KENYAN ‘LEADERS' ARE MEGA-CORRUPT, DRUG DEALERS AND MASS KILLERS! WHERE WILL THE PEOPLE'S SALVATION COME FROM?

The ‘Wikileaks' website recently revealed secret diplomatic cables between the US embassy in Nairobi and the US State Department wherein the US ambassador to Kenya stated that prominent politicians in Kenya are the pillars of corruption and that key government officers are involved in international drug-dealing using their high positions for criminal purposes. The cables also stated that President Kibaki and Prime Minister Raila Odinga are the biggest obstacles to ‘reform' in order to protect their selfish private interests. Then Luis Moreno-Ocampo, the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), announced that he intends to prosecute 6 persons for ‘crimes against humanity' following the mass killings that broke out after the December 2007 elections fiasco, 5 of whom are major players in the government! In response Kibaki, Odinga and their ministers publicly came out rebutting all these allegations claiming to be innocent of all accusations; and they prided themselves first and foremost in leading the reform agenda by passing a new constitution as if that was the greatest salvation for the people of Kenya!

The whole country must know where its true salvation lies, and before we discuss the specific issues raised we begin with three important points regarding the diplomatic cables dominating news headlines currently. First, these cables clearly show that western nations remain colonial in nature and they use all their institutions including embassies to conduct espionage in our lands so as to preserve their strategic interests despite the common man being deceived that we achieved independence long ago! Second: The cables reveal no secret in themselves since citizens have long since realizes the true malicious nature of their ‘leaders' who lead in nothing but corruption and evil, politicians who are nothing but devils hidden in the guise of human beings! Third: Politicians are stupid since they are agent rulers depending upon the west to support their rule yet the selfsame western nations denounce them in secret despite supporting them in public; and, on the other hand, the common man has long since realized the evil nature of his ‘leaders' that warns of an impending popular revolution as occurred in Tunisia and Egypt.

Starting with the issue of corruption, the so called Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission (KACC) under its newly appointed director pretends to be sweeping corruption out of all ministries. Yet the reality is that they ignore the fact that the key pillars of corruption are the two principals themselves and their corruption networks of major capitalist businessmen supporting them; and these principals are untouched! Mega-corruption scandals such as Goldenberg, Anglo-Leasing, Triton etc wherein the key leaders' hands are directly implicated has not touched them while others are supposedly ‘suspended' on half-pay! How many ministers who have looted public funds are in Manyani prison? Which MP is in Kamiti maximum security prison after grabbing public land, and which prominent businessman is in Shimo la Tewa prison for the maize scandal or the free primary education funds scandal? Not even one! Since Kenya gained its false independence to date, commission after commission has been formed to fight corruption yet every day ‘leaders' steal billions of public funds in broad daylight proving the fact that these commissions are nothing but an illusion meant to seduce the public into sleep.

As for drug-dealing, the reality is that this ‘business' enriches many leaders globally since research shows that it is the third most profitable business in the world after the sale of petroleum and weapons.
As a matter of course, this sophisticated criminal racket requires the participation of the key government officers to succeed since many state institutions must be work be held in check via a high-level conspiracy e.g. police, national intelligence, sea and air ports etc failing which racket will be cut off. That explains why only neighbourhood peddlers and consumers are arrested in so-called ‘anti-drugs crackdowns' while well-known big fish continue raking in billions while destroying the country's youth. So no one should expect the current corrupt system to arrest any major drug dealers except and unless for cosmetic effect to fool people for a while. Yet arresting, torturing and illegally deporting Muslims for false unproven ‘suspicion' of ‘terrorism' is acted upon instantaneously by security officers since the government seeks to appease the US despite the same officers claiming not to know who imports container-loads of drugs into the country! Worse than that, any security officers who refuse to cooperate and investigate the drugs trade too seriously are shot dead with the investigations of their deaths leading ‘nowhere', all because they were spoiling the trade of ‘honourable MPs'. Is this not sufficient proof that prominent hands in government support this evil trade?! As for the US ambassador who pretends to speak firmly and publicly against drugs, does he not know that the US is the world's leading consumer of illegal drugs yet his own government has failed to prevent the trade? And is the US army not in brutal occupation of Afghanistan yet, instead of cracking down on drug production, the trade has actually increased exponentially compared to the rule of the Taliban?! Does this spying ambassador not see this? But the most grievous mistake is to see so-called Muslim leaders keen to praise this envoy and publicly seek the assistance of the US government, the same government leading a vicious and dirty global crusade against Islam, to combat the drugs menace in Kenya! Do they not remember that Allah (SWT) has forbidden us to take our enemies as our allies and protectors?! Allah Ta'ala says:

"O you who believe! Do not take as intimates other than yourselves. They will not fail to corrupt you. They only desire your ruin. Rank hatred has appeared from their mouths, but what their chests conceal is worse!" [TMQ 3:11]

As for the ICC, it is dominated by western nations that are the ones who marketed multi-party democracy as the salvation for our countries; but the reality is that the 2007 democratic elections caused mass killings and the destruction of the country. Moreover the ICC is a ‘one-eyed' court that does not see any evil except that committed by the West's lowly followers in Africa; as for the major western war criminals who have perpetrated the killings of hundreds of thousands in Iraq and Afghanistan, the ICC does not account them for they are the world's masters! Such a court cannot serve truth and justice; rather it is used as a stick to enforce the western colonial agenda. However it is clear that all politicians in Kenya from the highest to the lowest associated in the chaos and killings that took place after the 2007 elections; so if not the ICC, who will truly punish these devilish politicians?

As for the new constitution, only a few months have passed since its promulgation and already it is revealed to be a circus illusion only. The same politicians who swore to protect and preserve it are now publicly and shamelessly violating it, famine endangers millions, drug kingpins are the pillars of the government, corruption continues unabated etc; yet the constitution cannot assist the victimized citizen until today! This is due primarily to the fact that this constitution is man-made, whereas humanity requires a valid constitution revealed by our Creator. Thus the correct solution is to replace this experimental constitution, the colonial capitalist ideology and evil politicians wholesale for the true, ideology and politicians.

O citizens of Kenya! Have you not yet opened your eyes to this reality? Have you not seen that after the ICC 6 were mentioned, many of them pillars of the corrupt system who have amassed public wealth, the government still intends to abuse you by using public funds to pay for the legal expenses at the ICC? The Prophet (SAAW) spoke truthfully when he said: "If you have no shame, do whatever you wish!" To make things even worse, these politicians are already planning their 2012 election projects via tribal alliances that will incite civil strife in the country again. All this must prove to you that these politicians-no matter how they change their names, parties and alliance-will remain devils who incite hatred among you and they care not if you all burn so that they achieve their selfish ends. Yes, it is time you realized the fallacy and lies of democratic politics that bewitches your politicians if truly you are people of intellect. All politicians are of one stripe without permanent friends or enemies; they ally when their interests merge and break apart when their interests diverge. They believe in the corrupt ideology of their western patrons whom they serve as clients, yet the west itself is unable to resolve its catastrophic economic and political crises using the same capitalist ideology. How blind the patron and his client!

Hizb ut-Tahrir East Africa intellectually and publicly advocates the Islamic ideology with its solutions for all of life's affairs as your true salvation able to resolve the problems of incapacitating poverty, dangerous tribalism, destructive corruption and devilish politicians! Thus the time has come to liberate yourselves from blindly imitating the western colonialists and accept the ideology revealed by your Creator who understands you and your problems better than you know yourselves.

News Details:

US congressman fuels hatred against Muslims
A US congressman has warned al-Qaeda is actively recruiting US Muslims for violent attacks within the country. Representative Peter King, a Republican, spoke at a House homeland security committee hearing into the "radicalization" of US Muslims. He said "homegrown radicalization" was "part of al-Qaeda's strategy to continue attacking the US". Critics say the hearing will feed anti-Islamic sentiment and have criticized Mr King for singling Muslims out. A senior Democratic congressman warned the committee not to "blot the good name" of American Muslims. Mr King, a New York Democrat, has said US mosques are a breeding ground for radical attitudes.

Morocco: France hails the King's speech
France has praised the King of Morocco for announcing wide-ranging reforms it called ‘important, responsible and brave.'Mohamed VI promised an independent judiciary, a stronger role for parliament and political parties and a programme to devolve more power to local officials. The King appeared on TV flanked by his brother and son. At the moment, he has the power to dissolve parliament, and has a major say in appointing the prime minister. His reforms would mean the premier coming from the majority party, and parliament would elect the government. Good governance, human rights and the protection of liberties, he said, would be enshrined in the new constitution. Emboldened by their neighbors' discontent in Tunisia and Egypt, Moroccans found their voice last month. One opposition leader said the King had responded favorably to all constitutional demands. The changes will be subject to a referendum.

Gates: NATO planning for all military options on Libya
NATO has agreed to continue planning for all military options on Libya, the U.S. defense secretary said on Thursday. Defense Secretary Robert Gates said that NATO had agreed to reposition ships closer to Libya, but was not increasing the number of ships in the Mediterranean. "It's my impression that we're really not talking so much about increasing the number of ships, as it is about repositioning ships that are already in the region (closer to Libya)," he told reporters after a NATO meeting.

Doctors Report Bahrain Used Nerve Gas On Demonstrators
Back on February 13, Bahrain vowed to use tougher anti-protest methods to prevent the people of the tiny kingdom from demanding government reform. Doctors confirmed the Bahraini state is in fact using "potentially lethal and stronger methods" in order to put down calls for a more representative government. "Doctors from the scene of violent anti-government protests in Yemen's capital said that what was thought to be tear gas fired by government forces on demonstrators may have been nerve gas, which is forbidden under international law," reports the Australian. "The material in this gas makes people convulse for hours. It paralyses them. They couldn't move at all. We tried to give them oxygen but it didn't work," said Amaar Nujaim, a field doctor who works for Islamic Relief. Pathologist Mohammad Al-Sheikh said that some of the victims had lost muscular control and were forced to wear diapers. Reports indicate victims of nerve gas apparently used by the monarchy on its citizens were not engaged in violence. "Military personnel opened fire on Tuesday night and used what was originally assumed to be tear gas to disperse a group of demonstrators who were trying to bring additional tents into the protest area outside Sanaa University," the Australian continues. Witnesses said soldiers fired warning shots into the air before shooting gas and live bullets at demonstrators, killing one and injuring at least 50.

Is Saudi Arabia next: U.S. calls Saudis to respect people's right to protest
The United States has called on Saudi authorities to respect the right to protest following a massive clampdown on anti-government protesters in the ultra-conservative kingdom.  "The United States supports a set of universal rights, including the right to peaceful assembly and freedom of expression," AFP quoted State Department spokesman Philip Crowley as saying on Monday.  "Those rights must be respected everywhere, including Saudi Arabia," he added.  "The Saudi position on protests is actually not new. We have communicated our position to the Saudi government as part of our regular ongoing dialogue and have been for some time."  The remarks come as protests and any public displays of dissent are forbidden in Saudi Arabia. The Saudi interior ministry on Saturday announced anti-government protests as "illegal."  On Sunday, Saudi senior Wahhabi clerics censured opposition demonstrations as "un-Islamic."  The Council of Senior Scholars in a statement said, "Reform and advice do not take place through demonstrations and methods that fan sedition. The council stresses that demonstrations are prohibited in this country, and that the Islamic way of realizing common interest is by offering advice."  A group of Saudi youths has posted a message on Facebook, calling for a "Saudi Revolution" on March 20 to demand democratic and political reform in the monarchy.

UAE activists demand direct elections
A group of Emirati intellectuals and activists on Wednesday petitioned the president of the Gulf state to introduce direct elections and vest the parliament with legislative powers. The petition, posted online, cites "rapid regional and international developments that necessitate improving national participation," in calling for the direct election of all members of the Federal National Council (FNC), which serves only as an advisory body. It also calls for "the amendment of constitutional articles to power the Federal National Council with full legislative and regulatory powers." The petition, which comes amid sweeping uprisings in several Arab countries demanding regime changes, was signed by 133 UAE nationals, including academics, journalists and rights activists. Petitioners lamented that the process of efforts to widen political participation over 39 years, since the United Arab Emirates federation was formed, "have not followed the constitution." They wrote that the constitution stipulates a "process towards a comprehensive democratic parliamentary system." The UAE, which groups seven emirates including Abu Dhabi and Dubai, had indirect elections in 2006 for the first time, where members of electoral colleges appointed by the emirates' rulers were entitled to vote half the members of 40-strong council. The remainder were named by President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al-Nahayan.

Soros: The Chinese Model Of Suppressing Individuals Could Become The Envy Of The World
This week Soros the billionaire tycoon said, "The world does need order, and that order needs maintenance. The idea that markets can correct their excesses turned out to be false. "Perfect order and global governance are not realistic expectations. However, it is a sad fact that Western democracies provide less successful leadership than China."[China's model of state capitalism, in which the interests of the individual are subordinated to those of the government, pose a danger if its example becomes] "The envy of the world."

Muslimah Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia's critics  on International Women's Day Centenary

  • Published in News & Comment
  •   |

The International Women's Day Centenary took Muslimah of Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia to the streets criticizing the celebrations on Tuesday,  8 March 2011 in Bundaran Hotel of Indonesia, Jakarta. The protesters showed the posters wrtitten "Capitalist Democracy failed to honor women",  "Gender equality = blank jargon of Capitalism", and "It's time for Women to slam Democarcy-Capitalism, Struggle for Islam honoring Women".

According to spokeswomen for Muslimah Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia, Iffah Ainur Rochmah, "It has been a hundred years the women's day celebrated, but until now, women still haven't got prosperity and honor. There are many women lives in poverty. From 34,7 million of poor people in Indonesia, 50 % of them are women. Likewise, the phenomena of sexual harrasment, pornography, and violence against women are more spreading."

Muslimah Hizbut  Tahrir Indonesia views that all of problems happened to women and they aren't overcome yet, is not because there were no movements to fight for women's rights, but it is the consequence of implementing Democracy-Capitalism. Since capitalist democracy gives the chances to exploit women. Women are supposed to be the object of pornography and sexuality.

Nevertheless, the solution offered such as gender equality, precisely worsen women's problems. It's true that in one hand could enforce women to achieve their freedom in public sphere, moreover they are given way to be the legislative members and take the governance position. However, in other hand the significant bad impact as the fruits of gender equality are crucial to count on. It costs dearly in the name of freedom and gender equality like: moral decadence, free sex, high number of divorces, broken home families, the ignorance of mother's role as the educator, and effect of lose generation. These conditions did not only happen to muslim women but also all women in the West which becomes the pioneer of freedom and gender equality.

Muslimah of Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia demands the stakeholders of the society, not to rely on Democracy-Capitalism and gender equality. Apparently, to solve the women's problems, all elements in society need to take Islam as the comprehencive solution. By implementing Islam in Khilafah "Caliphate" state, the prosperity and honor for women will be  perceived by all women in the world.

THE CENTENARY OF INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY IS A STARK REMINDER OF THE FAILURE OF WESTERN SECULAR DEMOCRACY TO SECURE THE RIGHTS OF WOMEN GLOBALLY

Tuesday 8th March marks the centenary of International Women's Day, a day set by the West to celebrate the victories women globally have made in their struggle to secure their rights and respect. However, the epidemic levels of abuse, rape, violence, sexual harassment and discrimination in public life faced by women in the West and the East under Western secular democracy should give serious cause for reflection as to what this political system has actually achieved for women over the last 100 years.
