A Chain of the Conspiracy against Palestine and its People vx?.
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) Threaten its Services Portfolio

The year 2016 had barely begun when the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) for Palestinian refugees in Lebanon launched measures to reduce treatment services that they had been providing to our people, the Palestinian refugees inside the Palestinian camps and outside of them, in what has been known as ‘the transformation’ of hospitals contracted with UNRWA and to pass a considerable cost upon the people which will overburden them and particularly in relation to the cases that demand surgical interventions or the conditions of sickness that require a long period of treatment and specialisation... The effects of this have quickly appeared in the case where one of our people from the inhabitants of the Northern Burj camp in South Lebanon set himself on fire due to his inability to pay the costs. In addition, the deaths of two women were registered in the Suwar Camps as a result of not transferring them to a specialised hospital...! This is on top of the education portfolio and the manner of integrating the children into large numbers as a prelude to closing some of the schools and laying off some of the teachers. It is expected for the reductions to extend to the area known as ‘social services’ which represents a programme that takes care of cases of severe hardship...

And it is well known that the Lebanese state – and in the context of methodical pressures – does not provide any medical services to the Palestinians apart from through the transfers from UNRWA and this is a portfolio that is subject to be diminished and even within the area of education. As such there are intensification in respect to the acceptance of Palestinian students within the public schools. As for those people of severe hardship then no tears are shed for them... Rather the Lebanese state, utilising the argument of what is called ‘preventing settlement’, is constraining the people’s living, and so it is not permissible for them to work in close to 70 professions. Ownership is not allowed for them and they are harassed in the places of their residence in the camps through different and humiliating means. The issue is not far off that travel documents granted to them by the Lebanese state will no longer be viable to be used to move due to them not fitting the state’s standards. Is it not an incredible matter that the Palestinians, who have lived in Lebanon for close to 76 years are not entitled to the same as the foreigner who has only been in the country for a few years!! And argument of the Palestinian case which has become slogans, no indeed the slogans, are sold as worn clothes.

O our people, the people of Palestine within the camps and outside of them, indeed your important movements cause annoyance to the conspiring players. That is because the issue is bigger than just reducing or fading out services or even stopping and ending them. It represents a step in conspiring from the people of concessions who falsely claim to represent liberation and those who aid them from the regional and western states, particularly America, in order to end what they claim to represent pending issues (the right of return, the refugee issue and Quds) after having already conceded Palestine to the Jews and sitting above a short distance away that they call ‘an Authority’, after years of reducing the issue of Palestine from being an issue of an Ummah, then an Arab issue, then an issue of the neighbouring states, then an issue of an organisation, then an issue of an authority, then an issue of two authorities, to an issue of relief and provision of services... This shameful or humiliating history is summarized in the selling of Palestine to the Jews for a pitiful price of a few Dirhams and they were a short distance away. This was manifested in the heading that the Hayat Newspaper published in its January edition 2014 upon the tongue of Yasir Abd Rabbeh: A Jewish State, its capital is a part of Al-Quds and no right of return for the refugees.

UNRWA, the relief agency, and alongside it, indeed ahead of it the Palestinian Authority, represent a link in the chain of conspiring against Palestine to consolidate the position of the Jews. It was not one of its objectives to provide a dignified life to the refugees or make their lives easier but rather it was to squelch their anger and silence them into a life of lowliness and humiliation until the Palestinian issue had been dealt with. And now after the West and the rulers have cut a number of rounds in a plan to subjugate the people, normalisation and harness the rulers and the Palestinian Authority to present concessions and consolidate the Jews in Palestine. The environments have been prepared more in the American and western view to realise great accomplishments in respect to dealing with the issue of the refugees and to push them to make concessions and accept any solution that by its nature will give them a little respite from the miserable living and humiliating life. This is their dream; and these are their calculations however they plot and Allah plots and Allah is the best of plotters. And every time they collide, they are met with the true reality of the Islamic Ummah and its heroic sons. They are those who represent a solid rock in the face of the western objectives and its aspirations and they stand out like a legend which the contents of the western thought are incapable of explaining and providing an analysis for. However, the West has been deceived by the lowness of the rulers and the Palestinian Authority and their vileness causing them to make analogy between them and the rest of the people of Palestine and the Ummah. And for that reason they will have already failed and lost InShaa Allah.

O our people, the people of Palestine in the camps and outside of them, today the hour has drawn near for your word of truth:

- That those sinful concession makers do not represent you and indeed they are the origin of the malady, who have led us and you to this miserable state of affairs.

- That your issue is not an issue of education and food by which they silence you – as this is the least of your rights – rather it is an issue of an Ummah that has lost its land and indeed its holy sanctities and you are afflicted with and all of the Muslims in every corner with the worst punishment from the Arab and western leaders. This is whilst your brothers from your single Ummah in Syria, Iraq, Libya, Yemen and Egypt are not far from you.

- That you have complete awareness about the conspirators with all of their plans in all of their forms and names.

- That you will never hand your leadership after today to other than those working sincerely to liberate the ands and the servants from the intellectual and economic colonialism and from direct occupation. Allah has honoured us and you with the glad tidings of the Prophet (saw) as was recorded in the two Saheehs and in the wording related by Muslim states:

«لا تقوم الساعة حتى تقاتلوا اليهود، حتى يختبئ اليهودي وراء الحجر والشجر، فيقول الحجر والشجر: يا مسلم يا عبد الله هذا يهودي خلفي فتعال فاقتله، إلا الغرقد»

“The hour will not be established until you fight the Jews, until the Jew will hide behind the rocks and the trees. Then the rocks and the trees will say: O Muslim, O Slave of Allah, this is a Jew behind me, so come and kill him, except for the Ghirqad (tree).”

O our people, the people of Palestine in the camps and outside of them

Hizb ut Tahrir, is amongst and between you, and it has not and will never close an eyelid from these conspiracies until it has exposed them. It will never rest; connecting its night with its day until it accomplishes the promise of Allah so that it attains the honour of the Dunyaa, the Khilafah "Caliphate" State (Caliphate) upon the path of the Prophethood, that works to take care of the affairs of its subjects in every field, and the honour of the hereafter as a mercy and reward from Allah for what you have provided to support your Deen and its sanctities...

Indeed, the dawn will only come after the severest of dark times and the hardship will never overcome the two eases:

[فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا * إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا]

“For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. Verily, with hardship (will be) ease” [Ash-Sharh 5-6].

[وَلَوْ أَنَّ أَهْلَ الْقُرَىٰ آمَنُوا وَاتَّقَوْا لَفَتَحْنَا عَلَيْهِم بَرَكَاتٍ مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ]

“And if only the people of the cities had believed and feared Allah, We would have opened upon them blessings from the heaven and the earth” [Al-A’araaf: 96].
