Hizb ut Tahrir strongly condemns the recent violence being perpetrated against the people of the Hindu community. We condemn in even stronger terms the government's failure to protect their blood and property, and provide them due security. We are also disturbed by reports in the media that the ruling party men are involved and in some cases leading the violence.
It is well known that under the current secular system both the Awami League alliance which gives lip service to "non-communal politics" and their partners in the ruling regime - the BNP alliance, carry out acts of repression against the people of other faiths and view them from the perspective of what political gains they can achieve from them such as their utility during elections.
It is only the Islamic ruling which can provide unfettered security for the life, blood, religion, honour and property of the people of other faiths. The Khilafah "Caliphate" is not a theocratic state for the Muslims only. Rather it is a state for all peoples and non-Muslims are treated equally as citizens of the state. They cannot be coerced to change their religion, no discriminatory policies against them can be adopted by the state nor can any type of harm be allowed to come to them. Muhammad (saw) said,
"Whosoever persecuted a dhimmi (non-Muslim citizen), usurped his right or took work from him beyond his capacity or took something from him with evil intentions, I shall be a complainant against him on the Day of Judgement."
Hizb ut Tahrir calls upon the non-Muslims citizens of the country to unite with the rest of the people in demanding material support from the sincere officers in the military to overthrow the ruling Awami-BNP regime and transfer the authority to the party to establish the Islamic ruling which will implement the justice of Islam and bring an end to the oppression of the Awami-BNP. And we call upon the Muslims to perform their obligation of seeking material support from the sincere officers so that the Khilafah "Caliphate" is established soon and we may become free of the sin of not protecting the non-Muslims citizens. May Allah (swt) protect us on the Day of Judgment when RasulAllah (saw) will be a witness against us if we failed in performing our duty to protect our fellow citizens.

"Sham Revolution - The Ummah's Revolution for Liberation"
Indeed, it is the Al-Sham, the revolution which arose from our mosques, raised the Rayah of Islam, and chanted: "It is for Allah, It is for Allah", "We don't have anyone but You, Oh Allah!" "For the sake of Allah". Its men fought fearlessly. They sacrificed themselves and their money to survive in the Heavens, not wavered by those who let them down. In the face of the Haqq, they stand formidable; visible to their enemy. This revolution persisted on its envisioned path, aware of its demand, confident of Allah's victory, placed their Tawwakul in Him. Since the onset of this revolution, Allah the Almighty has prepared men to carry out this task all the while fortifying it.
They thought that Syria will slip like the others in Tunisia, Egypt, Libya and Yemen, and they forgot that Syria is considered the best from Allah's land, with the most distinguished from His creations and slaves. They thought that they are able to make it swift, but have forgotten that these men swore in blood to make it Allah's revolution, a revolution towards the Khilafah "Caliphate" ar-Rashidah.
"فإذا كانت (الخلافة) في الشام فثم عُقر دارها"
"If the Khilafah "Caliphate" is in the Sham, then it is its abode."
We proclaim this since it is the promise of Allah the Almighty and glad tidings of His Messenger (may Allah bless him and his family). As for the secularists, who argue based on what the Shaytan promised, along with America and the colonial powers, but what the Shaytan has prepared for them is only a delusion.
One day, history will record that the Ummah's the new dawn emerged from al-Sham from anew, Inshallah. Soon this day will arrive.

Shabab Hizb ut Tahrir and their supporters from the townspeople of Assahara in demonstration expressing their determination to complete the march towards the Khilafah "Caliphate" chanting and carrying banners that express their pride for all martyrs in this sincere revolution stressing their rejection of the American initiative proposed by Muath Khateeb in an attempt to steal and to discourage the Syrian revolution, carrying banners such as "No dialogue with the killer of orphaned children ... No Dialogue with Violator of Honor... No Dialogue with the Tyrant and his Thugs" and "Whosoever carries out dialogues with the enemies of Allah ... is a traitor to Allah, His Messenger and the Believers."

Wilayah Syria: Campaign to Expose Khateeb's Treacherous Initiative
Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Syria organized a widespread campaign to expose the treacherous conspiracy Muath Khateeb designed to circumvent the sincere and authentic revolution to Allah (swt) alone which is aimed at finishing them and to empower the Kafir colonists in Syria.
The Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir/ Wilayah Syria conducted meetings with the rebels, families, and elders about the National Coalition formed by the direct oversight by America and its Ambassador Ford. On the whole, everyone met to reject the coalition formed by the Kafir West, which aims to try to control the revolution and steal from its sincere rebels in the pure Sham.

Klli, Idlib Raise the Rayah and the Banners Bringing Wrath to their Enemies
The rebels of Klli from the area of Idlib took to great protests certain that victory will to the Ummah of Islam, carrying posters calling for the Ummah of Islam for their Nussrah and placards revealing their agent-rulers' betrayal. They called for the Ummah's revolution against the oppressive tyrants.
Persevering, the beloved followers of Rasool Allah (sallahi alaihi wasallam) chanted their promised slogan "Our Leader Forever Prophet Mohammed" raising the rayat and flags of the beloved Prophet (the best of the blessings upon him). As seen before, the people of Aleppo insist on being at the forefront calling and working for the return of the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" State. It included Shabab from Hizb ut Tahrir, its supporters and the rebels in general renewing their pledge to Allah that their revolution is solely for Allah ... Refusing the negotiations with the criminal Baathist regime that the West and its allies through the coalition.
So the youth of Islam sprang forward, carrying banners and flags of the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, chanting and waving banners: "The Khilafah "Caliphate" Represents Us!" "The Coalition Does NOT Represent Us!" "Our Leader Forever, Prophet Mohammed".

Shabab al-Islam in the city of Alotarb Declare their Revolution until the Caliphate
A massive protest emerged in the city of Alotarb in Aleppo's countryside on Friday, 06 Rabii AH, January 18, 2013 where Shabab al-Islam raised the banner of Allah fluttering high in the sky, with hearts yearning for the glory of Islam under the shadow of the Khilafah "Caliphate" State, which will dignify us and humiliates our enemies. The demonstration relayed an important message that our revolution is a revolution of sacrifices, not for a civil state or a secular democratic separating religion from life, but for the Hukm of Islam. The rebelling masses in the blessed Sham vowed their hearts and souls with the most valuable possessions loudly declaring "Our leader forever ... the Prophet Mohammed" and "Our revolution is a Revolution of Islam ... We want an Islamic caliphate."

Muslim Shabab in Indonesia asked me regarding Hizb ut Tahrir in Indonesia which is officially registered with the Ministry of Government Affairs in the Republic of Indonesia. Also some people (not many) claim this matter: that the Hizb in Indonesia does not differentiate between the truth (Haq) and falsehood (Batil), God forbid.
1. What is the comprehensive answer to this question our sheikh?
2. What is the ruling on registering the party with governments in Dar al-Kufr such as Indonesia? And can you explain to us the reasoning of the evidences? The scholar Ash-Shafi'i said in Al-Umm: that the Halal in Dar al-Islam is Halal in Dar al-Kufur and the Haram in Dar al-Islam is Haram in Dar al-Kufr... We want to benefit of your knowledge, our Sheikh, may Allah grant you success and guide your steps and make you a support for the Islamic Ummah, and I ask Allah to make it in your scale of good deeds.

Wa Alaikum Assalaam Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakaatuhu
Yes, my brother the Halal in Dar al-Islam is Halal in Dar al-Kufr and the Haram in Dar al-Islam is Haram in Dar al-Kufur, but your question is related to administrative matters and they fall under the Mubah (permitted) matters, whether in Dar al-Islam or Dar al-Kufr. As the example of filing a request to acquire an identity card, or passport, or to abide by the traffic signs, or to commit to buy an airline or train travel tickets, or to commit to attend the working hours in the workplace or in University or school, or to write the list of the absentees and attendees in the workplace. All of these are administrative matters and are permitted in both Dar al-Islam and Dar al-Kufr and you are allowed to abide by them.
It is even permitted to transfer some of the administrative styles from Dar al-Kufr to Dar al-Islam. The story of adoption of the Diwan by Umar (ra) from the Romans and Persians in order to distribute the spoils is well known:
Ibn Sheeba extracted in his Musanaf from Abu Huraira (ra) That he came from Bahrain to ‘Umar (ra) and said: I came to him and prayed with him Isha Prayer, when he saw me, I gave my greetings, So ‘Umar asked: "What have you brought?" He said: "I brought you five hundred thousand Dirhams..." Upon this ‘Umar stepped up the Mimbar, praised Allah and glorified Him, then said: ‘O people! A large amount of funds has reached us, so if you wish we can divide it among you in measure or if you wish we can count it. A man from among the people said: "O Amir al-Mu'amineen! I saw the non-Arabs set up account books (Diwan), so that they can record whatever they give to people." He said: "He set up the account books and gave the Muhajireen five thousand in five thousand and to the Ansar four hundred in four hundred and to the wives of the Prophet (saw) twelve thousand in twelve thousand."
Now going back to your question: What is the ruling of registration of the party with the government in Indonesia?
What took place is under the category of providing knowledge and information i.e. to inform them of the name of the party, its method and of its work... And there is no problem in informing them with this. If we found out they accept the information without having to commit to the laws of Kufr, then we register the party as work of administration. Currently no country accepted the registration on this basis without committing to the Kufr laws except three countries: Lebanon, Indonesia, and Tunisia... Even these three, they are all looking for an excuse to withdraw the party's registration...
For your information, the sufficiency of the parties to provide knowledge and information only is a law that traces back to the Ottoman state, it was the law of parties in 1909, it requests the party just to inform them of its address and the official headquarters of the party, even if this law is still in force in Lebanon because they did not agree on the law for its replacement yet, this is why during the registration of the party this text was included: "in reference to the 1909 law of the Ottoman State."
In summary, the Haram in Dar al-Kufr is haram in Dar al-Islam, which means that the wine is haram in Dar al-Kufr and Dar al-Islam, if a Muslim drinks alcohol in a Dar al-Kufr he has committed haram...
As is the case for the permissible, if the commitment to administrative matters such as working hours from eight o'clock am to two o'clock pm is permissible in the Dar al-Islam, it is also permissible in Dar al-Kufr, and this applies to the registration of the party or the issuing of identity card or passport... But it is not allowed to register the party if there are conditions to comply with the laws of Kufr, this is forbidden, as well as it is not permitted to get identification with the condition of drinking alcohol, this is not allowed... and so on.
If administrative matters were permissible in the Dar al-Islam, they are permissible in the Dar al-Kufr, unless there is a condition to participate in Haram. And as for the registration of the party in Indonesia, it is an administrative matter from the matters of providing knowledge and information without any commitment to the laws of Kufr, and that any country that accepts our registration administratively as a matter of providing knowledge and news without compliance to the laws of Kufr, is allowed. But if they stipulate a condition to compliance with the laws of Kufr then it is forbidden and not allowed. I hope that the matter is clarified.
