17 February 2013, Kayani - Zardari's thugs raided the seminar organized by Hizb ut Tahrir /Wilayah Pakistan at the headquarters city of the Pakistani army in Rawalpindi and arrested Mr. Saad Jagranvi, Head of the Central Contact Committee, and Shabab Hizb ut Tahrir organizers of the seminar. The re-arrest came after Saad Jagranvi's participation in the mass campaign with public speeches and rallies in Pakistan's capital Islamabad and Rawalpindi to invite people to work with the sincere workers to establish a caliphate.
