Amid the presence of a strikingly number of attendees and a number of researchers and journalists in the Great Hall of Hizb ut Tahrir/ Wilayah Sudan Media Office, to attend and participate in the Ummah Forum hosted by Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan.

 

The Forum came under the title: "The Three Wings of Death: Cancer, Waste, Pollution Circle Sudan's Skies". Speakers included Engineer Mohammad Hashim - Deputy to the Official Spokesperson of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan. Dr. Nizar Al Rasheed Mohammad Mustafa - General Secretary of the International Organization of Communication and Information Technologies and the Head of the Independent National Committee to measure radiations and dangerous substances. Dr. Ali Mohammad Ahmad Al Amin - Environmental Executive Manager in the Federal Ministry of Environment.

 

Dr. Ali Mohammad Ahmad Al Amin - Environmental Executive Manager in the Federal Ministry of Environment presented the first paper talking about the rights of succession in the land and the obligations of health and wellness in humans. Then he praised the Hizb's handling of such sensitive important topics for the Ummah. The speaker then focused on climate change in which greedy capitalism caused through irresponsible practices resulting in disasters and pollution in the environment, such as fumes from exhausts and factories; food contamination by pesticides; and pollution of water and soil, indicating the seriousness of some scattered materials in people's daily lives; and mercury and lead, which tops its list. He concluded by stressing the need for African countries to construct a strategy to cope with the crisis.

 

Engineer Mohammad Hashim - Deputy to the Official Spokesperson of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan, noting some of the facts about the serious environmental pollution that devastates Sudan, is a natural product of the policies practiced by the ruling regimes in Sudan when the concept of welfare is absent. He considered that Islam is a great ideology, as it was a proposal given to the attendees as to how the Khilafah "Caliphate" State will address environmental problems:

First: proactive policies to eliminate pathogens or what is known as preventive health.

Second: regarding imports: The Khilafah "Caliphate" State will impose a ban on all materials and goods considered pathogenic to enter the State.

Third: to prohibit all carcinogens substances, as well as that suspected to cause illnesses such as pesticides, fertilizers, plastics and others.

Fourth, spend on infrastructure (water and sanitation networks) from the Muslims' State Treasury (Bait ul-Mal).

Fifth: the Khilafah "Caliphate" State will review all sewage systems, to ensure its effectiveness.

Sixth: prohibiting the use of all disease-causing carcinogenic substances in drinking water purification.

Seventh: the elimination of emissions from factories to damaging the environment.

Eighth: the creation of infrastructure in line with the environment and human health.

Ninth: the Qadaa' al-Hisbeh (Judge of Public Order) will smash out corruption.

Tenth: the judiciary is to decide on all issues with full expediency in corruption cases involving former regime officials who have admitted to carcinogenic substances usage.

 

This proposal was met with acclaim and acceptance from the audience, and a high participation from a number of notable journalists with interesting interventions and inquiries.

Also participating, Dr. Mansour from the Ansar Association interjected noteworthy comments, linking the subject matter of the idea of human succession in land and other interventions that were commented upon by the speakers.
