After concluding his travel to Japan and India, Thomas West, US Envoy for Afghanistan, will visit the United Arab Emirates (UAE) where Afghanistan’s former President Hamid Karzai, former ministers and Afghan politicians Omar Zakhilwal, Karim Khurram have all arrived beforehand; despite that, the Taliban Defense Minister Mullah Mohammad Yaqoob Mujahid is also on his visit to UAE.
