Enough! Rid yourselves now of the traitor rulers and establish the Khilafah in their place

O sincere officers of Pakistan's armed forces!

It is a slap in the face of any right minded officer that on 2 May 2011, in the dead of night, American helicopters violated Pakistani airspace, American troops violated Pakistani soil to creep like thieves into the sanctity of a home in Abbotobad, a home surrounded by military check-posts, within minutes of the Pakistan Military Academy of the Muslim world's largest armed forces. Like dacoits robbing a house, enemy Kafir forces that cared not for the Muslim men, women and children of the home, executed Osama Bin Laden and then dumped his body in the sea. Bin Laden, an unarmed man, who commanded less material strength than even one tenth of a battalion, of any single one of the Western armies deployed within this region to search for him for nearly ten years.

It is a slap in your face that this violation of Muslim Land was only possible with the complicity of those who command you, who took an oath as you did to protect this Muslim Land and its people from the enemy. Yet they broke that oath to adopt the role of cheap spies that spot the houses for their thieving masters to violate them. Does it not make your blood boil when you read of the extraordinary meeting between ISAF Commander US General Petraeus and your Army Chief, General Kayani, at Chaklala Airbase on 25 April 2011, to be followed that very same night with General Petraeus making a teleconference with a White House meeting chaired personally by US President Barack Obama. Then the very next day, the ISI Chief, General Shuja Pasha, made an unscheduled attendance to a meeting of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, a meeting which he is not usually part of. It is this meeting that Obama hinted at when he haughtily announced the death of Bin Laden, saying, "And finally, last week, I determined that we had enough intelligence to take action, and authorized an operation to get Osama Bin Laden and bring him to justice."

Having violated the Muslim sanctities, the kafir enemy have become emboldened against you for even more violations. Whilst Obama proclaimed he would do such an operation again, even the cowardly Hindu raised his head against you. On 4 May 2011, Indian Army Chief General VK Singh said, "All the three wings (army, navy and air force) are capable of carrying out such operations, when needed."

These traitor rulers commanding over you have broken their oath not once, but over and over. They betray you not once, but over and over, each time pleading to you that they only have best intentions at heart. They spill your pure Muslim blood for the sake of America's crusade in Afghanistan and the Tribal Areas, and are ready to spill even more in North Waziristan, whilst weakening the support for the Muslims of Kashmir, denying their right for liberation and their strengthening through annexation to the vast lands of the Islamic Ummah. To create an atmosphere of Fitna to push you to fight in the Tribal Areas, they opened the doors, and keep them open, for American private military organizations to perpetrate killings and bombings in the public places, the places of worship, the schools, the security and army installations and the markets. To raise a stick over your heads they grant America air force facilities within Pakistan so that US drones can collapse houses on the heads of the Muslims in the tribal areas. To allow the crusaders to keep a watchful eye on you they ensure that American military officers now walk through the Pakistan Army's General Head Quarters, whilst US marines are stationed in Baluchistan, near the Chaman border. They have handed Pakistan over to the enemy, to be used as if it were part of America, with American intelligence directing their terrorist operations, US embassies and consulates functioning as fortifications through which American officials order and forbid the traitor rulers, and a secured supply line that provides the American crusaders with food, wine and weapons including explosive materials, both within Afghanistan and Pakistan.

These traitor rulers have broken their own oath many times, whilst taking care to remind you of yours. They have earned the wrath of Allah سبحانه وتعالى on the Day of all Days for allying with the hated kafir enemy, spending of your blood, toil and sweat to grant them a foothold that they neither have the courage nor means to achieve for themselves. They have allied themselves with the enemies of Allah and the believers despite that Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لاَ تَتَّخِذُوا عَدُوِّي وَعَدُوَّكُمْ أَوْلِيَاءَ تُلْقُونَ إِلَيْهِمْ بِالْمَوَدَّةِ وَقَدْ كَفَرُوا بِمَا جَاءَكُمْ مِنْ الْحَقِّ]

"O you who believe! Choose not My enemies who are your enemies as alllies showing them affection even when they disbelieve in that truth that has come to you" [Surah Mumtahina 60:1]

O sincere officers of Pakistan's armed forces!

What of you and your oath to defend these Muslim Lands and its Muslims from the kuffar enemy? Where do you wish to stand on the Day of all Days, with this Ummah and the beloved RasulAllah صلى الله عليه و سلم or with these traitors and their kafir masters? It is an open secret that Pakistan's armed forces are the real power in Pakistan and behind the scenes exert enormous influence over Pakistan's civilian institutions, such as the government and the judiciary. So, the fact that matters worsened so much lies squarely at your feet. Do not allow them to get any worse.

Your greatest fear, as a Muslim officer, is that you stand on the Day of Accounting without an evidence for yourself, despite the fact that your Lord privileged you with the ability to end the destruction of your people. Through your silence, inaction and weakness, do not allow yourself to be raised as one of those who sided with the mischief makers that stand over your heads in misleading and misguidance. Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,

[وَقَالُوا رَبَّنَا إِنَّا أَطَعْنَا سَادَتَنَا وَكُبَرَاءَنَا فَأَضَلُّونَا السَّبِيلَ]

"And they will say: Our Lord! Verily we obeyed our chiefs and our great ones, and they misled us from the (Right) Way" [Surah Al-Ahzab 33:67]

[وَإِذْ يَتَحَاجُّونَ فِي النَّارِ فَيَقُولُ الضُّعَفَاءُ لِلَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا إِنَّا كُنَّا لَكُمْ تَبَعًا فَهَلْ أَنْتُمْ مُغْنُونَ عَنَّا نَصِيبًا مِنَ النَّارِ * قَالَ الَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا إِنَّا كُلٌّ فِيهَا إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ حَكَمَ بَيْنَ الْعِبَادِ]

"And, when they will dispute in the Fire, the weak will say to those who were arrogant: "Verily, we followed you, can you then take from us some portion of the Fire'') 48. Those who were arrogant will say: "We are all (together) in this (Fire)! Verily, Allah has judged between (His) servants!'' [Surah al-Ghaafir 40:47-48]

What is required from you is a sincere planned action for the sake of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, His Messenger صلى الله عليه و سلم and the believers, undertaken by the sincere officers, in order to take authority and give it to the sincere and aware Hizb ut-Tahrir, so that it can establish the Khilafah "Caliphate" which rules by Islam, liberates and annexes the Muslim Lands to unify them.

Clasp your hands firmly with Hizb ut-Tahrir now, remembering your brother-in-arms who preceded you in establishing Islam as a state and a rule in Madinah, by giving the material support (Nussrah) to RasulAllah صلى الله عليه و سلم, such as Saad رضي الله عنه. When Sa'ad رضي الله عنه died, his mother wept and RasulAllah صلى الله عليه و سلم told her,

«ليرقأ (لينقطع) دمعك، ويذهب حزنك، فإن ابنك أول من ضحك الله له واهتز له العرش»

"Your tears would recede and your sorrow be lessened if you know that your son is the first person for whom Allah smiled and His Throne trembled." [At-Tabarani]
