As part of the series of public events organized by Hizb ut Tahrir in the blessed land of Palestine, under the slogan, "Al-Aqsa Mosque Cries out for the Ummah and its Armies to Establish the Khilafah "Caliphate" and Liberate the Blessed Land" to mark the ninety-third anniversary for the destruction of the Khilafah "Caliphate", on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 CE, on the street of Salahuddin in the Gaza Strip held a conference entitled, "The Khilafah "Caliphate" will Liberate the Lands and Protect the Land of the Muslims."

The conference began with the recitation of Quran then Brother Ibrahim Sharif, member of the media office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Palestine, chanted the Takbirs. He also chanted, "Palestine Calls you, Oh the People of the Blessed Land... Your Silence is Betrayal; Your Silence is a Crime; Your Silence Becomes Lost."

Brother Mohammad al Huwar also gave a speech entitled, "The Issue of Palestine is Resolved with Islam and Rid the Seculars and Negotiations is the only Path." He stressed the need for the Aqeedah of Islam to return in order for the issue of Palestine to be resolved.

Sister Um Abdullah, presented a speech entitled, "The Khilafah "Caliphate" Protects the Dignity. "She spoke about some issues that aim to corrupt and destroy the woman. She mentioned how there is no difference in the current ruling government with the foreign occupiers of trhe Muslim lands. She stated, "Accept the Ameer al Mumineen to feed the hungry children; Accept Ameer al Mumineen to heal the wounds of the weak; Accept the Ameer al Mumineen to comfort the endless tears."

Doctor Hassan Hamouda's speech entitled, "The Khilafah "Caliphate" is Near & Protector of the Muslims." He mentioned how Khilafah "Caliphate" State saved the people of Dhimma, how Ireland was protected from famine, and how the King of France was rescued. It was compared with the current rulers who shed the blood and plunder the wealth from their people.
The conference was concluded by a duaa. The audience declared their support for the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" and demanded the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" and for the Muslim armies to move to liberate the Aqsa.

Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan held demonstrations across Pakistan against North Waziristan operation. Demonstrators held banners and placards declaring that "North Waziristan Operations, Pakistan Army Burnt as Fuel for America's Crusade", and "Operations Against American Intelligence & Military Officials will Bring Peace to Pakistan".

On May 31st, The Malay Mail online and many other newspapers reported about the abduction in Malaysia of a 2-year-old toddler Siti Soffea Emelda. Soffea was abducted by a man and hours later found dead with her head severed on the bank of Klang River. CCTV from Kota Raya Complex in Pudu shows the possible suspect and toddler about three hours after she went missing from her mother's care, Siti Salmi. Siti Salmy, 32, who police say is homeless and unemployed, had gone to the shopping complex on Thursday to hang out with her friends. At about 8 pm, she went to a toilet and left Siti Soffea with four of her friends. When she returned five minutes later, Siti Soffea was no longer with them. The suspect had a record for several offences, including drug-related offences. He was released from Kajang prison just a few months ago.

Comment:

Another case of child abduction once again emerges in Malaysia with a heartbreaking end. This innocent child was kidnapped and nearly violated before being killed brutally. Certainly it is very disgusting when this case is not merely ordinary kidnapping but it is considered a case of a sexual crime against a child. The suspect had kidnapped the child, then took her to the bushes to violate her. A witness stated that the criminal tried to violate her but when he was aware of the public's presence, he killed the child with a ceramic tile, then jumped into the river to try to escape.

Child abuse in Malaysia is unfortunately happening with increasing frequency. The factors that contribute to it is the increasing spread of pornographic films nowadays which are easily accessible. This is a result in part from the principle of freedom of ownership which is applied in the democratic capitalist system and allows such filth to be produced and sold for the sake of profit. Another factor is the spread of liberalism with its value of sexual freedom in this country which originates from the West and has encouraged individuals to fulfil their instinct as they desire. Apart from that, a fragile penalty system has been adopted in this country such that this ex-prisoner is still not afraid of committing crimes even though he has just been released from jail.

In order to solve the problem of child abuse, the application of the current laws in this system is not sufficient. This is because, it is clear that these laws have failed to solve this problem. The implementation of the Islamic system comprehensively is required to curb this problem totally. The application of the Islamic system will minimize even the tiniest factors that may trigger the occurrence of sexual crimes happening and also other perverse sexual behaviours. This it will achieve through the outright prohibition of pornography and any other action that contributes to the sexualisation of society or encourages any relationship outside of marriage. This is alongside creating an atmosphere of taqwa and noble values in society. However, if there are people still practicing it, then the Islamic penalty system (uqubat) will be a bastion that can protect the community. This is through implementing a heavy, severe sentence on perpetrators to ensure offenders do not repeat their actions and in order that others also do not follow their footsteps.

Therefore, curbing child abuse and saving the society from sexual crimes can only be actualized by throwing away the system and ideology of secular liberal democracy and replacing it with the implementation of the Islamic Shariah comprehensively under the shade of the Khilafah "Caliphate" system.

After winning the parliamentary elections, Narendra Modi took oath as the 15^th Prime Minister of India on May 26, 2014. From April until today, political circles of Dhaka are discussing the Indian elections and implications of the change of government in India on Bangladesh.

Comment:

Intense discussions in the Bangladeshi political medium and mass media about the Indian elections and its repercussions on Bangladesh give the impression that politics of Bangladesh revolves around the Indian orbit; as if the fate of the people of Bangladesh depends on the wishes of her Prime Minister. Two major events in Bangladesh - the Pilkhana massacre that killed 57 army officers in 2009 and the so-called election of the 5^th of January 2014, vehemently supported by the last Congress regime - had created an atmosphere of Indian dominance on Bangladeshi politics. Also, in line with U.S. policy and Indian demand, Hasina's government had surrendered a key strategic advantage by turning nearly all secessionist leaders of Northeast India to the Indian authority. Could the experts of the U.S. National Intelligence Council predict these events in the year 2000 when they published their report titled Global Trends 2015, where they said: "Bangladesh... will be drawn closer to and more dependent on India..."?

Today, every aware person ponders upon two points: (1) whether there will be any change in the Bangladesh-India relationship and (2) whether change in India will usher regime change in Bangladesh too. With the installation of pro-U.S. parties in power in both Pakistan and India, their counterparts in Bangladesh, BNP and Jamaat-e-Islami are happy and expecting that they too will be in power soon. Why not? Almost the entire Islamic land from Turkey to India, including Syria, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, and Pakistan is now ruled by the U.S. agents. Regime change in Bangladesh will just complete the straight line!

In fact, U.S.A. is building a spider's web; it can neither contain Russia or China, nor can it suppress the rise of Islam within it. Current rulers in the Islamic lands from Erdogan to Hasina are tasked with achieving the impossible. They are destined to fail. Resistance against the U.S. stranglehold over the Muslim Ummah and demand for Islamic rule is getting stronger day by day. Allah (swt) says,

((... وَيَمْكُرُونَ وَيَمْكُرُ اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ خَيْرُ الْمَاكِرِينَ))

"They plot and plan, and Allah too plans; but the best of planners is Allah." [Surah Anfal: 30]

Also, the Ummah does not expect anything from the current ruling class; they have seen how pathetically both Hasina and Khaleda have thrown themselves to the feet of Modi. Whims and desires of the U.S.A and India cannot be the future of Muslims. Islam forbade us to follow the disbelievers and only the Islamic state can liberate us from their clutches. Therefore, the Ummah works, hopes, prays and waits for the establishment of the second Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashidah in the City of Mosques, Dhaka. One day, Allah (swt) willing, it will reach the City of Pope, liberating Muslims from the hands of the Mushrikeen in India and Yahood in Palestine on its way.
