The women's section of Hizb ut Tahrir in Tunisia plans held a panel discussion entitled "Enough of the Trading with Women's Issues." The panel discussion was held on Saturday, the 7th of December corresponding to 4 Safar 1435 AH at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, at the Hizb's headquarters located in 17 Nahj, Bab Al-Khadra', Tunis.

The discussion highlighted the calamities and horrors experienced by the women of the West by the Capitalist system. Sister Zainab al Dajaby gave a speech, "Women's Misery under the oppressive Capitalist System." Sister Lubna al Aiary also gave a speech," Uncovered Plots & Plans to Target Muslim Women." The West has sought through 16 days of campaigns launched by the United Nations against the violence of women. The Women's Association also plays a major role promoting Western destructive ideas by inviting Muslim women to break away from their religion and dignity. Sister Shadia Sayadi showed how Muslim women played an important role in society and were of esteemed value 14 centuries ago. Her speech was entitled, "Women under the Light of Islam."

With Praise due to Allah, the interaction of the audience was good with a wide range of questions regarding the role of Muslim women, which they face vicious attacks and the entrapment of these women's institutes.

The ways that would restore women to their true role and position in society. The answer session also included the stance of Hizb ut Tahrir regarding the Personal Status Code and the CEDAW Convention which was approved in the government of Beji Caid Essebsi. On the other hand, sisters intervened to comment on the theme of the seminar, where they asserted that Muslim women must regain their genuine political role and not a formal picture, and have proven the lie of the regimes that claim to preserve the gains of women while they are the first to oppress women. It is obligatory upon a Muslim woman to search for a solution to their problems from their Islam and not from solutions that the West that has been proven to have failed in their own backyard.
