What Humiliation have the States of Sykes-Picot Brought us to?!
(Translated)

On Monday, the Sudanese government accused the Sudan People's Liberation Movement (SPLM-N) - Abdelaziz al-Hilu faction, of causing the collapse of negotiations on facilitating humanitarian aid to those affected in the regions of South Kordofan and Blue Nile. The accusations were made by the Minister of Defense and head of the government delegation, Lieutenant General Yassin Ibrahim, following the delegation’s return from the city of Juba, the capital of South Sudan, which hosted the negotiations. The Minister of Defense stated that “the movement presented a proposal that contradicts the principles of the United Nations Charter regarding respect for the sovereignty of states, in which it indicated the possibility of each party signing a unilateral agreement with the United Nations with a certificate of mediation.” (Atheer News).

The legitimate rule for dealing with rebellion is those who took up arms against the state, claiming a grievance, or a cause, and took sides in a place, and they must be confronted and eliminated, and before it fights them, the state corresponds with them, sees what they have, and asks them to return to obedience, and to stop carrying weapons. If they responded and returned, it would leave them, and if they refused to return and insisted on going out, it would fight them in a disciplining way, until they return to obedience, and lay down their weapons. All of this must be done without any external interference.

Therefore, dealing with the issue of rebellion against the state, without legitimate rule, is a sin, a disobedience, and brings about all evil, and disgrace, as the Sykes-Picot statelets have become accustomed to entering into negotiations, and offering concessions after concessions. The agent rebels, who are armed and financed in foreign hands deal with the state with great arrogance, and take much benefit for their masters. How treacherous is the separation of South Sudan from us so far away! In these contexts, comes the rebel al-Hilu’s request from the government, that each party sign an agreement with the UN, describing his rebel movement as a state equivalent to the state of Sudan!!

He would not have dared like this if we had come down to the rule of Sharia.

But the Sharia ruling is part of an integrated system of rulings, all of which must be implemented by establishing the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) upon the method of the Prophethood. Then we will resume our lives in Islam, and we will shake off the garments of humiliation, and we will return to being masters of the world as we were when we had a Khilafah (Caliphate).

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا للهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ]

“O believers! Respond to Allah and His Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life.” [Al-Anfal 8:24]
