Congratulations upon the arrival of the Blessed Eid ul-Adha

(Translated)

We are delighted in Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan, to congratulate the Islamic Ummah as a whole upon the blessed occasion of the Eid ul-Adha. We hope from Allah, the Most High the Most Wise, that He accepts the acts of obedience and righteous acts brings back for us the following Eid after the Ummah has become united under the Rayah (banner) of the Messenger of Allah (saw), the Rayah of ‘Uqaab, the Rayah of ‘Laa Ilaaha Illallah Muhamammadur Rasoolullah' and after its State has been established, the rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" State upon the methodology of the Prophethood.

Even though ‘Eid is an occasion of joy and happiness however it is currently taking place under the rule of the tyrants and the ruinous rulers of the small states whose taste has become bitter in the mouths and a source of grief and sadness in the breasts and hearts. This is as this Eid comes whilst our brothers in Shaam and particularly in Syria are living under the fire of the tyrant of this era Bashar of whom no tree or rock is safe from his hostility and the exploding barrels. Whoever seeks help and sanctuary does not find other than humiliation and shame and so they choose to board boats of peril towards Europe like the one who is jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire. This is whilst the situation in Libya, Yemen and Iraq amongst other Muslim lands is not any better.

As for Sudan, then the wars are still taking the lives of our brothers in Darfur and South Kordofan in addition to other areas that have become inflamed. This is whilst the politicians and rulers, after more than half a century of so-called independence are discussing through a dialogue full of mines for a settled identity for the country whilst its identity is an Islamic one. This is only taking place to please the West which is malicious against Islam and its people. This is just as they are looking into how we should be ruled and by what we should rule with, whilst Allah (swt) has decided that it is obligatory for the ruling to be by the Ahkaam (rulings) of the Lord of the worlds who said:

((فَلَا وَرَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّىٰ يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ ثُمَّ لَا يَجِدُوا فِي أَنفُسِهِمْ حَرَجًا مِّمَّا قَضَيْتَ وَيُسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا))

"But no, by your Lord, they can have no Faith, until they make you (O Muhammad SAW) judge in all disputes between them, and find in themselves no resistance against your decisions, and accept (them) with full submission" [An-Nisaa': 65].

And He (swt) said:

((أَفَحُكْمَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَبْغُونَ وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ اللَّـهِ حُكْمًا لِّقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ))

"Do they then seek the judgement of (the Days of) Ignorance? And who is better in judgement than Allah for a people who have firm Faith" [Al-Ma'idah: 50].

We ask Allah Almighty to grant victory to those who are working in the east and west of the earth for the restoration of the rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" upon the methodology of the Prophethood.

And we call the Ummah and particularly the people of power and deterrence to support the Da'wah of the truth and to give the Nusrah to Hizb ut Tahrir so that the lands and the servants can be rid of the tyranny or the disbelievers and their subservient followers in the lands of the Muslims. This is so that the honour and might returns to the Ummah, it becomes the leader of nations and spreads goodness and justice to all corners of the world after greedy capitalism has filled it with oppression and swallowed the rights.

Let it be that you are well upon every year

 

• Note: There will be an Eid celebration in the office of the Hizb in East Khartoum on Saturday the third day of the blessed Eid ul-Adha at 12pm before Zhuhr Inshaa Allah.
