Our brothers in Central Africa call, "where are the Muslims?"
We tell you that the men and women of Hizb ut Tahrir gave a promise to Allah that they will not until the Islamic way of life is resumed and the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" is established to protect you and every Muslim worldwide; and when Allah's Sharah will be implemented "whoever gives support, Allah will support them."
