Ron Paul: Dollar Will Collapse, Gold will "Go to Infinity":

Appearing on CNBC this week, former Congressman Ron Paul warned that if the US continues on its current course, the dollar will collapse, and gold will literally be priceless. "Eventually, if we're not carefully, it will go to infinity, because the dollar will collapse totally," Paul said on CNBC.com's Futures Now. "As long as we have excessive spending, and excessive computerized money, we are going to see gold go up," Paul urged, noting that as the value of the dollar is destroyed, everything measured against dollars will increase in value. Paul added that recent drops in gold prices do not factor into the long term outlook. "Markets do these types of things-they go up sharply, and sometimes they take a rest," Paul said. "I was never very good on short term, whether it's the stock market, or whatever." "If you look at the record of the value of the dollar since the Fed's been in existence, we have about a 2-cent dollar. And gold used to be $20 an ounce. So I'd say the record is rather clear on the side of commodity money." Paul said. "Six thousand years of history shows that gold always retains value," Paul added, "and paper always self-destructs."

Cairo: Sunni Clerics Issue Fatwa Calling for All Forms of Jihad in Syria:

Leading Sunni Muslim clerics issued a call to jihad in Syria last week at a meeting in Cairo which condemned the conflict as a "war on Islam" and said believers should use all means to ensure victory. "Jihad is necessary for the victory of our brothers in Syria - jihad with mind, money, weapons; all forms of jihad," Mohamed Hassan said, adding that more than 70 organizations represented had called for "support, whatever will save the Syrian people". "What is happening to our brothers on Syrian soil, in terms of violence stemming from the Iranian regime, Hezbollah and its sectarian allies, counts as a declaration of war on Islam and the Muslim community in general," Hassan said. Lebanon's Iran-backed Shiite movement has been fighting alongside the forces of President Bashar Al-Assad, a member of the Alawite offshoot of Shia Islam, against Syria's mainly Sunni rebels. Among those present were Youssef al-Qaradawi, a high-profile Egyptian preacher based in Qatar, and a senior scholar from Egypt's leading religious academy Al-Azhar, Hassan al-Shafai.

Iran to Send 4,000 Troops to Aid President Assad Forces in Syria:

The Independent on Sunday has learned that a military decision has been taken in Iran - even before last week's presidential election - to send a first contingent of 4,000 Iranian Revolutionary Guards to Syria to support President Bashar al-Assad's forces against the largely Sunni rebellion that has cost almost 100,000 lives in just over two years.  Iran is now fully committed to preserving Assad's regime, according to pro-Iranian sources which have been deeply involved in the Islamic Republic's security, even to the extent of proposing to open up a new ‘Syrian' front on the Golan Heights against Israel.

US Scrambles to Save Taliban Talks after Afghan Backlash:

In a bid to regain control of a peace process with the Taliban that had suddenly spun out of control, President Hamid Karzai on Wednesday slammed the brakes on two strategic lines of American negotiation, again exercising his power in a strained alliance and getting results. Mr. Karzai reacted in fury after an apparent diplomatic breakthrough on Tuesday - the opening of a Taliban peace office in Qatar - instead became a publicity coup for the Taliban. In televised images that horrified many Afghans, the Taliban introduced what appeared to be an embassy, raising their flag, speaking in front of a sign declaring the "Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan," the name of their former government and seeking international exposure. First, Mr. Karzai broke off long-term security talks with the United States, accusing the Americans of failing to deliver on promises to keep the Taliban from grandstanding. Soon after, his office announced that the government delegation would stay away from the talks until the insurgents removed their symbolic displays of being an alternative government. In a turbulent 24 hours of nonstop diplomatic moves, Secretary of State John Kerry called Mr. Karzai three times and successfully pushed the Qatari government to get the Taliban to take down the sign and flag, American and Afghan officials said. "The office must not be treated as or represent itself as an embassy or other office representing the Afghan Taliban as an emirate government or sovereign," said the State Department spokeswoman, Jennifer R. Psaki. However, there was much to repair from the events of the past two days, and many Afghan political figures expressed a sense of having been betrayed by both the Americans and the Taliban. Some of the other language the Taliban used closely followed the American framework for peace talks. The insurgents appeared to agree - as they have in the past - to distance themselves from Al Qaeda and other terrorist groups, saying the Taliban's aims were only within Afghanistan and that they did not support the use of Afghan soil to plot international attacks. Still, it was the insurgent presentation of themselves as a government that angered Afghan officials, and they clearly felt they were being sidelined in the peace process.

Growth of Chinese Navy Means U.S. Must Compete for Maritime Supremacy

Writing recently in the Los Angeles Times, Gordon Chang and retired Adm. James Lyons pointed with alarm to China's naval expansion. That sea power represents the path to national greatness is now axiomatic for the Chinese state and society. China is bolting together a great navy with aplomb, and the United States had better take notice. Beijing is thinking hard about how to use this new implement to advance national power and purposes. This poses a challenge of the first order. America and its allies must brace themselves for a permanent Chinese presence in maritime Asia - or beyond. Their first step: jettison the decades-old assumption that American sea power is an unchallengeable arbiter of Asian affairs. No longer does the U.S. Navy rule the Asian seas by virtual birthright. Our navy must compete for what it has long taken for granted. Beijing views seaborne might as a prerequisite for its ascent to great power. At the Chinese Communist Party congress late last year, outgoing President Hu Jintao vowed to "build China into a maritime power." Hu's words marked the first time officialdom had used such a high-profile public forum to promote China's seafaring project. His directive, since reaffirmed by successor Xi Jinping, signifies a radical break with China's historic preoccupation with continental affairs. The People's Liberation Army Navy is way ahead of Hu's and Xi's policy pronouncements. The fleet is already making its presence felt across the region. It recently commissioned its first aircraft carrier, dubbed Liaoning. It has mounted shows of force in the farthest reaches of the South China Sea, putting steel behind Beijing's territorial claims. And on and on. The PLA Navy is clearly a service on the make.

Plan of Limited Withdrawal of American Forces from Afghanistan will be a Success of America and Prolong the Misery of this Region

  • Published in News & Comment
  •   |

Event:

As the year 2014 draws near, meetings between the traitors within the political and military leadership of Pakistan and Western officials are being increased. The chief American agent in Pakistan, General Kayani, alone has met US Secretary of State, John Kerry, twice in significant exchanged, first in Jordan and then in Brussels. Kayani also met with the commanders of NATO and ISAF in Afghanistan and then hosted a meeting of the ISAF commander and Afghan national army chief with himself in Rawalpindi, the army capital of Pakistan, all in the space of two months. The purpose of these meetings as revealed by ISPR was to discuss maintaining peace and security in Afghanistan after 2014 and to provide safe passage for American and NATO troops and their equipment through Pakistan.

Comment:

Traitors within the political and military leadership of Pakistan are trying to create a positive impression regarding the American plan of limited withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2014. These traitors are portraying this limited withdrawal, as the success of Pakistan and of the Muslims of the region. They are trying to fool the Muslims by claiming that America has failed and has now decided to leave this region, so we should facilitate its withdrawal. However, a limited withdrawal is a successful conclusion to America's invasion of this region and granting an undeserved victory to crusader forces. It means the destruction and humiliation of the Muslims of this region will continue unabated. America is the enemy of Islam and its followers, the Muslims. Allowing an enemy to enter in our house or to reside at the door step is not success, rather it is an open invitation to our destruction.  In the name of limited withdrawal America will be able to maintain around a dozen military bases in Afghanistan. As long as American military, intelligence and diplomatic personnel remain in this region, drones attacks, bomb blasts at military and civilian installations including mosques and target killing will continue to take place. And the claim of the Kayani-Sharif regime that they want to end the America war is a bare faced lie, for America's permanent presence will ensure more Muslim blood is burned as a fuel for its crusader ambitions.

In order to achieve this objective America needs the Muslim resistance to be on board as well. That is why the newly elected government of Pakistan has been continuously beating the drums regarding negotiations with the tribal Muslims from Afghanistan and Pakistan. If America succeeds in its evil plan, then it will be able to constantly plunge this region in chaos, in order to stop the rise of Islam in the shape of the establishment of Khilafah "Caliphate".

The success of the Muslims of Pakistan and Afghanistan lies in the complete withdrawal of American forces, closure of all American bases, expulsion of all intelligence and diplomatic personal and the closure of American consulates and embassies. This can only be done when the traitors with in the political and military leadership are uprooted from their seats and Khilafah "Caliphate" is established, unifying both Pakistan and Afghanistan as a one single state. Then the Khilafah "Caliphate" will take all these necessary measures and this region will be revert back to its centuries old stability, prosperity and peace under Islam.

Miss World Contest 2013 Humiliate Indonesian People's Struggle in Re-establishing the Islamic Khilafah State

News:

Indonesia will host the 2013 Miss World competition in the country's resort island of Bali and the capital, Jakarta, in September.

Miss World organisers have axed the famed bikinis from this year's pageant, replacing them with conservative beach sarongs amid mounting protests from hardline Muslim groups.

Adjie S. Soeratmadjie, one of the local organisers, said on Thursday that all contestants will be required to wear Bali's traditional long sarongs instead of the sexy bikinis that are traditionally part of the competition.

He said the London-based Miss World Organisation has agreed to the request out of respect for the traditional customs and values of Indonesia.

Most Muslims in Indonesia, the world's most populous Islamic country, are moderate, but a small extremist fringe has become more vocal in recent years. [AP, 06 June 2013, Edited for Telegraph.co.uk by Barney Henderson]

Comments:

Indonesian Government should reject the proposal of Miss World Organisation to hold the contest in this country. There is no benefit nor will advantage at all for Indonesia to host this competition, on the contrary it devaluates the position of Indonesia as the most populous Muslim country. At least there are 5 reasons to reject Miss World Competition 2013 in Indonesia:

  1. Whatever you call it, a beauty contest has only one objective. To search for the most beautiful woman to be exploited. It has become the ideology of beauty pageants since the first. Moreover the early history of Miss World is to look for a bikini swimsuit model. The '50s, named after Bikini Contest. Even the organizer promised that the contestant will wear traditional sarong instead of bikinis in this year's contest, women's bodies keep becoming its most attraction. Beauty contest is just for the legalization stamp to exploitate women's bodies to make it look elegant. Beauty contests made women as goods offered on the stage, catwalk, magazines, newspapers, and television. Women are considered as a tool of media to promote rating or selling of cosmetics, underwear and fashion industries. So we reject this contest because the contest is based on the view of exploitation and degradation of women
  2. 3B concept in a beauty contests, the Brain (intelligence), Beauty (beauty), and Behavior (personality), is a false, deceptive and tricky concept to cover this kind of contest in order to be accepted by society. Everybody should question, how can a few days contest assess intelligence, beauty, and personality of each contestant? The only thing considered is one concept, namely physical beauty. So, supporting this event is perpetuating and supporting the sale of female bodies.
  3. The position of Indonesia as the largest Muslim country in the world, also today there is a trend that Indonesia become the 'barometer' of Muslim world. The approval of Miss World contest 2013 in Indonesia will strenghten the opinion that Islam and Muslim accept the existence of beauty contests. This will be a model for other Muslim countries to be more tolerant and open to women exploitation. So, it is a campaign for liberal culture! Indonesia will be the model for cultural liberalisation! Naudzu billah. (Allah Forbid!) The fact shows that the plan to hold this contest in Indonesia has raised the number of participants to 130 participants, while last year there is only 116 participants. Brunei Darussalam which never participated before has committed to participate this year.
  4. There are 235 million people in this country which is a lucrative market for the sale of various commodities. MNC media group for example as the Broadcast rights holders of the final night of Miss World in Indonesia will certainly reap dollars from the advertisers waiting for this event. Also the sale of the sponsors' products. Those are the economical motives of this contest
  5. Benefits under the pretext of boosting tourism and the nation's image in the international community are petty, ridiculous and nonsensical reasons as well as showing the inability of the government to manage the state with the nation's morality rules based on noble and intelligent principles

It is strange if there are Muslims who support this immoral event. Since, Islam places women in a glorious position, as a family honor even honor for a nation. Women should be respected, not exploited.

People from various backgrounds have showed their rejection to the plan of organizing the contest in Indonesia.   Even Majelis Ulama Indonesia (Indonesia Ulema Council) has released its fatwa to reject this event last month. If the range of rejection does not insist the government to ban the function, it shows the people that the government failed to protect the nation's morality. Also means that the government has 'subjected' under the influence of corporate owners who do not protect people from the dangers of cultural liberalism.

People need the implementation of Islamic law under the shield of Khilafah "Caliphate" state that protected the honor of women and keep people aware of global liberalization as only the Khilafah "Caliphate" state could be independent states and generate leaders having integrity.

The success of Khilafah "Caliphate" Conferences throughout 31 cities in Indonesia involving more than 500 thousand people supporting the struggle in re-establishing the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" State is the real proof that Indonesian people realize what exactly their problem is and what is actually their hope and solution. O people of Indonesia... Do not humiliate yourselves and your dignity by hosting Miss World 2013, as your identity is the largest Muslim country in the world struggling for reestablishing new Khilafah "Caliphate" state.
