The crimes of genocide against Muslims in Central Africa by the militias of the Christians there, are with the planning, complicity, and arrangement of the Government of your country, France, which supports the armed Christian militias with weapons, and it displays partiality for the Christian population in Central Africa there, to unload part of the historic malice against Islam and the Muslims and to use the killing of Muslims and their bloodshed as justification to maintain their military presence there.
Ambassador,
We in Hizb ut Tahrir are aware of your country's complicity in killing Muslims and their ethnic cleansing in Central Africa, and we will expose this collusion and continuous malice which will not be forgotten by Muslim Ummah until the establishment of its Khilafah "Caliphate" soon by the Permission of Allah, your aggression will be met with the strength and justice of Islam.
Therefore we, Ambassador, as the Shariah of our Lord teaches us not to kill the elderly, children, and women and not to cut trees in wars, we also understand well the words of our Lord in His Book:
((وَإِنْ عَاقَبْتُمْ فَعَاقِبُواْ بِمِثْلِ مَا عُوقِبْتُم بِهِ))
"And if you punish [an enemy, O believers], Punish with an equivalent of that with which you were harmed" [Al-Nahl: 126]
As you know, Ambassador, that Allah alternates and changes the situation of people; we are at a near appointment with the Khilafah "Caliphate" State, by the will of Allah, which its time is approaching sooner than what you, your government, and all the forces of Kufr and tyranny in the world can imagine.
Your government must end the genocide, murder and missionary operations against Muslims, perhaps this could be of benefit to you in the somber days ahead, and we think it will be of no avail to you.
Know that as the Khilafah "Caliphate" rescued the king of your country, Francois I, from capture and returned him to rule France centuries ago, therefore know that the Khilafah "Caliphate" State, by the will of Allah, shall apply Allah's rule upon you for your crimes against the rights of Muslims.
((وَلَتَعْلَمُنَّ نَبَأَهُ بَعْدَ حِينٍ))
"And most certainly you will come to know about it after a time." [Saad: 88]
