Has the Call to Islam Become Public Nuisance?!
(Translated)

At around 7 p.m. on Monday, 3/8/2015, forces from the security and intelligence services dragged away brothers: Abdul Khaliq Abdoun, Azzedine Jaafar, Ibrahim Mohammed Ibrahim and Bashir Siddiq - Members of Hizb ut Tahrir, from in front of the International University of Africa, on the backdrop of their participation in the dialogue point that was conducted by Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan since 5:30 pm, and took them to their offices and interrogated them. Then, shortly before 10 p.m., they transferred them back to the Eastern Section, where they opened against them reports under Article 77 (public nuisance), and they remained in custody until Tuesday morning, and then were released on bail.

This work done by the regime’s security agencies, and which has been repeated many times with the Dawah carriers of the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir, and every time it is open against them malicious reports, this work confirms one thing; that is this regime is an enemy of Islam and the carriers of its call. Otherwise, how is the one who performs the duty of carrying the Islamic Call; enjoining the good and forbidding the evil, how is he considered guilty of the crime of public nuisance?! It is stated in Article 77, under which the orders against the members of Hizb ut Tahrir were issued, "A person is said to commit the offence of public nuisance if he commits an act which is likely to cause public damage or danger or inconvenience to the public or those living or working in a neighboring place or to those who exercise a public right".

So, has the call to Islam become public nuisance!?

What the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir have done, and what they do, is a divine command and a legitimate duty that the evil regimes in the Muslim countries have neglected, as they did not apply Islam, and did not carry it. Instead they did the contrary to it, when they applied on the Ummah the systems of the Kaffir West; that are hostile to Islam and its people. So they corrupted and caused corruption, until the good became an evil, and evil became good, and the carriers of the Islamic Dawah have become a target for the regimes of damage; that are irritated by the voice of Islam.

We in Hizb ut Tahrir/ Wilayah Sudan continue, with the help of Allah Almighty, in the way of the Messenger of Allah (saw) to change systems of falsehood, and to resume the Islamic way of life; through the establishment of the second Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashidah State on the method of the Prophethood, in spite of the oppressors, and it will not stop our march, destined to please Allah, an arrest or imprisonment, or even beheadings.

وَاللَّهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَى أَمْرِهِ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لا يَعْلَمُونَ

“And Allah is predominant over His affair, but most of the people do not know” [Yusuf: 21]
