Press Release
After the Escape of the Tyrant, his British Ambassador Master Flees from the Back Door
(Translated)

The people of Kerkennah together with some members of Hizb ut Tahrir / Tunisia carried out a symbolic picket; protesting the provocative visit by the British Ambassador accompanied by the Minister of Industry to the Island of Kerkennah on Wednesday, 09/04/2014 to preview the gas fields that are looted by Petrofac, the British company, with facilitation that aroused the experts' skepticism and described by many as stark colonial contracts. This shows explicitly the colonists' interest in stealing the wealth through its companies, particularly Petrofac and British Gas; it is known to many that they possess 95% of the gas in Tunisia.

The slogans that were raised were a slap in the face of colonialism and its servants, including:

- The Hadeeth of the Messenger of Allah (saw):  «النّاس شركاء في ثلاث الماء والكلأ والنّار» "People are partners in three: water, pasture, and fire."

- "The Ambassador of colonial Britain is not welcome"

- "Our wealth belongs to us"

- "What a shame what a shame after the revolution comes colonialism"

The British Ambassador and Tunisian Minister could not convince the people of Kerkennah of colonial Britain's entitlement to the country's wealth while the people of Kerkennah and Tataouine and others suffer living in poverty and oppression.
Neither of them can distract Muslims away from the Hadeeth of the Messenger of Allah (saw):

«النّاس شركاء في ثلاث الماء والكلأ والنّار»

"People are partners in three: water, pasture, and fire."

The demands of the picket were not the nationalization of the wealth so that it may be relinquished again, while people are unaware. The demands were not to resume contracts that give legitimacy to the looting once more, but the demands are an Islamic ruling that wealth must be made public ownership and must not be forsaken for individuals, colonists or others.

This is what made the British Ambassador flee quickly from the back door avoiding the wrath of the people and taking a side agricultural route in a scene similar to the flight of the tyrant on January 14th.

This scene reveals the weakness of colonialism and the ability of people to liberate the country and the recovery of the wealth.
