To the Free Revolutionaries of ash-Sham: You Are the Ummah’s Hope, Do Not Disappoint Them!
(Translated)

O People of ash-Sham: Your salvation lies in unifying your ranks and efforts away from those tied to America and its tools. Recognizing them is closer to you than turning a blind eye, for they will all call you to forgive and reconcile with the regime, to preserve its structure and institutions, and to live under its alleged democracy. At that moment, know that they are foxes in sheep's clothing and are not of you. Likewise, anyone who has aligned themselves with the criminal regime or any of its men who participated in its oppression and tyranny over you—they are all criminals entrenched in treachery and disgrace. They have no covenant nor loyalty.

Take lessons from what happened to those who trusted foxes in Egypt, handing them their necks only to face slaughter. Rabaa and al-Nahda are not far removed from your memory. Egypt’s prisons are still filled with thousands of detainees whose only crime was rising in revolt against the treacherous, American-backed rulers. Egypt remains under the grip of America’s agents, as America continues to impose harsh realities upon its people after reproducing the regime in a form worse than its predecessor. This is what is intended for you. So be wary, remain steadfast in the truth, and adhere to the greater purpose—your only means of salvation—so you are not deceived by sweet words and hand over your revolution to America, which will impose another agent upon you.

Should this happen, you will find yourselves once again under its and its agents’ control, and it will not show you any mercy. It does not honor any pact or respect any ties. Then, among you will arise those who long for the days of Bashar, just as some in Egypt now long for the days of Mubarak despite all the oppression and injustice they endured under him.

O People of ash-Sham: What you are experiencing today is identical to what we endured in Egypt, in every detail. What is being plotted against you was plotted against us. The people of Egypt were deceived despite our warnings to them—do not allow yourselves to be deceived as well. Listen to your brothers, the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir, for they are the sincere guide who will never lie to you. They have been with you from the first day, at the forefront of the squares, striving to unite your efforts for the noblest goal and the greatest demand: the implementation of Islam in its entirety under its state. Only under this state will your Lord be pleased with you, and only then will you see the fruitful and blessed outcome of your sacrifices, the just reward for the blood of your martyrs.

Whoever does not share this goal, this demand, and this effort, is not one of you but an enemy to you—beware of them. Sever all ties and bonds between you and them; cast them away like discarded seeds. Let among you be those who revive the legacy of the Ansar of yesterday—Saad, Asad, and Usayd—and grant victory to Hizb ut Tahrir to establish the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood. Only then will the Ummah’s usurped authority be restored, America and its collaborators defeated, and it driven back humiliated to its own lands.

Let this be your goal, so your sacrifices are not in vain, and the blood of your martyrs does not go to waste.

[وَلَا تَرْكَنُوا إِلَى الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا فَتَمَسَّكُمُ النَّارُ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِ اللهِ مِنْ أَوْلِيَاءَ ثُمَّ لَا تُنصَرُونَ]

“And do not incline toward those who do wrong, lest you be touched by the Fire, and you would not have other than Allah any protectors; then you would not be helped.” [Hud:113].
