A delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan, under the leadership of Ustaath Nasser Ridha, Head of the Central Contacts Committee of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan, accompanied by Ustaath Mohiuddin Bukhari, Member of the Wilayah Council and the Official Spokesman of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan, Ustaath Ibrahim Othman (Abu Khalil), delivered to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in Khartoum two press releases;

On Sunday, August 5, 2018, the opposing factions in the South of Sudan signed an agreement for dividing the power and the levels of ruling. This agreement was signed by the government of the South of Sudan represented by the party of Salva Kiir Mayardit and the People’s Opposition Movement of Riek Machar.

On 14 Shawwal 1439 AH, corresponding to 28/06/2018, Hizb ut Tahrir/ Wilayah of Sudan presented a letter to the brother, the Khartoum State Police Director, regarding requesting the holding of a seminar entitled: CEDAW Agreement: A Deep Shariah Vision at the Martyr Az-Zubair Muhammad Salih International Conference Centre, on Saturday the first of Dhul Qi’idah 1439 AH, corresponding to 14/7/2018, at 11 am.

Hizb ut Tahrir delegation agreed with Dr. Ahmad Al-Mufti, the owner of the Khartoum Center for Human Rights, to hold a debate on the CEDAW agreement. He was contacted to conduct the debate, but after a long discussion, he refused to hold the debate and issued a publication, number (1163) entitled "O Hizb ut Tahrir Publish your Charters of Human Rights in Islam, the Alternative to International Charters",
