of our time.

In this respect, the recent move by the Australian Government to designate East Jerusalem as "disputed" instead of "occupied" pales into meaningless insignificance and should not be afforded any worth by Muslims by their insisting on one label or another.

4. The Caliphate is the legitimate and proper body assigned with the implementation of Islam and the repulsion and reversal of all those entities that stand in occupation of Muslim land, be it in Palestine or elsewhere. All Muslims around the world must work for the re-establishment of the Caliphate in the Muslim world, in its capacity, among other things, as the proper means to repel the invasions that stand in occupation of Muslim land.

5. The response of western states, Australia included, to this assault is instructive though not surprising. The same states who are very loud in claiming to be the patrons of ‘human rights' and to fight against terrorism and violence watch on in silence, if not producing the cheapest of justifications for this most barbaric violence. Muslims should note this well and remind those who ask them to condemn this or that in future of it.

Press Release Hadi Al Bahra Officially Receives the Agent's Seat of his Predecessor Al-Jarba (Translated)

The opposition Syrian Coalition announced on 9/7/2014 the election of Hadi Al-Bahra, the member of the coalition as its new president, a successor to Ahmad Al-Jarba.

The appointment of Hadi Al-Bahra as a president of the coalition is considered a continuation of the role of the agent that his predecessor Ahmad Al-Jarba failed to fulfil; which is to crush the Islamic direction of the Syrian revolution, through his confirmation that Syria is civil, democratic state, and to slam the Islamic movement under what is called fighting terrorism.

The blessed revolution of Ash-Sham proved to be tough against its enemies, since the failure of the American manufactured National Coalition; this is by taming of the revolution and controlling it. Its failure was clear in both the political and military levels. Even after the passing of three years since the launch of the blessed Ash-Sham, it could not even convince the ordinary people that it is the representative of the revolution, or that it is capable of providing solutions for it.

Everyone knows that this coalition is the marketing of the American project; and that it would be the alternative agent to the criminal Bashar. Everyone knows that this coalition represent only its master, America, which planned its making, and was hasty in welcoming the election of Hadi Al-Bahra as its president. In addition to that are the divisions and disputes over imaginary post hat were put there to test the loyalties, and to achieve personal gains. This is on the political level.

As for the military level: It is clear that the coalition failed to connect itself to the mujahideen, despite the money that is pumped to buy their loyalties, and despite all the pressures exercised over them, like preventing quality weapons from reaching them. It has become therefore clear to all the mujahideen, that fighting on the coalition's side is considered as betrayal to Allah (swt), his Messenger(saw) and to the blood of the martyrs, which was sacrificed only to make the word of Allah the highest and the word of the disbelievers the lowest, through the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" Ar-Rashida that the Messenger (saw) has mentioned in  his (saw) hadeeth narrated by Ahmad in Musnad as a glad tiding for the Muslims:

«ثم تكون خلافة على منهاج النبوة»

"And then there will be Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashida upon the method of the Prophethood" Which will bring back to us the dignity and glory and we rewrite by it a new history.

O Muslim Ummah in the Blessed Land of Ash-Sham:

All plots have been eliminated due to your awareness of them, and your revolution exposes all agents, and conspirer against it, and they then fall and collapse in a deep valley. The only issue left for this blessed revolution is to surrender its leadership to the one who will steer it towards safety, so that it can be rescued from the plots of the plotters.

Hizb ut Tahrir is determined to continue the work day and night until the Khilafah "Caliphate" Ar-Rashida upon the method of the Prophethood is established. So rise with it to establish the great obligation that will bring dignity to Muslims and implement the Deen of Allah Azza wa Jal.

"And that day the believers will rejoice @ In the victory of Allah. He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful." [Ar-Rum: 4-5]

News and Comment Palestine is bombarded, yet no jihad against the Jewish entity declared by the "Islamic State"

News:

Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu has vowed to "further intensify attacks on Hamas" in the Gaza Strip. 50 Palestinians are reported to have died in the recent attack. Half of the casualties were civilians, including women and children. (Source BBC)

Comments:

The issue of Palestine has been the issue for decades. The attack on Gaza continuously happens every year. The issue of Palestine is the responsibility of all Muslim Ummah. While we have the sincere Mujahidin fighting against the cruelty of Assad regime, and a global call for Muslim to support Jihadist along Syria to Iraq, yet we don't have any state authority's declaration to send troop of armies that could help and liberate Muslim in Palestine.

The history of Khalifah Mu'tasim Billah was a good example of a Muslim ruler defending Islam, the honor of Muslim men and women.

During his time, a Muslim woman was captured by the Romans in a place named ‘Amuriyyah. They tried to dishonor her. When the Khalifah Mutasim Billah heard about the cry of the women, calling "Ya Mutasim", he was stunned and said,

"Wallahi, I will send an army that is so big that when it reaches them it will still be leaving our bases. Tell me the strongest city of these Romans and I will send the army to that city."

This was the decisive response of the Khalifah, when the honor of one of our sisters/mothers was touched.

The war against the Jewish entity as a state is not the responsibility for the group like Hamas. All Muslims should unite under the one flag of Ar-Rayah, led by Amirul Jihad, the Khalifah who declares Jihad against this enemy of Allah. The killing and humiliation to the Muslim men, women and children only can be stopped with the present of Khalifah. What more crucial for our brothers and sisters in Palestine is their life. Money can't guarantee that but the existence of Khilafah "Caliphate" will protect the safety and life of Ummah.

17th Ramadhan 2 AH was the Battle of Badr, where Rasulullah (saw) the leader of state declared Jihad against the enemy of Allah. The first war and victory after the establishment of Madinah, showed the significant present of Islamic State in the Arab Jazeera and threaten surrounding state. The month of Shawwal of the same year, there was a known story of Muslim's women being harassed by the Jews. Her cloak was pinned and stripped by a member of Jews Banu Qainuqa'. The Muslim man passing by killed the Jew. The relatives of the Jew killed the Muslim as retaliation. The Jews has breach the Covenant and then were banished.

Allah (swt) said in Al-Quran,

"Say to those who disbelieve, "You will be overcome and gathered together to Hell, and wretched is the resting place." [Ali Imran: 12]

Muslims Will Not Compromise on the Khilafah!

Recent events in Iraq have brought the subject of the Khilafah "Caliphate" to the world's attention. Media outlets, academics and commentators are falling over each other to claim expertise. This has only added to the confusion, as distorted depictions denigrating this venerable Islamic obligation have been actively promoted.

Media and global commentators have used this opportunity to once again brand the Khilafah "Caliphate" an extremist belief, and pressurise Muslims to oppose the idea of Islamic rule itself. Muslims must be clear that one can disagree with the empty declaration in Iraq and the caricature we are presented in the global media, without disagreeing with the concept of a Khilafah "Caliphate". Indeed the Khilafah "Caliphate" is central to Islam, whose rejection is a red line that Muslims will not cross; a fact evident from the Shar'i sources and unanimously agreed upon through the ages.

Ever since the Khilafah "Caliphate"'s destruction at the hands of Mustafa Kemal Attaturk in 1924, various people have stepped forward to claim its title, realising the spiritual and political resonance it has across the Muslim world; from King Farouk of Egypt, Sharif Hussein of Makkah, to the fake Islamic states of Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Iran amongst others.  Many such declarations played on weaknesses in understanding about what the Khilafah "Caliphate" represents, and thus duped Muslims into thinking that a new era for the Muslim world had finally arrived.

This has all played into the hands of those ready to demonise the Khilafah "Caliphate", by allowing it to be associated with the weaknesses and political agendas of those who claimed to have implemented something that goes by the same name, but which does not in reality compare with the Khilafah "Caliphate". To avoid this confusion and prevent Muslims from being misled once again, the Muslim community in the UK is reminded of the following:

1. The Khilafah "Caliphate" is central to Islam and Muslims must reject pressures to call it an extremist belief. We have seen many attempts to label the Khilafah "Caliphate" as a fringe or extremist ideology. However, the Khilafah "Caliphate" is the executive body that Islam has defined as the method through which the deen is implemented in society and carried to the world. Without it Islam would be a host of spiritual rites and morals, with its rules related to economic, political and social life being rendered redundant. So, Islam considers one of the main tasks of the Khaleefah is to look after the peoples' affairs, - both Muslims and non-Muslims who reside under its authority.

Allah (swt) said,

"And whoever does not rule by what Allah has revealed, they are the disbelievers" [Al-Maaida: 44]

The centrality of the Khilafah "Caliphate" is the orthodox Islamic position on ruling and governance, established in definitive Islamic sources, and implemented historically - it is without dispute amongst the classical scholars through the ages. Muslims must therefore reject calls to denigrate the Khilafah "Caliphate" as an extremist belief and treat the rejection of this idea as a red line which Muslims will not cross.

2. Muslims must reject calls for disunity along ethnic and sectarian lines. The history of the Muslims shows that, despite their differences, the serious sectarian violence we are now seeing is almost without precedent. The scale and nature of this conflict is recent - a fact not only evident to Muslims. The academic Professor Fred Haliday observed that "actual and direct conflict between Sunni and Shiah (as distinct from suspicion and communal difference) has until recently been remarkable by its absence".

The Khilafah "Caliphate" is non-sectarian and does not belong to any particular madhab or legal position, but to all Muslims. There is now a deliberate attempt by commentators and politicians to frame a sectarian conflict, but the picture is more mixed than the often dichotomous portrayal. Shortly after the US invasion, Iraq saw joint action by the various factions in Iraq, from joint Jummah, conferences and calls for co-operation, and rallies chanting "No Shia, No Sunni!"

Furthermore, Islam has proven to be the only force capable of unifying Arabs, Kurds, Turkomens and others. This is natural as Allah (swt) prohibits division amongst Muslims, when He states,

"Hold on Fast to the rope of Allah and do not be divided!" [Aal-i-Imraan: 103]

3. Muslims must be a voice against the disastrous Western policies that are destroying the world, and raise the plight of suffering Muslims. The US and British foreign policies in the Muslim world have led to everything from direct invasion of Muslims countries, drone attacks on innocents, the enflaming of ethnic and sectarian tensions, the installation and support of brutal tyrants who wreak misery over Muslims, arming despots in wars against other Muslims, to talk of the further ethnic and sectarian break-up of Iraq itself into three new states: one for each of the Kurds, Sunnis and Shiah. One should be reminded that it was only after the US invasion of Iraq that the most recent destructive trends were set on fire in the Middle East, even though the Tony Blairs' and NeoCons of this world wish to deny it.

The intervention of these western powers have brought nothing but oppression and suffering to the Muslim world. Muslims must not remain silent at the havoc that is being wreaked overseas, but rather speak-up using the best example of speech and behavior to expose the destructive nature of the West's policy towards the Muslim world and support the plight of the Muslim Ummah through their words, deeds and money, for Allah says,

"The men and women of the mu'minun [believers] are friends of one another. They command what is right and forbid what is wrong" [At-Tawba: 71]

4. Muslims must be advocates for the Khilafah "Caliphate" - it will bring stability not chaos to the Muslim world and will be a beacon for the rest of mankind. Contrary to the prophecies of doom presented by media commentators and the images emerging from Iraq of escalating chaos, the Khilafah "Caliphate" will be a stabilising force for the Muslim world. This is because it is consistent with - not alien to - the values of the people in the Muslim world. It has deep roots and the ability to work in partnership with its population, because it engages them on a common point of reference.

The loss of the Khilafah "Caliphate" brought with it an unprecedented loss of authority and leadership on Islamic issues. The resulting vacuum allowed unworthy individuals to become global figureheads for merely speaking the rhetoric of anti-colonialism and standing-up to aggression. The Khilafah "Caliphate" is the only institution Islam has sanctioned to provide leadership on Islamic issues globally.

The Khilafah "Caliphate" will be a beacon for the whole world in a state of political, economic and social chaos. It is established on divine law, not the human mind, so is immune from forever-changing norms. It is a state that enshrines the rule of law, presided by a Khaleefah chosen by the people, beside accountability through its judicial system, and the principle of consultation. It is a non-sectarian state built upon a concept of citizenship, opposing the oppression of any religious or ethnic groupings that reside under its authority.

5. Muslims must support the work for the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" in the Muslim world, an obligation of the highest order conferred on them by the Prophet (saw) who said,

«إنّه لا نبيَّ بعدي، ولكن ستكون خلفاء فتكثر». قالوا ما تأمرنا يا رسول الله؟ قال: «فوا ببيعة الأول فالأول، وآتوهم حقهم»

"There will be no Prophet after me. There will soon be Khulafa'a and they will number many." They asked, ‘What then do you order us?' He said, "Fulfill the bay'ah to them, one after the other and give them their dues", and he (saw) also said,

«مَنْ مَاتَ وَلَيْسَ فِي عُنُقِهِ بَيْعَةٌ مَاتَ مَيْتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً»

"Whosoever dies whilst there was no bay'ah on his neck (to a Khaleefah), he dies the death of Jahiliyyah", which signifies a great sin for the one who does not work to establish the Khaleefah to give bay'ah to, if he does not exist.

Muslims must challenge the false depictions of the Khilafah "Caliphate" with an understanding of exactly what it would represent. Replacing the brutal regimes in the Muslim world with a political system based on Islam that is accountable, presided by a Khaleefah chosen by the people, and draws on strong ideological commonalities with its people can only be a stabilising force for the region. The Khilafah "Caliphate" represents an alternative political vision for the Muslim world that is gathering support amongst Muslims across the globe, despite attempts at demonisation spearheaded by media commentators and politicians. Muslims must continue to support the work for Khilafah "Caliphate", a state that would undoubtedly usher in a new era for the Muslim world.

"Verily, those who conceal what Allah has sent down of the Book, and purchase a small gain therewith (of worldly things), they eat into their bellies nothing but fire." [Al-Baqarah 2:174]
