HIZB UT TAHRIR / TANZANIA SENDS DELEGATION TO CHINESE EMBASSY

Yesterday, Friday 5^th April 2019 / 29 Rajab 1440 Hijri, Hizb ut Tahrir / Tanzania sent a delegation to the Chinese Embassy in Tanzania to convey a special letter of communique over the Chinese state’s oppression to Uyghur Muslims.

The delegation, led by Masoud Msellem – Media Representative of Hizb Tahrir in Tanzania accompanied with Said Bitomwa – Member of Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir Tanzania, arrived at the Chinese Embassy in Dar es Salaam about 11:45 am.

The Security of the embassy at the main entrance received a letter which consisted of four copies (languages) of Chinese, Uyghur, Arabic and Swahili. On our request to see any embassy official, responded that their procedure is to only to receive a letter with contacts, then embassy, if it sees it feasible it might arrange an appointment.

By this press release, we firmly ask the Chinese Embassy in Tanzania to arrange an appointment with Hizb ut Tahrir / Tanzania to convey our message to them personally.

The letter was a press release under the title: “Khilafah will Liberate East Turkistan And will Free the Uyghurs from China’s Criminal Oppression.”  It was issued by the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir. Part of the press release stated as follows: “While the Chinese authorities are harassing Uyghur Muslims using all brutal tactics such as preventing them from practicing rituals and attending mosques by closing them down, and preventing them from fasting in the blessed month of Ramadhan, and banning virtually all Islamic rituals, up to the recent establishment of large detention centers, holding behind its walls over one million Muslims, in campaigns allegedly aimed at “countering terrorism” under false pretexts with the slogan: “vocational training”, while arresting intellectuals, scientists, thinkers and university professors. All this is to spread terror and instill fear in the hearts of Muslims to submit to the dilution of their adherence to the Deen of Islam.”

As the letter concluded, it is the Khilafah Rashida (rightly guided Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood, which will come soon, by Allah’s permission that will bring the victory to our oppressed brothers in East Turkistan, and will hold accountable all who oppressed them and stood against them. The Prophet (saw) said, «إِنَّمَا الإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ» “The Imam is a shield, behind whom you fight and protect yourself”. And then neither China nor others will dare to hurt a Muslim, because they will realize that whatever they do will be brought back to them doubled. And Allah is the Strong and Powerful.
