Britain’s Ban of Hizb ut Tahrir is Past Due

The British government stated on its official website www.gov.uk, “Hizb ut-Tahrir has been proscribed today (19 January), making it a criminal offence to belong to the group, or invite support for it.” [Source]

Comment:

The Mother of Evil, Britain, was unable to restrain its rage against Islam and Muslims, as well as against the call to establish the Khilafah and the call to increase support to the oppressed. So, Britain banned Hizb ut Tahrir, after this step remained pending for more than thirty years, since the arrival of the first Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir to Britain. How could Britain not? Britain spared no effort, over centuries, to plot against the Khilafah (Caliphate), until it was able to demolish the Khilafah, within these days of Rajab, of the year 1342 AH.

Hizb ut-Tahrir is banned in all the former British colonies and protectorates in the world, starting with Jordan, where John Bagot Glubb (“Glubb Pasha”), the de facto ruler of Jordan, banned it about seventy years ago. This was as soon as Glubb learned of the establishment of the Hizb at the hands of Sheikh Taqi al-Din al-Nabhani, may Allah have mercy on him. The Hizb is still banned today under the rule of the son of the English woman, Abdullah Jr., and onwards to the United Arab Emirates, ruled by the sons of Zayed, the protégés of the English, as well as westwards to the countries of the Arab Maghreb, and Malaysia all the way in the Far East. This is due to Britain’s knowledge of the project of establishing the Khilafah that the Hizb seeks. Wherever they colonize or settle, the English cannot bear to hear even a mere mention of the Khilafah. They cannot bear to hear mention of the state of Truth, ruling over people justly. The English are like the People of Lot who said, as Allah mentioned in the Noble Quran,

[أَخْرِجُوا آلَ لُوطٍ مِنْ قَرْيَتِكُمْ إِنَّهُمْ أُنَاسٌ يَتَطَهَّرُونَ]

“Expel Lot’s followers from your land! They are a people who wish to remain virtuous and chaste!” [TMQ An-Naml 27:56].

It is not surprising that Britain banned Hizb ut Tahrir. Instead, it is surprising that the ban was postponed, until today. However, if the reason is known, it is no surprise. Britain’s ignoring of the Hizb’s actions on its island did not mean, at all, that it was satisfied with its presence. Instead, it thought that the thought of the Hizb was limited to its Shabab and supporters. There was no need for Britain to give the Hizb more of the Ummah’s confidence in it, rallying around it and carry its thoughts, through banning it. However, when it became clear to her, of late, that the Hizb was effectively representing the Islamic Ummah and its demands, as the true leader of the Ummah, including the Muslim community in Britain, Britain became mad with rage. It became consumed by its hatred. So, Britain ate its own idols, represented by the false values of so-called freedom and writ of law.

What prompted Britain to ban the Hizb was the Hizb’s stance on the war on Gaza, and its call to support the Muslims there, and for Islam to be a civilizational alternative to the entire world, and the Hizb’s emergence as a noble leader defending the oppressed and calling for relief for the distressed. This is especially since the call to eradicate the Jewish entity from existence is in fact a call to remove Britain itself from existence. The war between the Ummah and the Jewish entity is in fact a crusade by the Crusader West against the Ummah. The Jewish entity is nothing but the West’s front line in fighting the Islamic Ummah. It is a poisoned dagger plunged in the side of the Ummah, that hinders it from revival and establishing the promised Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate). If the entity of the Jews is removed, the issue of the Ummah marching to the island of Britain, as conquerors, will only be a matter of time.

Britain is the head of kufr in the world and the source of its intrigues. It is fully aware of the threat of the call of Hizb ut Tahrir to its civilization, that is about to collapse. We are not surprised that other Western countries and their followers followed suit in banning the Hizb. The conflict between the Hizb and the West has reached its final decisive round. This is after the Ummah became aware of its Deen and renounced the West and its civilization. It is after many of the peoples of the Western world became aware of the details of the civilizational conflict taking place in the world, and the falsity of Western civilization, its malicious colonialist methods, and its continuing crimes, that are no longer hidden from anyone. The betrayal, collaborating agency, and corruption of the regimes in Muslim countries were also no longer hidden. The hypocrisy of those who justified these regimes, including movements, ‘ulema, media figures, and others, was also exposed... Therefore, Britain’s malicious sensing of these facts prompted it this time to carry out its dirty work itself, instead of entrusting it to its Arab and non-Arab servants. It fabricated charges and weaved lies to justify its violation of its already false values, in order to protect the Jewish entity, and British influence in the world.

The reasons put forward by the Kingdom of Charles III, represented by Sunak, who unified within in his heart the hatred of both the Crusaders and Hindus against Islam, are reasons that are a credit to the Hizb, and not to him. Calling on the Muslim armies to move for Jihad to liberate the blessed land of Palestine, and purify it from the filth of the criminal Jews, is an honor for the Hizb, and for everyone else who works and calls for the same. The call to Jihad in general is a call to fight the forces of evil and liberate humanity from them, in order to rule with the justice of Islam, the Deen of Allah (swt). It is a noble act that can only be practiced by noble people, Prophets (as), Messengers (as) and those who follow them (as). Jihad is not the same as the fighting by the colonialists, like the English, whose crimes are witnessed by all corners of the entire world, including massacres, enslavement and plundering of wealth... from the Indian Subcontinent, to the continent of Africa.

The conflict between Islam, represented by the call to establish an Islamic state on earth under the leadership of Hizb ut Tahrir, and kufr, represented by the world’s major powers, including the aged Britain, has become clearly, and intensely pronounced. The Ummah is waiting for the people of power within it, represented by the armies, to overthrow the thrones of the agents of both the British and their American allies. It is waiting for the armies to give their Nussrah material support to Hizb ut Tahrir, to deal the final blow to the forces of global evil, by establishing the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood. It is upon this that the call of the sincere people in this Ummah must be focused. It is for this that the Ummah’s armies must be called to move immediately. Allah (swt) said,

[انْفِرُواْ خِفَافاً وَثِقَالاً وَجَاهِدُواْ بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنفُسِكُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ]

“March forth whether it is easy or difficult for you, and strive with your wealth and your lives in the cause of Allah. That is best for you, if only you knew.” [TMQ Surah At-Tawba 9:41].
