The statement of the press conference, which was held in the wake of news that 400 Syrians had been deported across the border, announced the continued prosecution of irregular migrants entering Turkey and their deportation outside the borders.  We in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Turkey held activities in different regions of Turkey as part of a campaign entitled "Ramadan is the Time of Awakening". We organized public Iftars in Wan, Sirte, Tetuan, Shanli Urfa, Diyarbakir, Batman, Gaziantep, Adi Yaman and Kehraman Marash in eastern Turkey, and hundreds of iftar tables in Adana, Mersin, Hatay, Konya, Qurnan, Antalya, Aydin, Izmir, Bursa, Kogali, Sakaria, Yalova, Ankara and Istanbul.

Due to the economic crisis facing Turkey currently, the conference was organized this year under the title, “The International Islamic Economic Conference – Fundamental Solutions to Economic and Financial Crises” in Istanbul.
