In a public conference attended by dignitaries, intellectuals and supporters and advocates of Hizb ut Tahrir on Monday 20 Rajab 1435 AH, corresponding to 19 May 2014 CE in Bethlehem, Takbeerat and calls for jihad soared to liberate Jerusalem and Palestine from Jewish occupation, and dominated the atmosphere of the conference causing an overwhelming support for the establishment of the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" State.

The conference was part of the events announced by the Hizb to be held throughout most cities in the West Bank, the Gaza Strip and the Aqsa Mosque, under the slogan "Al-Aqsa Mosque Cries out for the Ummah and its Armies to Establish the Khilafah "Caliphate" and Liberate the Blessed Land".

Dr. Maher Al-Jabari addressed the audience with "O Ummah of martyrdom, Move to Jihad," and that in his speech for the Hizb titled "Khilafah "Caliphate" is our largest political address, and Al-Aqsa Mosque is our ​​strongest doctrinal issue".  The member of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Palestine emphasized on the inherent connection of the Khilafah "Caliphate" with the Al-Aqsa is a matter of life or death, which cannot be separated from the issue of Palestine, which shed the blood of Muslims in its way. He pointed to the confluence of the anniversary of the plight of Palestine with the anniversary of the fall of the Khilafah "Caliphate".
