No fuel from Egypt to Palestinians despite payments
The Palestinian energy authority in Gaza said on Wednesday it had paid Egypt $2 million towards fuel for its crippled power station, but had yet to receive anything in return. Gaza is experiencing a major electricity crisis because of a shortage of fuel for its sole power plant. The plant, which supplies nearly a third of Gaza's electricity, has shut down three times in the past month and most Palestinians are receiving only six hours of power a day. The Palestinians have turned to Egypt for help, and recently agreed a deal which included a provision allowing them to immediately begin purchasing fuel from their Arab neighbour. But the Palestinian Energy and Natural Resources Authority (PENRA) said it had yet to receive any fuel, despite having made a downpayment. "$2 million was transferred to the Egyptian Petroleum Company as a downpayment for the fuel needed to operate the only power station in Gaza," PENRA said in a statement published on its website. "So far, nothing has been received by the station, which has not been operating [fully] for weeks, increasing the suffering of the Palestinian people," it said. PENRA hopes "the fuel enters as soon as possible so that station can resume operations". The plant stopped generating power on March 10, for the third time in four weeks, and was operating at sharply reduced capacity on Wednesday. On February 23, Hamas said it had reached a "comprehensive agreement" with Egypt to end the crisis.

Russia says it will keep selling weapons to Syria
"Russia enjoys good and strong military technical cooperation with Syria, and we see no reason today to reconsider it," Antonov told reporters. Russia has shielded Syria, its last ally in the Arab world, from U.N. sanctions over the Assad regime's bloody suppression of an uprising against his government. Antonov said Russia's supply of weapons to Syria is in line with international law and will continue. "Russian-Syrian military cooperation is perfectly legitimate," he said. "The only thing that worries us today is the security of our citizens," Antonov said in a reference to Russian military personnel in Syria that are training the Syrians in the use of weapons supplied by Russia. He declined to say how many of them are currently stationed in Syria. "It's part of our contractual obligations," said Antonov, who oversees military technical cooperation with foreign countries. "When we supply weapons, we have to provide training."

British MP: ‘Iran regional superpower'
A British Conservative MP has admitted saber rattling and sanctions are "having no effect whatsoever" on Iran saying everyone should quit "yesterday's policies and recognize "Iran's status as a regional superpower." "The policy of saber rattling and sanctions has not worked. They are yesterday's policies. Iran is not going to be deterred from pursuing its nuclear program," said John Baron in an interview with Russia Today news channel. "I think we have to be realistic. The present policies have failed. The present policies are heightening tensions. What we want is now to pull back from any chances of military conflict and take a fresh look at the situation and adopt a fresh approach which I think should include an implicit recognition of Iran's status as a regional superpower," he added. Baron further stressed resorting to the option of military force against Iran over its peaceful nuclear program entails disaster stressing the responsibility for any conflict in the region would lie with the US, the Israeli regime and their allies, including Britain. "I think we all know that a military strike by Israel or anybody else would be a disaster for the region. It would ignite Iranian fury. It would not work," he said.

Afghanistan: Cover-up? ‘Several laughing drunk troops behind Afghan bloodbath, burn corpses'
Gruesome new details are surfacing after 16 Afghan villagers including nine children were shot in their houses by at least one US serviceman. Witnesses to the atrocity now say that several drunken American soldiers were involved. ­Neighbors at the village where the killings took place said they were awoken past midnight by crackling gunfire: "They were all drunk and shooting all over the place," Reuters cites Agha Lala, a villager in Kandahar's Panjwayi district. Lala's neighbor Haji Samad lost all of his 11 relatives in the rampage, including children and grandchildren. He claims Marines "poured chemicals over their dead bodies and burned them." Twenty-year-old Jan Agha says the gunfire "shook him out of bed." He was in the epicenter of the horrible shooting, witnessing his father shot as the latter peered out of a window to see what was going on."The Americans stayed in our house for a while. I was very scared," the young man told reporters.Lying on a floor, Agha says, he pretended to be dead. He added that his brother was shot in his head and chest. His sister was killed as well. "My mother was shot in her eye and her face. She was unrecognizable," he said.

Pakistan: US drones 'kill 15' in South Waziristan
US drone strikes have killed 15 suspected militants in the volatile tribal areas of north-west Pakistan, say Pakistani officials. In one attack, missiles hit a vehicle in South Waziristan, near the Afghan border, killing eight people. Seven people died in a later attack close to the border between North and South Waziristan. Drones often target Pakistan's tribal areas, where many insurgents are active. Pakistan has previously complained that such attacks violate its sovereignty. Officials said two senior commanders of a prominent militant group in the area were killed in the first attack. The group's leader, Maulvi Nazir, opposes the presence of Western forces in the region, but does not order attacks on Pakistani government forces. The US does not normally comment on drone operations, which have killed hundreds of people in recent years, but in January President Barack Obama confirmed for the first time that the covert programme targets militants on Pakistani soil. Those killed by drones include senior al-Qaeda and Taliban leaders, as well as an unknown number of other militants and civilians. The frequency of the attacks has increased since Mr Obama took office in 2008. More than 100 raids were reported in the area in 2010, and more than 60 took place last year.

Two weeks before the first anniversary of the start of the blessed revolt of Sham we have seen the barbarism of the Syrian regime and the escalation of its daily massacres against the patient believers in Syria; and the fall of approximately 10 000 martyrs, with tens of thousands wounded, detained and displaced across the world under extremely dramatic conditions.

After all these developments, the tone of those calling for arming the opposition and the Free Syrian Army has increased. The GCC countries, led by Saudi Arabia and Qatar have called strongly for arming the opposition. Whilst on the other side, Burhan Ghalyoun, the leader of the Syrian National Council, called in a press conference in Paris on 1/3/2012 for "the formation of a military advisory office....to follow up the affairs of the various forces of the armoured opposition and organise their ranks and unify their forces under one central command". He added: "Arming of the opposition should not be except through the National Council and through its military advisory office only, so that the process of arming does not become in service of political and sectarian agendas". In this context, the name "the Friday of arming the Free Army" came about.

In order to understand the nature of the various calls for arming, we have to be aware of the following facts:

Firstly: These various calls for arming came in the context of the legendary steadfastness of the believers in Syria, and the failure of the criminal Syrian regime in imposing its security and military solution. Since the Syrian people are not armed; the Syrian regime continues its criminal operations against it; and as America keeps delaying any solution, European countries have taken the opportunity to call for arming the domestic opposition through their agents in the GCC countries. The aim of this call is to create an opposition dependent upon those who arm it. All of this is an endeavour to make the alternative regime subservient to them.

Secondly: Thus far, America has failed to prepare an alternative regime to the current criminal Syrian regime. It is aware that the external opposition they forged together is weak and unable to lead a country like Syria. Moreover, its secular image does not conform to the revolutionary believers from the people of Syria who call "O our Lord, we are at your service!"

On 19/2/2012 Martin Dempsey, current chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff made a notable statement saying: "I would challenge anyone to clearly identify for me the opposition movement in Syria at this point." And he pointed out that his country waits till the image of this opposition becomes clear to it, adding that: "until we're a lot clearer about...who they are and what they are...it would be premature to talk about arming them."

On 28/2/2012 U.S. Secretary of State Clinton confirmed policy of procrastination, saying: "Assad would be obliged to step down at the end of the day"... but that she did not know how to "define the end of the day."

Thirdly: Burhan Ghalyoun's statements about forming "a military advisory office" are in harmony with the American approach. This circumvents the rising calls of the GCC rulers loyal to the European, particularly British, policy and contains any arming process within this "military advisory office". He was explicit when he said: "So that the arming process does not become in service of political and sectarian agendas". The White House announced on 25/2/2012 that "arming the Syrian opposition might not be wise at this moment" and confirmed that arming the opposition was not on the agenda of the American administration.

O Muslims in Al Sham, the centre of Islam's land!

America and Europe want neither good for you, and nor reform. Rather they want your servitude and more killing carried out by the criminal Bashar. So do not incline to them. Instead continue on your approach, for you have defeated, through your perseverance, all international conspiracies surrounding you. You must know that real change from Allah comes only by your clean hands and the hands of the of the honest officers and soldiers among you. So, seek their help and motivate them through the pride of Islam and the power of faith. You have been steadfast for your objective to overthrow the regime, and you have shouldered that which great mountains could not bear; so do not let that be wasted. Rather, conclude it as you honestly started it: "It is for Allah! It is for Allah!" by adding to it: "And on the way of Rasoolullah."

O Sincere Army Officers....Be the best of those who answered the call!

The criminal Syrian regime has gone beyond the limit by shedding the blood of your people. So be the best help for them after Allah Ta'ala, for you are the hope. Protect their blood by the stance you take on the side of Allah, His Messenger and the steadfast believers in the blessed land of Sham, the centre of the land of Islam. Uproot this obscene regime from its decaying roots and replace it with the rule of Allah, the rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" on the model of prophethood. So be the best of those who answered the call, and thus become the new ansaar (helpers) - descendents of Sa'd ibn Ma'adh; so Islam and its people become powerful by you, and you gain, Inshallah, the reward of this worldly life and the best reward of the Hereafter.

Allah Ta'ala says:

{ الَّذِينَ اسْتَجَابُوا لِلَّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا أَصَابَهُمُ الْقَرْحُ لِلَّذِينَ أَحْسَنُوا مِنْهُمْ وَاتَّقَوْا أَجْرٌ عَظِيمٌ }

Of those who answered the call of Allah and the Messenger - even after being wounded - those who do right and refrain from wrong, have a great reward.

Hizb ut Tahrir organized protest meetings outside mosques across the country after Jummah prayers today (09-03-2012) against the presence of US Special Forces in the country where speakers said, by secretly allowing the presence of US Special Forces in the country Hasina, the number one terrorist in the country has added a heinous dimension to her collaboration in the War against Islam by America, the number one terrorist in the world. The speakers said Hasina, who has her hands drenched in the blood of Muslim officers, has secretly let in the American soldiers in the country, who have their hands drenched in the blood of Muslims all over the world, so that they may abduct and kill the Muslims of this country. This is exactly what the US Special Forces are known for and this is their job description. They are specialists in conducting extremely violent terrorist acts all over the world. We have to just look at the crimes of Raymond Davis and other American operatives against our Muslim brothers in Pakistan. So why is Hasina allowing them to operate here when she herself said her government cannot guarantee the safety of people in their homes from local petty criminals? How does she plan to protect the people from these global masterminds of extremely violent terrorist acts?

Furthermore what are the interests of the country or the military which will be achieved from this? None whatsoever; otherwise Hasina would have no need for hiding it from the people. However the Americans have clear goals and interests they aim to achieve; and they announced it to their people. Their aims are clear from the statement of the admiral. They are preparing the military in so-called counter terrorism. This has one meaning to America - get the military to join in the war against Islam; and fight, abduct, and kill their own Muslims brothers. This is what America will most definitely do, as they did in Pakistan and any officer who refuses to participate in this will be abducted, arrested, dismissed or killed. We need only to mention as evidence for this the Pilkhana killings, the ongoing purge in the military and the killings of 24 officers by NATO forces in Pakistan. Secondly the admiral stated, "South Asia as a whole is of major strategic importance to the US and the security partnerships are increasingly vital to the US Pacific Command's mission." In plain language he is referring to the US design of preventing the return of the Khilafah "Caliphate" in the region and containing China, as part of which they intend to totally subjugate Bangladesh under their domination.

The speakers reminded the Muslims of the ayah of Allah (SWT),

إِنْ يَثْقَفُوكُمْ يَكُونُوا لَكُمْ أَعْدَاءً وَيَبْسُطُوا إِلَيْكُمْ أَيْدِيَهُمْ وَأَلْسِنَتَهُمْ بِالسُّوءِ وَوَدُّوا لَوْ تَكْفُرُونَ (الممتحنة:2)

"Should they gain the upper hand over you, they would behave to you as enemies, and stretch forth their hands and their tongues against you with evil, and they desire that you should disbelieve." [TMQ Surah Al-Mumtahinah: 2]

They urged the Muslims to take action before it is too late. They said Hasina is committing one after another treacherous acts, openly and secretly. Therefore the people must come out to struggle against her and the ruling regime; and establish the Khilafah "Caliphate" state, which will throw out the crusader forces from the country.
