On the 11th of November 2015, the Russian parliament (State Duma) ratified a law preventing the description of the Islamic, Christian, Jewish and Buddhist holy texts as being extremist. "The Bible, Quran, Tanakh, and Kangyur, their contents, and quotations from them cannot be ruled to be extremist materials."

Russia began to bomb different areas in Syria on the 30th of September 2015 where it began these operations directly after the Federal Assembly agreed by consensus to allow Russian forces to be used outside of Russia.

Unfortunately this is not the first time that the site links the incident to a member of Hizb ut Tahrir, as claimed by some "law enforcement sources."

On 23rd July Petersburg prosecution confirmed the charges in the case filed against two Muslims, Gabor Mhamidov and Mohammed Amin Salif. According to Article 205.5 of the Penal Code of the Russian Federation, which speaks of "participation in organized terrorist activities." The two brothers and other members of Hizb ut Tahrir have been arrested on 24th June 2014 and were the first to have the lawsuits been fabricated against them.
