Even if all the Western Governments and their Agents in the Islamic World Ban Hizb ut Tahrir, Hizb ut Tahrir Will Re-Establish the Khilafah and Uproot the Western World Order, With the Permission of Allah (swt)

The most prominent English language newspaper in Pakistan, the Dawn Newspaper reported the banning of Hizb ut Tahrir in Britain, with the title, “Britain bans Hizbut Tahrir as terrorist group.” It has sparked debate and discussion within the social media and the influential circles. Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Pakistan thus presents the following points to the people of power and influence in Pakistan for consideration,

1. It is the “mother” of democracy and the cradle of “liberal freedoms,” Britain that has banned the global Islamic political party Hizb ut Tahrir. Thus, Britain has buried all its claims to freedom of expression in 10 Downing Street, London. This decision came as a shock to Western intellectuals and political observers. Hizb ut Tahrir has been known for its non-militant, intellectual and political struggle for over seventy years. A large number of the world’s most prominent think tanks, governments, human rights organizations, courts and media outlets, have all testified to this fact hundreds of times. Even the British government’s own more than half a dozen investigations bear witness to this. The banning has a twisted political motive, in the cunning style of the British politicians, rather than sound legal grounds or clear moral justification.

2. With this banning, it is clear that Hizb ut Tahrir has forced Western civilization, to concede defeat within the intellectual and political domain. The ban has made clear that freedom of expression is acceptable only as long as Muslims do not challenge the Western oppressive world order. It is also a declaration of the defeat of the intellectual superiority of the Western civilization. It previously gave freedom of expression to parties with all other ideologies, be they communist or socialist, because they believed that Western civilization, by virtue of its “superiority,” would overwhelm all other ideologies. They believed Western civilization will force all parties into intellectual defeat and surrender. However, in front of the true, powerful, convincing thoughts of Islam, Britain saw no other way than banning, censorship and repression. In any case soon, the British government that worked with Arab and Turkish collaborators, to destroy the Khilafah (Caliphate) in Rajab 1342 AH corresponding to March 1924 CE, will soon see the return of the Khilafah, which will give Britain a much deserved, and overdue, response to its crookedness.

3. Hizb ut Tahrir considers it an honor that it is steadfast in calling for the mobilization of forces for the Blessed Land of Palestine. No restrictions or bans can stand in the way of its Islamic obligation. Hizb ut Tahrir will continue its struggle with the same intensity. The first ban on Hizb, John Bagot Glubb Tahrir was also imposed by Britain. Britain’s Lieutenant-General John Bagot Glubb, (“Glubb Pasha”), the Chief of Staff of the Jordanian army ensured the banning of the activities of Hizb ut Tahrir in Jordan. However, despite this early ban, and subsequent bans by agents of the West in the Islamic World, Hizb ut Tahrir has reached more than forty Muslim countries. It is the largest political party in the Islamic world. Hizb ut Tahrir has been working day and night to mobilize Muslim armed forces, including those of Pakistan, Turkey, Jordan and Egypt, in support of the Gaza and Palestine. This is despite the fact that Hizb ut Tahrir’s activities have already been banned by many of the agents of the West in the Islamic World. So a new ban will not make any difference to our activities. After decades of work, in dozens of countries, the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir know well that Allah (swt) always finds new and better doors for the Dawah, any time that doors are closed in the way of the Dawah.

4. The idea of freedom of speech is a weak, false and invalid idea. It is rooted in the secular struggle for freedom from religion. This ideology is the Western weapon of sacrilege, and defamation of religious values. It has proved unsuccessful in both holding rulers accountable, and safeguarding society from false, harmful ideas. That is also clear from the ban on Hizb. The basis of the political and intellectual struggle in Islam is the noble duty of enjoining the good and forbidding evil. This is the Shariah basis of the Hizb’s struggle. This basis establishes the religious duty to speak out against disbelief, oppression and falsehood. No restrictions or censorship nullify or invalidate this duty. This duty cannot be neglected on the basis of fearing harm from oppressors. Indeed, the struggle in the way of this duty has great reward, when the word of truth is raised in front of the oppressive rulers. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, «أَفْضَلُ الْجِهَادِ كَلِمَةَ عَدْلٍ عِنْدَ سُلْطَانٍ جَائِرٍ»“The foremost Jihad is to speak the word of truth before the oppressor.”(Abu Dawood). Therefore, the struggle of Hizb is continuously advancing, to the point that the thrones of the Western agents in the Islamic World are shaking before collapse, including the throne of the gambling son of an Englishwoman, the King of Jordan.

O Pakistan’s Armed forces! The West has openly expressed its hatred of Islam, Khilafah (Caliphate) and Jihad. Hizb ut Tahrir is the only Islamic party that is fully prepared for implementing an Islamic alternative to the oppressive Western world order. At present, there is only one fierce ideological struggle going on in the world, the war between Islam and kufr (disbelief.) However, your leadership is loyal to the people of disbelief, by allying with the Western political order in this war. We can win this war only if you remove this leadership and grant Nussrah (support) to Hizb ut Tahrir to establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood. Only then can you free the Muslims of Gaza from the clutches of the Jews. The establishment of Khilafah is the promise of Allah (swt) and the glad tidings of our Prophet (saw). Either you perform your duty, or some others of your kind will, today or the next day, or soon after that. So, what is stopping you from achieving this great honor? Allah (swt) said,

[وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنْكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَى لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْنًا]

“Allah has promised those of you who believe and do righteous deeds that He will surely bestow power on them in the land even as He bestowed power on those that preceded them, and that He will firmly establish their religion which He has been pleased to choose for them, and He will replace with security the state of fear that they are in.” [TMQ Surah Al-Noor 24:55].
