The National Anti-Terrorism Body held a press conference on 16/12/2014 in Moscow, and as usual, it included slurs on Hizb ut Tahrir. In particular the first deputy head of the body, Yevgeny Ilyin, literally said: "Members of the terrorist group Imarat Kavkaz (Caucasus Emirate) who are fighting for the Islamic State and Hizb ut Tahrir terrorist groups are returning to commit acts of terrorism in Russia".

Hizb ut Tahrir in the Wilayah of Pakistan held demonstrations across Pakistan against Peshawar massacre held on 16 December on Tuesday in which 132 children and 9 adults were brutally killed. Participants were holding placards declaring "O Pak Army! Cut Off the Head of the Snake, End the US Presence in Pakistan" and "Bombing, Insecurity and Instability, the Cause is America and Traitor Rulers".

On behalf of the Ministry of Finance, the Central Bank of Egypt, has offered Treasury bills worth 7 billion pounds, to fund a sharp deficit in the state budget, estimated at 240 billion pounds of the total budget of 789 billion pounds on Thursday, 12/11/2014 CE. It is scheduled that the Central Bank will offer 3 billion pounds bills for a period of 182 days
