A Magnificent Change of the World towards the Khilafah "Caliphate"

Allah the Almighty says:

يُرِيدُونَ لِيُطْفِئُوا نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَاللَّهُ مُتِمُّ نُورِهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُونَ * هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَى وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ - سورة الصف 8-9

"They aim to extinguish Allah's light with their utterances: but Allah has willed to spread His light in all its fullness, however hateful this may be to all who deny the truth * He it is who has sent forth His Apostle with [the task of] spreading guidance and the religion of truth, to the end that He make it prevail over all [false] religion, however hateful this may be to the Mushrikoon." [Surah As-Saf: 8-9]

Dear Beloved:

Allah (swt) made universal dispositions on Earth by which the life of nations and societies abide; among these dispositions is the nature of self-defense. Allah swt says in this regard:

وَلَوْلَا دَفْعُ اللَّهِ النَّاسَ بَعْضَهُمْ بِبَعْضٍ لَهُدِمَتْ صَوَامِعُ وَبِيَعٌ وَصَلَوَاتٌ وَمَسَاجِدُ يُذْكَرُ فِيهَا اسْمُ اللَّهِ كَثِيرًا وَلَيَنْصُرَنَّ اللَّهُ مَنْ يَنْصُرُهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ

"For, if Allah had not enabled people to defend themselves against one another, [all] monasteries and churches and synagogues and mosques - in [all of] which Allah's name is abundantly extolled - would surely have been destroyed [ere now]. And Allah will most certainly succour him who suc­cours His cause: for, verily, Allah is Most Powerful, Almighty."

And in another Ayah, Allah (swt) says:

((إِنْ يَمْسَسْكُمْ قَرْحٌ فَقَدْ مَسَّ الْقَوْمَ قَرْحٌ مِثْلُهُ وَتِلْكَ الْأَيَّامُ نُدَاوِلُهَا بَيْنَ النَّاسِ))

"If a wound has touched you, be sure a similar wound has touched the others. Such days (of varying fortunes) We give to men and men by turns."

The divine wisdom necessitates that humans are constantly tested and trialed, so if they held fast to the rope of Allah, committed themselves to His Laws and fought in His Way, they will be victorious over their enemies, as for if weakness befell them and they failed to give victory to the Deen of Allah and competed for the love of the world, becoming sects and groups, by this their enemies who are lurking for them will empower them....

The Muslims are a nation from among the nations that are afflicted like others with weakness and strength factors, history testifies that the Islamic society during the early times was the world's direction and the fountain of civilization, it was then influenced by several factors that led to weakening the ties of Aqeedah between its members and the competition between the Ulemah of the Muslims to the world while neglecting the factors that lead to Muslim unity, what led to the greed of foreign powers that were lurking them, so the campaigns of the Crusaders and Mongols took place, this however did not extinguish the flame of faith in the hearts of Muslims, and upon the appearance of the dedicated leadership from among their ranks which unified their ranks until the Ummah revolted to expel the crusaders and break the unity of the Mongol invaders who then entered the religion of Allah and became His soldiers and heroes after they were His invaders and enemies, thereafter, the Muslim armies set off to spread Islam in the heart of Europe...

The foreign enemies against the Ummah increased, along with the internal weakness within the Muslim society, which allowed the Western Crusaders to destroy the Khilafah "Caliphate" state on the 28^th of Rajab 1342 AH, which corresponds to the 3^rd of March 1924 AC.

Today, more than nine decades have passed since the destruction of the Khilafah "Caliphate" - because of this, corruption has spread in the seas and on land, and humanity had had enough of the tragedies of the secular atheistic civilization which degenerated human beings to a level lower than that of the animals because of what it spread of shameless, corrupt values that deviate from decent human nature. It also spread its colonial policy which allowed for a handful of capitals to enslave humans and control their fate. Its flaws have been discovered even by its own sons so that some of its strategists acknowledged the failure of the secular-liberal model and began to look for a way for salvation, but with more tinkering...

Dear Beloved,

The title of this conference is "A Magnitude Change of the World towards the Khilafah "Caliphate"" and one of the most important changes that occurred, including the fall of the Soviet Union and what it represented of a civilization based on the Communist ideology, then came the fall of the Western system and the exposure of its flaws and lies in the alleged human rights and freedoms when it declared its enmity to Islam and the Islamic values of the Muslim woman's right to wear Hijab to the Muslims' right to build mosques and the scandals of Abu Ghraib, Guantanamo and Bagram prisons. All of these have caused the fall of the alleged model of liberal civilization. Then came the successive financial crises which till now has not stopped, to reveal the bankruptcy of the capitalist economic system.... Indeed, these are the changes that made the world look towards the Muslim Ummah in order for it to present a civilized divine model that is based upon the Quranic immortal guidance that is free from the whims and desires of human beings.

These changes are on the global level, as for the Islamic Ummah's level, it has suffered scourges from the rule of the regimes imposed by the West, the Ummah, especially the Dawah carriers from amongst it, has suffered great sacrifices in confronting and accounting the agent rulers whom the West supported with all it was given of schemes and deceit, giving the rulers the description of democracy and the oasis of stability. The stability that of course allows for the West to enslave the nations and plunder the riches of the lands, and today, these rulers are at an appointment with a new dawn after the Ummah's blind-following of the West's civilization has unfolded and it returned to groping its glory by the laws of its Lord.

The Western leaders' declarations of their fear of the return of the Khilafah "Caliphate" State, which will reunite the Muslims east and west through their statements are too numerous to mention them all here, but we will refer to some of them:

Richard Dannatt, former British Army General in Afghanistan explicitly declared that: "If Muslims adopted Islam's political ideas and the Khilafah "Caliphate" ruling system, this was unacceptable and warranted a military response from Britain." He also added that he had no issues with the Muslims' prayers or enacting spiritual rituals, provided they surrendered political life to Western values.

In late 2002, the Head of German Intelligence Services August Hanning undertook a tour in a number of Arab countries, beginning with the Gulf, where he met a number of Arab interrogation services leaders to warn them of the return of the Khilafah "Caliphate".

In November 2004, the American Newsweek Magazine reported that Kissinger, the astute of America's politics, saying: "The basic adversary is the radical, fundamentalist fringe of Islam, which aims to overthrow both moderate Islamic societies and all others it perceives as standing in the way of restoring an Islamic caliphate".

In a speech, former British Prime Minister Blair said: "We confront the movement which seeks to remove the state of Israel and to extract the west from the Islamic world and to establish a universal Islamic state, ruling by the Shari'ah in the Muslim world through the establishment of the Caliphate for the whole Muslim nation."

George Bush Junior said on 10/9/2005: "If they control a single state, this will attract the Muslim masses, allowing them to overthrow all regimes in the region and to establish a fundamentalist Islamic empire reaching from Spain to Indonesia."

American Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld, on the occasion of his farewell ceremony said: "They want to overthrow and destabilize moderate Islamic regimes and establish a Caliphate."

In 2004 the Nixon Center for Research in Istanbul held a conference entitled: "Challenges of Hizb ut-Tahrir - Understanding and Fighting the Extremist Islamic Ideology", analyzing the risk placed by Hizb ut Tahrir in its quest to establish a Khilafah "Caliphate" state and to spread its call amongst the Ummah.

French President Sarkozy said on 8/24/2007: "There is no need for the use of wooden language, because this confrontation is desired by the extremists who dream of establishing the Caliphate from Indonesia to Nigeria, rejecting any form of openness and any form of modernity and diversity."

Zeno Baran, expert in the affairs of Hizb ut Tahrir, acknowledged: "Years ago, people made ​​fun of them when calling for the Khilafah "Caliphate"! But now, the call for the Khilafah "Caliphate" has spread."

Myers, commander of the Kufr forces occupying Iraq, said: "The real and greatest danger to the security of the United States is the extremism which seeks to establish a Caliphate state, as existed in the seventh century AD."

In Russia, Russian writer Germain Sadolyev, from St. Petersburg, warned in an article entitled: "The Russian Caliphate State" from the coming Khilafah "Caliphate" state...

In his open book addressing U.S. President Barack Obama, American writer Xia Joe acknowledged that: "The obvious reality is that no army in the world, nor any military force - regardless of the degree of armament - can defeat an idea", calling on Obama to negotiate with the coming "Fifth Caliphate State" rather than confronting it.

This is the tip of the iceberg issued from the leaders of the western world and their thinkers around the coming Khilafah "Caliphate" state, causing them to quiver upon hearing of it. These quotations prove that the west knows very well that the Khilafah "Caliphate" is resounding throughout the land and is demanded by the majority of the Muslim Ummah, as public opinion surveys reveal, reminding us of the spread of the Islamic call on the eve of the migration of the Prophet (saw) to Yathrib.

It is true that the West has succeeded so far, to contain the uprisings of the so-called "Arab Spring" in Tunisia, Libya, Egypt and Yemen, but this movement has shattered the pillars of the political situation imposed by the West on the Muslim lands after the abolition of the Khilafah "Caliphate" state. As for the revolt we are witnessing in Syria today, America has failed to contain, bridle or abort it, assigning of another Mursi to cater to American interest. All of this shows that the Ummah is no longer fooled by halfway solutions...

From the very first day Hizb ut Tahrir has strived to raise the Ummah's awareness of its real struggle against the Kafir West and its local agents especially the fierce intellectual political struggle against the rulers whose primary worry was to fight Allah, His Messenger and those working for the resumption of the Islamic way of life.

This is the party working for the intellectual revival of the Ummah of Islam, the best Ummah raised from mankind, to restore honor after being afflicted with humiliation and servility,

The party working to return the rule of Allah's law on earth, after the Aqeedah of separating religion from life spread on earth,

The party that knows its aim and knows how to reach this aims,

The party that extracted its methodology from the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of the Prophet in its words and actions, gripping onto the rope of Allah, grasping onto His Shariah, no matter how afflicted by calamities and confronted with punishments and difficulties,

And this is the party still led by the eminent scholar ‘Ata Bin Khalil Abu al-Rashtah, supporting the Ummah in its strife to resume the Islamic way of life by establishing the Khilafah "Caliphate", which was promised by the Servant and Messenger of Allah (saw) when he said:

"تكون النبوة فيكم ما شاء الله أن تكون، ثم يرفعها إذا شاء أن يرفعها، ثم تكون خلافة على منهاج النبوة، فتكون ما شاء الله أن تكون، ثم يرفعها إذا شاء أن يرفعها، ثم تكون ملكا عاضا، فيكون ما شاء الله أن يكون، ثم يرفعها إذا شاء أن يرفعها، ثم تكون ملكا جبرية، فتكون ما شاء الله أن تكون، ثم يرفعها إذا شاء أن يرفعها، ثم تكون خلافة على منهاج النبوة. ثم سكت".

"Prophethood will last among you for as long as Allah wills, then Allah will take it away. Then it will be followed by a rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" on the method of the Prophethood. It will remain for as long as Allah wills, then Allah will take it away. Afterwards there will be a hereditary leadership which will remain for as long as Allah wills and then He will lift it if He wishes. Afterwards, there will be biting oppression, and it will last for as long as Allah wishes, then He will lift it if He wishes. Then there will be a rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" according to the ways of the Prophethood.' Then he kept silent."

Confident about the truthfulness of Allah's promise:

وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنْكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لِيَسْتَخْلِفُنَّهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمْ الَّذِي ارْتَضَى لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْنًا يَعْبُدُونَنِي لَا يُشْرِكُونَ بِي شَيْئًا وَمَنْ كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمْ الْفَاسِقُونَ

"Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, [for] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me. But whoever disbelieves after that - then those are the defiantly disobedient." [TMQ 24:55]

Therefore Oh Ummah of Islam,

Go forth to the breadth of the Heavens whose width is that of the seven skies and lands and answer the call of Allah and His Messenger.

))يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ((

"O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life."

And Dear Officers of the Muslim Armies,

Work with Hizb ut Tahrir for the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" to attain the pleasure of your Lord and gain honor in this life and salvation in the Hereafter...

Dear beloved participants in this honorable event today and those following us from around the world, we say to you: May Allah unite us with you under the shade of the Khilafah "Caliphate" at our upcoming conference!

Oh Allah, make us victorious with Your Deen and let us take Your Deen to victory and honor us with the Bayah to a Khaleefah of the Muslims sooner than later!

You are the Master and the Able over us.

Prime Minister Erdogan said that the events occurring in Taksim Square are changing in its purpose and style. In the past two weeks, Turkey, especially in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, the different demonstrations occurred in different dimensions... I would like to repeat an important and useful point; we, as AK Party, were always sensitive in reading, analyzing and understanding the events. We have reached these days by accurately reading the results of the polls and elections. I would like take your attention that when we saw from those results that we'll successful, we put ourselves in place of losers, not in place of victorious. Comment:

As it is known, recently Turkey is busy with Gezi Park demonstrations. A group of people has started a demonstration to protest government's decision on removing Gezi Park in Taksim Square in Istanbul, then it has increased after harsh intervention of security forces, then it has become a known issue all over the world. It is clear that the colonialist powers do not desire any uproot in Turkey similar to Arab Spring which is going on as a dreadful crisis in Syria. Especially America does not want any crisis in Turkey. As Erdogan was saying at the beginning of the demonstrations: "We have taken our decision and we will not give up implementing it." But after a while he has softened his attitude and tried to calm down the anger after increasing its impact. Because the colonialist Kuffar and their agent Erdogan have become afraid of these events happening while they couldn't be able to solve the crisis in Syria and implement their deceptive projects for Arab Spring as they hope. We know very well that the demands of demonstrations are not real and revolutional demands which will solve the problem in Turkey in the perfect sense. But Colonialist Kuffar, especially USA and Turkish government are fearing from the sincere opposition in Syria who are resisting against Assad's cruel regime for more than two years and showing great successes, and they are going forward step by step towards Khilafah "Caliphate" project, by rejection any other projection. So they are fearful from any uprising in Turkey parallel to this Islamic project and any demands to account rulers' treachery against Islam and Muslims, especially those in Syria.

For this reason, they are always trying to comment on any events as a democratic right or freedoms or any other toxic capitalist thoughts via their classical media and social media. Erdogan is fearful from the participation of conservative Muslim social groups into the demonstrations, but when he became aware that the demonstrations consist of secular tendencies, and then he calmed down. Even though most of the protesters are members of secular groups, it shows that parts of the people in Turkey want the change, they are concerned about their life and they have demands to meet. We hope Turkey's Muslim people will analyze those demonstrations in a proper way and they will understand no ruler can stand in front of their will, and then they will demand from their rulers to accept Islamic ruling by accounting them because of their deliberate or non-deliberate war against Islam and Muslim, by supporting Western projects, until they will reach their demands under shade of Islamic ruling.
