Al-Thawra Newspaper, issued in Sanaa on Tuesday, January 29, 2024, carried a headline from the platform "China in Arabia: Chinese ships escape Yemeni justice because China did not stain its hands with Palestinian blood and did not participate in the destruction suffered by Yemen." The newspaper stated, "The Western American interpretation is considered wrong and misleading in geopolitical facts. The truth is entirely different. Chinese ships specifically escape Yemeni justice because China has not stained its hands with the blood of the Palestinian genocide and has not unleashed destruction in Yemen!"

Suddenly and without preamble, China concealed all its monstrous acts against Muslims, starting with its complicity with Russia in the killing of the ruler of Turkestan, after the fall of the Khilafah (Caliphate), allowing them to divide the oil-rich East Turkestan between them, with Russia taking West Turkestan (the Central Asian Republics) after the collapse of the Khilafah Uthmaniah (Ottoman Caliphate)!

East Turkestan is the homeland of the Uighur Muslims, whose mosques China has demolished by more than two-thirds. China has oppressed them, prevented them from practicing Islamic rituals for almost a century, aimed to erase their identity, separated children from their fathers in "reeducation and rehabilitation centers," and forced women to accept Han Chinese men into their homes as part of the "Become Family" project! They subjected them to humiliation during the years 2019-2022, using various flimsy pretexts, vilifying Islam under the guise of combating "terrorism," and formed the Shanghai Cooperation Organization with Russia in 1995. Has Beijing forgotten all of this to pretend to the world that its hands are not stained with the blood of Palestinians?

The Prophet Muhammad (saw) said: «الْمُسْلِمُونَ تَتَكَافَأُ دِمَاؤُهُمْ...» “The blood of every Muslims is equal”. The blood flowing in East Turkestan is just like the blood flowing in the blessed land of Palestine. What is the nature of the diplomatic relations that the Beijing government establishes with the usurping Jewish entity in Palestine, and then they express sympathy for the people of Palestine?

We say to those who look at events and actions superficially that they should delve deeper and enlighten their thinking. They should look at events from the perspective of Islamic creed, not from a utilitarian, nationalistic, or tribal standpoint – all of which are corrupt ignorance. The correct view for Muslims is to examine China's actions against Muslims as a whole, not just against our people in Palestine. How can someone claiming to follow the Quranic path view events otherwise?

Islam, as a principle, is a political principle, and its Aqeeda is a political Aqeeda, and its Shari’a are political, as it governs human affairs as an individual in society. It defines his perspective in life, his standards, beliefs, and higher ideals. It regulates his behavior based on his Aqeeda. Islam requires a state to implement it. However, since the absence of this State, the Islamic Ummah has been lost among the nations with no protector. Therefore, working to restore the Islamic State, the Khilafah (Caliphate), which was abolished by the disbelieving West in a month like this, in the 28th of Rajab, is a great obligation. Hizb ut Tahrir has dedicated itself to establishing this obligation so that the Ummah can once again play its role in leading humanity in a way that pleases Allah Almighty, under the guidance of the second Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate), which is on the method of Prophethood. It is the dawn that no one from the creation can prevent its coming. He (saw) said: «ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ»“Then there will be a Khilafah (caliphate) according to the method of Prophethood.”
