The notables of Hebron and the men of the city and members of Hizb ut Tahrir carried out a protest in front of the Court of Hebron on Sunday stretching from the morning to the afternoon, and in the face of politics as described by the Hizb as the Palestinian Authority sought to register the land title of the Islamic Waqf (foundation) in Hebron to the Russian Church (Russian Compound).

Dr Maher Al-Jabari, member of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Palestine, stated that the stand has succeeded in stopping the judge's actions to accelerate the proceedings. As reported Haji Abdul Muti Mr. Dean being part of the reconciliation in Hebron that the men of the family clans including the family of Al -Tamimi met with Hizb ut Tahrir regarding the case to stand against those who are trying to alienate this Islamic Waqf, confirmed by Haj Sayed said that the Mujahid al-Tamimi family intends to donate their possession of this land after retrieval for the benefit of the people of the city.

In this stand, which held banners against the policy of the Palestinian Authority to surrender land and against the Russian policy, member of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Palestine Dr. Musab Abu Arqub, emphasized that the Hizb adopts  the issues of the Ummah, warned of the Russian government's conspiracy in Muslim countries, and insisted that the Hizb and its members and the people of Palestine to stand in front of the conspiracy of land titles and the endowment to the Orthodox Church .

In the closing statement, Dr. Maher Al-Jabari stated this case is greater than the Palestinian judiciary and the Palestinian Authority, which receives its instructions from the imams of colonialism in Moscow after Washington, describing it as a political ideological issue.

Jabari praised the people of the country for their stand, and stressed that the media office of the Hizb will continue to follow up on this issue with the people of the country and the notables, and it will not allow for any conspiracy to surrender this land.
