Education Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiangi has reiterated that the era of cheating and the mess in the exam council has come to an end. Unlike the previous 30 years, when cheating became rampant in the Form Four and Standard Eight examinations it was reported that this only 21 cases of malpractices were recorded.
