The Summit of the Deficit Arab States League is a Summit of the "Empty Thrones" Its Failure is the Failure to Conspire Against you (Translated)

The deficit Arab States League held its 25th summit on 25-26/03/2014 CE in Kuwait under the slogan "Solidarity for a Better Future". The countries gathered at the summit, are at the peak of weakness, dissonance and disagreement and are in need of tending to its situation.

If it is possible to speak of its success, then it can arguably be said that it succeeded in being convened and not being delayed. It succeeded in avoiding the bombing of the differences between them publicly; hence, it could be called the summit of the "Empty Thrones." The summit was preceded by a failed 24th Summit that accumulated unresolved problems, until its agendas became crowded and its statements became reiterated and dull. This summit did not differ from its predecessors in the deficit, the first of its indicators was the return of the head of the Saudi delegation, who was the Crown Prince and not the King, to his country before the end of the conference.

This Summit, despite all the preparatory meetings, and the marginal, primaries, lateral, and bilateral meetings ... had not been able to resolve the sharp differences among its members. So what good can then be expected from these?!

As for dealing with the situation in Syria at the conference, it has declined to the point of keeping the Syrian seat empty of representation, fluttering the flag of criminal regime, under the threat of a number of countries to withdraw from the summit, and thus forced al-Jarba to give his speech standing on the way of: "Say what you say and leave". Al-Jarba, who was saddened because they did not allocate him a place of subservient on their side, seemed to be new in politics and lackeys when he urged "to pressure the international community to arm the opposition militants". Unaware or neglecting the fact that those who he urged are commanded, and not the commanders, and that there is a U.S. veto for the benefit of the butcher Bashar that prevents arming under the pretext of preventing it falling in the hands of extremists. As if the criminal who slaughtered his people and harshly mistreated and used chemicals against the vulnerable men, women and children, is the "chief of the moderates". It is noteworthy that at the time al-Jarba demanded the armament, immediately after that Lakhdar the American, demanded no arms deliveries.

As for the subservient and treacherous resolutions, related to Syria, that were decided upon by the participants in the summit far from the Muslims and the believing Syrian people, they did not come with anything new. They confirmed their full support to the international solution which America stands behind it, through their call to "find a political solution to the crisis in Syria based on the Geneva I communique that provides for the Syrian people a peaceful transition of power to rebuild the state", as well as calling on the international community to "contribute effectively and in a practical manner to achieve a peaceful solution".

Furthermore, they did not forget to condemn "with strong denouncing statements the massacres and mass murder committed by the Syrian regime against unarmed people, including the use of internationally banned weapons".

O Muslims in Syria ash-Sham, the abode of Islam: We thank Allah for the failure of the summit; as its success means only the success of the conspiracy upon you; because these harmful rulers are part of the conspiracy against you. They do not represent themselves, rather they only represent the Western countries that they owe allegiance to, and they are hostile to each other for the benefit of these countries. They are the cause of the blight of the Ummah: the cause of its impoverishment and its aberrance through leading it astray from its religion and enabling the West to humiliate it. They are the cause of all the problems that are suffered by Muslims. They are part of your problems, and the first step in the solution is their departure.

The announcement by the Summit of the consensus on a solution based on Geneva I communique, means that they are seeking to establish a secular civil state recognized by the international community through the United Nations and its international resolutions. It also means accepting the peaceful transfer of power in the interest of America, and it means the use of UN forces to impose the American solution. That is in fact means seeking to prevent the establishment of an Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" state; and this is indeed a betrayal to Allah and His Deen and Muslims.

O Muslims in Syria ash-Sham, the abode of Islam: Allah the Almighty imposes upon you that you overthrow these incapable rulers (Al Ruwaibidah) and not to obey them, and that you establish the ruling by that which Allah has revealed through the establishment of the rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" state. And know that the people of evil and oppression, are conspiring against you with such conferences, and the real reply to them is by following the method of RasulAllah (saw); where within it is the strength of the victory and the ability to rule by that which Allah has revealed. Hizb ut Tahrir continues to remind you of this great obligation and reach out to the sincere people of support, so that by them together, the grace of victory is completed, as Allah had completed it before for His Messenger (saw). Allah is the one Able to do it and He is the Helper. Allah the Almighty says:

((يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُونُوا أَنْصَارَ اللَّهِ))

"O you who have believed, be supporters of Allah"{As-Saff: 14}

izb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Syria offers its condolences to the Muslim Ummah for the death of one of its members and heroic dawah carriers. He died defending the Ummah's revolution against the enemies of Allah who are utilized by the West against the sons of this Deen to prevent the success of its project: The Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate". He is the honourable brother Mustapha Mansour.

He is a martyr, by the will of Allah, who worked for one objective: the establishment of the great Islamic palace of the Ummah which is the Rightly Guided Khilafah "Caliphate". Glad tidings are for the one who dies for its sake and for such an objective. We ask Allah (swt) to make all of us in this dunya from among the victorious group that will achieve Islam's dominance. And in the Akhira from the beloved by the Prophet (saw) whom he said about them that one of their martyrs is equivalent to forty martyrs from the Sahaba and that the reward of one of them is equal to the reward of forty of the Sahaba.

May Allah grant His Mercy to you Mustapha; we ask Allah to accept you with His abundant Mercy; and make you enter the spacious Jannah. May Allah inspire his family with best patience in seeking the reward from Allah (swt).

((إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ))

As the Muslim lawyer spoke, you could see that he had people's undivided attention at this Muslim community event in a South London mosque. Why shouldn't he have their attention? After all, he was speaking about the issues which affects all Muslims in some way nowadays: the UK's anti-terror laws, the stopping and questioning of thousands and thousands of Muslims at airports when leaving or returning to the country, the mass spying on the Muslim community, the labelling of normal Islamic practices as ‘extremism' and charging and arrest of Muslims for aiding oppressed Muslims in Syria. I don't believe the lawyer set out to scare people, but that was part of the effect of his presentation on the audience - and I was the next person to speak after him at this Muslim community event. Other speakers were sheikhs and Islamic activists from various Muslim groups.

Comment

What is clear is that most Muslim groups and organisations now feel the heat of the situation; the relentless pressure, interrogation, official visits and scrutiny of Muslim charities, Mosques, and individuals. The situation we face is an attempt - using many means - to pressure Muslims to abandon basic Islamic practices and beliefs which are deemed o be incompatible with secular liberal values or that oppose the UK government's foreign policy in the Muslim lands.

So what would I say after the lawyer had spoken? The organisers asked me to talk about how to express and hold onto Islam confidently. So I spoke about the two paths facing us. One path that would ensure we are left alone and not hounded is the path where we endorse same-sex marriage, laugh off insults against Prophet Muhammad (saw), support British troops when they are sent to fight in Muslim lands, claim democracy is better than the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" system and other such matters which secular liberals or the government would endorse. Such a path is a sure way to the anger of Allah (swt) - indeed, it is not a path for the believers.

The other path is to follow the example of our beloved Prophet (saw) in Makkah, where like us, he lived amongst non-Muslims, faced pressure to abandon aspects of Islam and was offered money, women and bribes that we can only dream of. His uncompromising reply that he would not give up this dawah even if they put the sun in his right hand and the moon in his left hand - is well known. So we need to:

1) Believe in the correctness of our Deen and all that Islam says regarding morals, the shariah laws and solutions to life's problems, the best values that humans should have, the best system to govern human societies, the raising of children, and every other matter under the sun. We should be unashamed in believing, explaining and standing firm on that belief.

2) We need to know how to respond and rebut the arguments they make against the specific aspects of Islam that they attack. We need to be armed with the intellectual arguments that show the strength of Islam and the weakness of the secular capitalist values and system

3) In these testing times, we need to strengthen our link with Allah (swt) by reading the Qur'an, Seerah and the struggles of the Sahaba in Makkah so our situation and struggles are put in perspective and we are motivated to stand firm like they did.

4) Despite our different groups, madhabs and views, we need to stand united in the face of the current intimidation and bullying.
May Allah (swt) strengthen the Muslim community in holding onto His Deen and may we be deserving of His mercy, help and forgiveness.

On the 14th of March, while Malaysia is still engulfed by grief over what had happened to Malaysia Airlines flight MH370, the Bukit Jalil Stadium in Kuala Lumpur openly hosted a grand musical concert. The Future Music Festival Asia 2014 (FMFA), which was said to be organized clandestinely, has shocked the nation when six youths died of drug overdose during the festival. To add more shame, majority of those who died were young Muslims.

What happened was indeed embarrassing and disappointing especially when the authority only took action to cancel the festival a day after the deaths occurred. It is well known that such party will definitely be accompanied by alcohol, drugs and sex. Where is the dignity of Malaysia whose government claims to be a ‘Nation of Islam'? Is this wild concert in line with the ‘wasatiyyah' (moderate) concept, which is promulgated by the prime minister such that the party is duly authorized by the government? Where are the muftis and government scholars who should be criticizing the government's immoral stand? Or do they prefer to keep their mouths shut for all the lucrative income they earn each month?

Comment

Indeed, the culture of liberalism and hedonism manifested in this tragedy is getting worse in Malaysia. The emergence and spread of this culture is not something that occurs naturally though. It is the result of a cultural liberalization process which occurs in a systematic and organized manner in tandem with Western plans to corrupt and destroy the Muslim Ummah. The Deen of Islam embraced by majority of the people of this country has never taught its Ummah to behave this way.

This wild culture is really western in nature and is brought via physical or mental occupation of the Muslim Ummah. Clearly the development of liberalism in Malaysia cannot be separated from cunning Western plans and conspiracies. Liberalization conspiracies perpetrated by the West against Muslim states run in parallel with colonial motives. Via cultural liberalization, Muslims in Muslim countries, including Malaysia, begin to lose their Islamic identity, begin to see anything Western as progressive and begin to act freely without consideration of what is halal and what is haram. The West wants us to imitate them in every aspect of our lives, even in our thoughts about Islam itself! This has impregnated our society so deeply such that Muslims no longer see Western colonization as a problem, but an advantage and a symbol of progress.

Consciously or not, Malaysia has long fallen into this trap. The culture of hedonism and liberalism have always been sanctioned by the government through electronic and print media through excessive entertainment programs, music, fashion, festivals and others. This is not taking into consideration the huge number of pubs, discos, night clubs and other vice related entertainment outlets which are operating freely and openly in this ‘Nation of Islam'. It is thus not surprising that young Muslims are hypnotized by wild concerts like FMFA because everything has already been 'prepared' systematically since their childhood. What we are facing today is clearly the consequence of Muslims leaving Islam and disregarding Islam as the solution to all life's problems.

Since the collapse of the Khilafah "Caliphate" on March 3, 1924, the rule of life is no longer governed by the revelation from Allah (swt) but is governed by man-made systems, especially democracy which upholds and idolizes freedom. It is this idea of freedom that has severely damaged the body of the Muslim Ummah. It is this idea of freedom that is the cause of all the corruption so evident in our world today.

Allah (swt) said:

((ظَهَرَ الْفَسَادُ فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ أَيْدِي النَّاسِ لِيُذِيقَهُم بَعْضَ الَّذِي عَمِلُوا لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ))

"Corruption has appeared throughout the land and sea by [reason of] what the hands of people have earned so He may let them taste part of [the consequence of] what they have done that perhaps they will return [to righteousness]." [Ar-Rum: 41]
