News Right Now: Diplomacy and Deception

Conflicts in the Muslim lands isn’t new news, for we can see that the Ummah has been suffering the consequences of the agent ruler’s actions for decades. One of the biggest conflicts that took place is the sectarian strife between Saudi Arabia and Iran. These issues have led to many calamities to be inflicted upon Ummah. But, with the help of China, Saudi Arabia and Iran have come to an agreement that will end the conflicts between both of them and confirm their “respect for the sovereignty of states and noninterference in their internal affairs”. They also agreed to reactivate a lapsed security cooperation pact as well as older trade, investment and cultural accords. Riyadh and Tehran plan to reopen their embassies within two months after the agreement. This step has been taken after years of meetings in Oman and Iraq to come to terms and end the conflicts between them but has officially been made in Beijing.

China’s role in this agreement speaks volumes. For, they have officially taken advantage of the space the US left in the Muslim lands, particularly in the Middle East, while the US has been distracted with the Ukraine/Russia issue. In December, Chinese President Xi Jinping was warmly welcomed in the kingdom on a high-profile visit that showcased Beijing's ambitions to expand its influence in the Gulf, a region traditionally seen as a close U.S. security partner.

When we take a step back and look at the role China plays in the world with the Ummah of Muhammad (saw), it becomes clear what China’s intentions truly are. For, we must take into consideration that China has made concentration camps and placed millions of Uyghur Muslims in them, so trying to bring some form of ‘peace’ within the Muslim world is awfully contradicting. We can see that China has malicious intentions for Muslims, therefore it is utterly despicable that Saudi Arabia and Iran have put their hands in the hands of China. It makes clear that they lack concern for the Islamic Ummah and they continue to betray the Ummah of Muhammad (saw). They have placed the selfish idea of nationalism, looking at what their nation could benefit, over Islam. Alongside this, the “noninterference in their internal affairs” part of the agreement stresses that each of their nations are separate, as though they do not have the same Aqeedah which is the true tie between both states.

Another indication that they don’t have the best interest for Islam is also their plan to re-implement a security pact that was signed 22 years ago that both parties agreed to cooperate on terrorism, drug-smuggling and money-laundering, as well as reviving a trade and technology deal from 1998 instead of looking at what this Islamic Ummah truly needs. The need for a Khilafah (Caliphate), that provides a protection and shield for the Ummah, is not addressed. The Ummah has been ignored yet again, by agent rulers who are looking for their own selfish gains. Restrained by their allegiance to the Kuffar.

This isn’t the first time these agent rulers put their hands in the hands of the enemies of Allah (swt). This isn’t the first time the Ummah sees selfish acts from the kingdom. Rather, they have served their masters time and again when making agreements with the US. When they put in their efforts to put their hands in the hands of the Jewish entity. For the agreements they settle, which are orchestrated by the Kuffar, is NEVER for the benefit of the Muslim Ummah, rather, it is for the benefits of the Kuffar!

They, the Arab and Persian agent rulers, will never build true ties of unity while placing their hands in the hands of the Kuffar, and their trust in their agendas. The only way to build true unity is through the implementation of Islam, under the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly guided caliphate) upon the method of Prophethood.

Allah (swt) says,

[وَتَعَاوَنُواْ عَلَى ٱلۡبِرِّ وَٱلتَّقۡوَىٰۖ وَلَا تَعَاوَنُواْ عَلَى ٱلۡإِثۡمِ وَٱلۡعُدۡوَٰنِۚ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَۖ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَدِيدُ ٱلۡعِقَابِ]

“Cooperate with one another in goodness and righteousness, and do not cooperate in sin and transgression. And be mindful of Allah. Surely Allah is severe in punishment.” [Surah Ma'idah Ayat 2]
