The Only Relief from Corrupt Systems and Corrupt Rulers is the Khilafah

Our anger against the traitors within Pakistan's civilian and military leadership is unprecedented. As for economic misery, we struggle just to secure fuel, power, food, jobs, health-care and education. As for foreign policy humiliation, our armed forces are slapped in the face by America, in Abbotabad, in Salala and elsewhere, whilst we incur grave losses in lives and property through America's war. General Kayani, President Zardari and their henchmen have crippled our country, despite its abundant material resources, strong armed forces and a noble and lively people, who love Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saw). Allah (swt) said:

[أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ بَدَّلُوا نِعْمَةَ اللَّهِ كُفْرًا وَأَحَلُّوا قَوْمَهُمْ دَارَ الْبَوَارِ]

"Have you not seen those who have changed the Blessings of Allah into disbelief and caused their people to dwell in an abode of destruction?" [Surah Ibraheem 14: 29]

And there is no relief in sight. The impending election drama is only to bring some new faces, along with some old faces. However, the real cause of misery and humiliation, the current democratic capitalist system, will remain firmly in its place. Just as in dictatorship, corruption, misery and humiliation, is produced by democracy itself. Just like dictatorship, in democracy too the sovereignty to legislate, deciding what is right and wrong, lies with men and not Allah (swt). So self-serving individuals know that once they are elected into the democratic system, they can make laws to secure their interests. Any corrupt one amongst us regards his "investment" of millions of rupees to become a public representative through elections, a wise investment because it will give a good "return." The assembly is not about taking care of the people's interests, but a way for these corrupt elements to look after their own affairs and the affairs of those who selected and groomed them to rule: the colonialists.

It is democracy that provides the colonialists with a back door entry into our country to secure their interests and undermine ours. Since legislative sovereignty lies in the hands of the elected assemblies, the colonialists control the system in order to exploit the country and its resources. Whilst in dictatorship, colonialists have to secure the service of the dictator and his entourage in order to make laws and policies for their interests, in democracy, colonialists simply secure the agency of a group of politicians for the same thing. So, through democracy, legal sanctity is provided to colonialist policies, whether in our economy or foreign policy or education or any other matter. The Seventeenth Amendment to secure America's war, the National Reconciliation Ordinance to "cleanse" American agents of their previous crimes before they come to rule to commit more crimes, the Twentieth Amendment to bring all party members in line with America's key agents in political parties, are but three examples in a long list of examples. This is how Kayani, Zardari and their henchmen made their continuous treachery against Islam and Muslims into law in the past. As for the future, in democracy, the faces may change but the corruption always remains.

O Muslims of Pakistan!

RasulAllah saw said, "لَا يُلْدَغُ الْمُؤْمِنُ مِنْ جُحْرٍ وَاحِدٍ مَرَّتَيْنِ " "The believer is not stung from the same hole twice." A thousand elections in this democratic system will never close the doors to your misery and humiliation. The elected rulers and assemblies are allowed to issue hundreds of laws and policies that openly violate the commands and prohibitions mandated by Allah (swt). We must turn our faces away from the corrupt system of democracy that produces corrupt rulers and corrupt laws, as if it were a factory, just as we turned our faces away from dictatorship. In democracy, traitors enslave others to their own whims and desires and those of their colonialist masters, ignoring the Kitab of Allah and the Sunnah of RasulAllah. Allah (swt) said,

[وَأَنِ احْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ وَاحْذَرْهُمْ أَنْ يَفْتِنُوكَ عَنْ بَعْضِ مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ إِلَيْكَ]

"And judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and do not follow their desires, and beware (O Muhammad) that they might seduce you from some of what Allah has sent down to you." [Surah Al-Maaida 5:49].

We will only find prosperity and security, once we rid ourselves of democracy and implement Islam through its ruling system, the Khilafah "Caliphate". Only the Khilafah "Caliphate" closes the door in the face of the colonialists and their agents because the constitution and the laws are extracted from the Quran and the Sunnah exclusively. So, the elected men and women of the Majlis-e-Ummah, will not make laws. Instead, they will advise and account all the rulers on the basis of their ruling by Islam, in a system where Allah (swt) alone is Sovereign. And the Khaleefah has no right to implement any law other than according to what Allah has commanded and forbidden.

Thus, the Khilafah "Caliphate" alone will relieve us of corruption, misery and humiliation. Rulers do not make laws and are subject to the laws of Allah as are all the citizens. The Khilafah "Caliphate" will estimate the personal wealth of the Walis when they enter ruling and will take back any wealth they acquire during ruling when their rule ends. Islam will bring us relief from the hardship of unaffordable electricity, gas, kerosene, diesel and petrol. This is because in the Khilafah "Caliphate" system, public properties, which include fuel and power, can neither be privatized; rather the people are its actual owners, whilst the state only administers them on people's behalf. So, the Khilafah "Caliphate" will never profiteer from these public properties, rather it will ensure they benefit the entire society. The Khilafah "Caliphate" will bring relief from the hardship of crippling taxes under the current system, release us from foreign debt, whilst unleashing huge alternative revenue sources for looking after the affairs of the people. In Islam, Allah (swt) decides which revenues are fair as well as who are able to pay them and taxation upon the poor is forbidden. Islam has its own unique system of revenue collection, including revenue from public properties, such as gas and oil, copper and gold, revenue from agriculture such as ushr and kharaj, and revenue from industrial manufacture, through Zakah on goods. As for the foreign policy, the Khilafah "Caliphate" will cut the root of foreign domination over the Muslims, as it will end all relations with hostile Kafir states. It will close their embassies, bases, residences for private military organizations and will prevent contact with their military and political officials. Rather than depending upon the Kuffar for strength and dignity, the Khilafah "Caliphate" will work to unify all the Muslim Lands as one state and it will forge relationships with non-hostile Kafir states to facilitate making the call to Islam to them, leaving the hostile states isolated. And this is only some of that which Hizb ut Tahrir has prepared for implementation from the first moment the Khilafah "Caliphate" is re-established inshaaAllah.

We must direct all of our efforts to our ruling system and our state, the Khilafah "Caliphate". We must all stand with our Muslim brothers and sisters of Hizb ut Tahrir around the world, in the serious work for the Khilafah "Caliphate". We must break our silence and become the masters of our own affairs, instead of silent spectators over our misery and humiliation. Let the demand for Khilafah "Caliphate" resound within the houses, schools, colleges, mosques, offices, streets, markets and public places.

O Officers of Pakistan's Armed Forces!

The American masters of Kayani and the other traitors have lost their minds. They are grasping to any matter to delay the impending rise of Islam and its state, the Khilafah "Caliphate", whether through new elections in this corrupt system of democracy or persecution of those amongst you who desire the Khilafah "Caliphate". The Americans fear from you lest you establish Khilafah "Caliphate" in Pakistan first or annex Pakistan with the Khilafah "Caliphate" wherever it arrives first, whether in Syria or Egypt or any other place. Honor yourselves by being of the Ansar of today, those who granted the Nussrah (Material Support) for the establishment of the first Islamic state in Madinah. Give the Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir so that the Ummah rejoices at its liberation by its state, the Khilafah "Caliphate" today. Allah (swt) said,

[وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ * بِنَصْرِ اللَّهِ يَنْصُرُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ]

"And on that day the believers will rejoice, with the victory of Allah. He gives victory to whom He wills, and he is the Mighty, the Merciful." [Surah al-Rum 30:4-5]
