[وَلَا يَزَالُونَ يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ حَتَّىٰ يَرُدُّوكُمْ عَن دِينِكُمْ إِنِ اسْتَطَاعُوا]

“And they will continue to fight you until they turn you back from your Deen if they are able” [Al-Baqarah: 217]

(Translated)

The city of Halab (Aleppo), in particular, has for months been witnessing terrible crimes and a genocidal campaign against our besieged people within the liberated regions. The flights of the criminal regime’s aircrafts and those allied to them barely leave the sky of the city. Bombing it with a variety of missiles, explosive barrels and improvised bombs, for the sake of breaking the will of our besieged people and to seek revenge against them. All of that is taking place before the eyes of the world and in particular those who falsely and fraudulently claim that they are friends of the Syrian people and supporters of their revolution. It is as if their eyes do not see and their ears do not hear in a conniving and conspiring that have both been exposed. And in the face of all of that, our people in Halab are patiently persevering in anticipation of reward, raising their hands to the sky seeking a way out and victory from Allah alone whilst seeking support and help from their sincere brothers from the sons of the Ummah.

O patient believers, O sincere Mujahideen in the land of Ash-Shaam:

The disbelievers and criminals have brought together their hosts and have plotted their scheme to divert you from the firm principles of your revolution and to break your will so that you accept their solutions and submit to them. They were terrified by your calls, “We will never bow to other than Allah” and they thought that with their power and force and through those who have believed their deceit and ploys, that they would be capable of accomplishing their objectives. However, they were disappointed and lost by Allah’s permission because Allah has guaranteed the well keeping of Ash-Shaam and its people, and He sent sincere Mujahideen and a people anticipating His reward to it. And there is nothing for us to do except believe in Allah and give our full support to His cause by unifying around one single objective emanating from our Aqeedah, so that our Lord is pleased, our salvation is accomplished and He honours us and grants us victory with the objective of the ‘rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" upon the methodology of the Prophethood’. That will never happen unless we grasp firmly upon the rope of Allah alone and sever the stringsof the scheming donor states, whose scheming has become as clear as the sun in the day. So whoever seeks the victory of Allah and the ruling by the Shar’a of Allah, then he does not have Tawakkul (reliance) except upon Allah and he does not seek assistance and victory except from Him ‘Azza Wa Jall.

Allah, Allah in respect to the blood of your martyrs, Allah, Allah in respect to the sacrifices of your people, Allah, Allah in respect to the pains of the besieged and sufferings of those forced out. Do not make it all for nothing and squander it due to a commitment to the red lines of the donor states and being held to ransom to their will. Do not waste it in the lethal market of negotiations and do not surrender your fate to your enemies or bargain with the blood of your sons. Rather respond to that which gives you life, will save your people and revolution, and repel the plots of your enemies. Your Qur’aan has dictated this for you and it was applied by those truthful sincere believers that came before you who patiently persevered upon what afflicted them until the victory of Allah came to them and they were victorious and successful.

He Ta’Aalaa said:

﴿يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِن تَنصُرُوا اللَّـهَ يَنصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْ﴾

“O you who have believed, if you support Allah, He will support you and plant firmly your feet” [Muhammad: 7].
