The Constitution is not specific to a certain region, or a particular country, rather it is for the Khilafah "Caliphate" State in the entire Muslim world, moreover for the entire world, considering that the Khilafah "Caliphate" State will carry the message of Islam, a message of light and guidance, to the entire world.
