Another Hijri Year Brings Us Closer to the Establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate)
(Translated)

By the 28th of the month of Rajab al-Fard, 1445 AH, we would have reached the 103rd anniversary of the fall of the Ottoman Khilafah (Caliphate)... and another Hijri year will pass, bringing us closer to the establishment of the second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood. After an absence in which we Muslims were bereaved in, our mother was the Khilafah and our father was the Caliph of the Muslims. The authority of the Muslims disappeared from the earth and with it the rule of Islam was absent, so our situation became dire. Nations have attacked us from all directions, invading the land, sea and air, waging war against our Deen, killing us, shedding our blood, displacing us in our land, occupying and tearing apart our lands, and are covetous for our wealth... Our wounds are bleeding in these moments in the blessed land of Palestine and specifically in Gaza, wounds and pain from Sudan to Yemen... in addition to many past wounds!

Another Hijri year in which the world plunges into a deep abyss, as it slides into new wars, political crises as a result of the fierce conflict between capitalist countries, economic crises due to the rise in debts of the public treasuries of countries as their ability to pay fails, and social crises due to the emergence of openly abnormal unsound relationships between men and women. All this is because of the wrong view point of the universe, man and life, which led to the separation of religion from life.

Only Islam has the ability to save the world by making the truth prevail, and achieving the balance of justice that was absent in the absence of the rule of Islam, which does not compromise with anyone in governance...and in which opponents sit as equals before the judiciary, and protects people’s money, lives, and rights from the aggression of the oppressors and the corruption of the corrupt, whoever they are. We have many lessons from: “You judged, you became secure, so you slept, O Omar,” and from: “When did you enslave people when their mothers gave birth to them free?”, and from: “Wa Mu’tasimah”

The world today is being ravaged by the flames of man-made ideologies. They made mistakes in their point of view about the universe and life, so they were ignorant of truth and justice. Satan made their deeds seem pleasing to them and they thought they were guided!

[الَّذِينَ ضَلَّ سَعْيُهُمْ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَهُمْ يَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّهُمْ يُحْسِنُونَ صُنْعاً]

“[They are] those whose effort is lost in worldly life, while they think that they are doing well in work.” [Al-Kahf: 104]

O people of power and protection in Yemen of belief and wisdom! O grandchildren of Saad bin Muadh, Usayd bin Hudayr, Saad bin Ubadah, Al-Qaqa bin Amr, and Al-Habbab bin Al-Mundhir, may Allah be pleased with them: We, as Muslims working to establish the Khilafah turn to the people of power from the notables of Yemen and the officers and soldiers of our army, in order to support Islam and empower Hizb ut Tahrir, the leader that does not lie to its people to reach power. We remind the officers and soldiers of the army in Yemen, who have been pointing their weapons at each other’s chests and fighting among themselves for decades. We remind them that the weapons in their hands must, by necessity, be raised to support Islam and the war should be against their enemies. We remind them,

[فَإِنَّ الذِّكْرَى تَنْفَعُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ] “And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers” [Adh-Dhariyat: 55].
