On Tuesday, 30 September 2014, just within 48 hours of taking office, Ashraf Ghani has proved his subservience by signing both shameful agreements, BSA and SOFA, allowing the presence of U.S. and foreign forces in Afghanistan post-2014.

The newly installed National Security Advisor Hanif Atmar, U.S. Ambassador James B. Cunningham and NATO Ambassador to Afghanistan Maurits R. Jochems in Kabul at the Presidential Palace have signed the Bilateral Security Agreement (BSA) and Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) on Tuesday.

Speaking at the signing event, Ashraf Ghani stressed that endorsing these agreements do not and will not pose a threat to Afghanistan and the neighboring countries. "We [Afghanistan and the international community] face the same threat, which is why we have the same interests,". "I assure the nation that these agreements are in our national interest," he added.

First of all it is a betrayal to Allah (swt), His Messenger (saw) and the Muslims of Afghanistan that its core enemy and the murderer of millions of Muslims be been given the official authority to remain in Afghanistan on its own terms, fight the Mujahedeen, kill the innocent civilians, urinate on their bodies or burn them and they will not be tried in Afghanistan. No matter whatever crime any of the army officers do, they will not be taken to court here in Afghanistan rather will be sent to U.S. for the trial as mentioned in the BSA: "Afghanistan therefore agrees that the United States shall have the exclusive right to exercise jurisdiction over such persons in respect of any criminal or civil offenses committed in the territory of Afghanistan." Moreover, we know the result of all such trials.

On the other hand, their presence in Afghanistan will aim to increase the tension between the Muslims of Pakistan and Afghanistan with the help of their pawns on both sides, to divide the Ummah on colonial lines.

Moreover, it is mentioned in the BSA, "Members of the force and members of the civilian component may enter and exit Afghanistan without passports and visas shall not be required.  Such personnel shall be exempt from Afghan law and regulations on registration and control of foreign citizens."

Is the new administration blind to see these clauses; and are they blind and deaf to see and listen to the cries of our brothers and sisters ruthlessly tortured, raped and killed by these crusaders. Indeed, they are the first line of defense to protect the interests of their paymasters. They are in fact performing their duty as per their TOR designed by the U.S.

Muslims in Afghanistan have rejected this agreement and any agreement that is signed with these murderers. They have rejected the corrupt democratic elections and know that both the presidential candidates are sellouts who do not care for the people of Afghanistan. What they care for most, is to get the pleasure of its real master the United State that brought them into power.

In a hadith reported by Muslim, our beloved Prophet (saw) said:

«لِكُلِّ غَادِرٍ لِوَاءٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يُرْفَعُ لَهُ بِقَدْرِ غَدْرِهِ أَلاَ وَلاَ غَادِرَ أَعْظَمُ غَدْرًا مِنْ أَمِيرِ عَامَّةٍ»

"Every traitor will have a flag tied to his buttocks on the Day of Judgment. It will be raised according to the level of his treachery. Nay, there is no treachery graver than the treachery of the Ameer of the people."
