To the Free Revolutionaries of Syria, Guardians of Islam, and Bearers of the Ummah's Dignity
(Translated)

Heroes, steadfast in the face of tyrants and enduring suffering for the sake of Allah, we address you today to warn you of a grave trap laid by the enemies of Islam, led by America and its agents in the region.

We in Egypt closely follow the blessed events in the blessed Sham and the international schemes being plotted against you. America, the head of kufr (disbelief) and colonialism, works tirelessly to reap the fruits of your revolution by toppling Bashar’s regime for its own benefit, using traitors in Turkey, Egypt, Jordan, and faction leaders. Beware that the greatest and most dangerous adversary among them is Erdoğan, who cloaks himself in the guise of Islam to deceive you. In truth, he is a loyal servant of America, safeguarding its interests and executing its projects. Let Islam be your standard, and its full implementation your goal. Evaluate the deeds and words of men against this standard so you are not deceived by eloquent tongues masking the cunning of foxes.

People of Ash-Sham: Look at the plight of your brothers and sisters in Egypt. They revolted and overthrew a tyrant, believing it marked the end of their oppression. Yet they failed to beware of America’s deceit and to rid themselves of its influence and agents. The result was the return of an iron grip, harsher and more severe. Egypt was pulled back into Western dominance, stripped of its will, burdened by debt, and crushed by poverty.

The revolution in Egypt did not fail due to the weakness of its people but because they did not free themselves from the chains of Sykes-Picot that created agent regimes and wove the threads of Western dependency. Today, they seek to replicate the same scenario in Syria through alleged political solutions and international conferences orchestrated by America to impose a settlement that maintains its influence. This would leave Assad's regime or a similar agent in place, with superficial changes to create an illusion of transformation.

Revolutionaries of Ash-Sham: Do not align yourselves with those who wronged themselves, straying until Allah caused their hearts to deviate, for Allah does not guide the unjust. Know that Allah has chosen you to be the spearhead in the Ummah’s battle to restore its honor. Do not betray your faith and your Ummah. Beware of leaning towards America or accepting its solutions, for by Allah, it desires nothing but humiliation and disgrace for you.

Allah Almighty says:

[وَلَا تَرْكَنُوا إِلَى الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا فَتَمَسَّكُمُ النَّارُ]

“And do not incline toward those who do wrong, lest you be touched by the Fire,” [Surat Hud:113].

And know that giving up the Islamic project in favor of the projects of the major powers is a betrayal of Allah, His Messenger, and the believers. Do not think that relying on America or its tools, especially Erdoğan, the head of evil and treachery, will save you. They only want to steal your revolution and shackle you with new chains under the name of democracy or national unity.

O Heroes: Know that there is no salvation for Ash-Sham except through implementing the law of Allah and establishing the Khilafah (Caliphate), which will unite you and the Ummah under one Raya, protect your blood, and safeguard your honor from every aggressor. Hizb ut Tahrir is among you, as you know, the pioneer who does not lie to his people. Support them to establish a Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood so that Allah may complete His grace and blessings upon you.

O People of Ash-Sham: Your brothers in Hizb ut Tahrir call on you to cut off all ties with the West, uproot all its tools, and those aligned with them. They urge you to hold fast to the strong rope of Allah. Be patient and persevere, and do not lean towards your enemies, no matter how fierce their schemes. Remember the words of the Prophet (swt): «إِنَّمَا الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ»  “A commander (of the Muslims) is a shield for them. They fight behind him and they are protected by (him from tyrants and aggressors).”

Work on unifying your factions and forces and pledge allegiance to an Imam who will rule you by Islam. We ask Allah to make you steadfast, grant victory to your struggle, and make Ash-Sham the starting point of the Khilafah and a beacon of goodness for the Muslim Ummah.

[وَلَا تَرْكَنُوا إِلَى الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا فَتَمَسَّكُمُ النَّارُ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِ اللهِ مِنْ أَوْلِيَاءَ ثُمَّ لَا تُنصَرُونَ]

“And do not incline toward those who do wrong, lest you be touched by the Fire, and you would not have other than Allah any protectors; then you would not be helped.” [Surat Hud:113]
