Women in Palestine have been exposed to a vicious attack for many years that has recently intensified. It targets their Islamic values, morals, chastity, and dress. It is led and funded by the American and Western Embassies called "Donor countries", the Jewish entity, and assisted by many of the Palestinian Authority's ministries, and the civil society institutions from women's organizations, research centres and local institutions.

24 September in Peace court of Moscow district of Kazan, imam of Al-Ikhlas Mosque Rustem Safin was sentenced. Safin was sentenced to two years imprisonment in colony of general regime under Part 1 of Art. 282.2 CC RF namely on charges of active dissemination of Hizb ut Tahrir education.
