Afghanistan and Pakistan Must Join Forces Against the US Plan for Both of Them

On 17 October 2026, Afghanistan International reported, “Local sources in Paktia say heavy clashes have erupted between Taliban fighters and Pakistani forces along the Afghanistan-Pakistan border, opposite Pakistan’s Kurram district.”

Regardless of internal narratives, security briefings, and justifications, the clashes between the armed forces of Pakistan and the fighters of Afghanistan serve the American plan to dominate both. America has three major policy objectives within the region of Pakistan and Afghanistan, which was considered one region, “AfPak,” under the Obama administration, and continues to be dealt with in this manner under Trump, practically.

But one of the reasons we want the base is, as you know, it’s an hour away from where China makes its nuclear weapons.” Then on 20 September 2025, Trump stated on his Truth Social platform, “If Afghanistan doesn’t give Bagram Airbase back to those that built it, the United States of America, BAD THINGS ARE GOING TO HAPPEN!!!”

As for the nuclear weapons of Pakistan, the Trump administration made it clear that it cannot tolerate nuclear weapons in the hands of those who love the Prophet (saw). On 2 March 2026, the US Secretary of Defense said, “crazy regimes like Iran, hell-bent on prophetic Islamist delusions, cannot have nuclear weapons.” Then on 18 March 2026, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence issued its, “2026 Annual Threat Assessment of the U.S. Intelligence Community,” which warned on Page 25, “Pakistan continues to develop increasingly sophisticated missile technology that provides its military the means to develop missile systems with the capability to strike targets beyond South Asia, and if these trends continue, ICBMs that would threaten the U.S.”

Secondly, control of the Rare Earth Elements (REEs) of Afghanistan and Pakistan. As for Afghanistan, the New York Times reported on 13 June 2010, “The United States has discovered nearly $1 trillion in untapped mineral deposits in Afghanistan... An internal Pentagon memo, for example, states that Afghanistan could become the “Saudi Arabia of lithium,” a key raw material in the manufacture of batteries.”

On 11 June 2026, Abdul Rahman Qanet, the Taliban’s deputy minister for mines, met Jeffrey Grieco, president and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Afghan American Chamber of Commerce (AACC), in Kabul. The Taliban’s Ministry of Mines said the two sides discussed attracting American investment to Afghanistan’s mining sector. On 30 August 2026, the Financial Times reported, “Taliban foreign minister Amir Khan Muttaqi said Afghanistan would “absolutely” welcome US investments in sectors including mining.”

As for the Rare Earth Elements (REEs) of Pakistan, Pakistan has extensive mineral-bearing areas and a geological position within the broader Tethyan Metallogenic Belt, one of the world’s important copper and gold regions. The country has 92 known minerals, of which 52 are commercially exploited. According to the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMA), the country’s mineral reserves are estimated to be worth around $8 trillion.

However, rulers of Pakistan are handing over property rights to American companies. On September 8, 2025, Pakistan’s Frontier Works Organisation and Missouri-based US Strategic Metals (USSM) signed two memoranda of understanding focusing on Rare Earth Elements (REEs). Then, on 26 September 2025, Trump met his “favorite field marshal,” who presented him a box of Rare Earth Elements.

Thirdly, to diminish the capabilities of the armed forces of Muslims with respect to the US and its protege in the US, India. The fighters of Afghanistan expelled the US military forces in August 2021. The armed forces of Pakistan brought India to its knees in May 2025, compelling the US to frantically engineer a ceasefire. Indeed, the US can never accept Muslims to be strong in the face of the American crusaders, the Jewish entity and the Hindu State. So Washington is depending on Afghanistan and Pakistan to engage in a prolonged low-intensity conflict (LIC), which will weaken both sides, and drain resources that could be used in fighting the disbelievers and liberating the occupied lands of Muslims.

O Muslims of Pakistan and Afghanistan in General, and Their Ulema and Armed Forces in Particular!

With the nasr (support) of Allah (swt), you jointly ended the hegemony of Soviet Russia, and you can jointly end the weakening hegemony of the US too. When Trump threatens you with “bad things,” you know that his military cannot back up that threat, with the clear evidence of its failure in Iran. Instead, Trump wants you to fight each other, so the US achieves dominance over all of you. So, let your lips utter the fragrant words of brotherhood in Islam, to replace the rotten speech of mutual hatred, on the basis of nationalism and tribalism. Did not Aws and Khazraj abandon revenge and retaliation to please Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saw)? They came together as the Ansar to defeat the hostile disbelievers in Badr, as you must come together to defeat the hostile disbelievers of today. Sever all forms of alliance with the US and the Hindu State, including military cooperation, intelligence sharing, diplomatic missions, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and trade ties. Allah (swt) said,

[الَّذِينَ يَتَّخِذُونَ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِن دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَيَبْتَغُونَ عِندَهُمُ الْعِزَّةَ فَإِنَّ الْعِزَّةَ لِلَّهِ جَمِيعًا]

“Those who take disbelievers for allies instead of believers, do they seek power with them? Verily, then to Allah belongs all power.” [Surah An-Nisa'a 4:139].

Allah (swt) warned us,

[مَا يَوَدُّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَلاَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ أَنْ يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَاللَّهُ يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَاللَّهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيمِ]

“Neither those who disbelieve among the People of the Book nor Al-Mushrikun like that there should be sent down unto you any good from your Lord. And Allah bestows grace upon whom He chooses- for Allah is limitless in His great bounty” [Surah Al-Baqarah 2:105]. Indeed, Allah (swt) has granted you abundant mineral wealth; do not deprive yourselves by handing its property rights over to the disbelievers. The Shariah ruling is that the mineral wealth is public property, whose benefit and price is the property of the entire community (جماعة jama’ah of Muslims. At-Tirmidhi narrated from Abyadh ibn Hammal, «أنه وفد إلى رسول الله ﷺ، فاستقطعه الملح فقطع له، فلما أن ولّى، قال رجل من المجلس: أتدري ما قطعت له؟ إنما قطعت له الماء العِدّ، قال: فانتزعه منه» “That he came to the Prophet ﷺ and asked him to grant him a salt laden land, and he granted it to him. And when he left, one person in attendance with the Prophet ﷺ said, “Do you know what you granted him? You granted him the like of abundant water (‘udd).” He ﷺ then took it away from him.” It is a Shariah obligation upon the Imam of the community (جماعة jama’ah) of Muslims to supervise the mineral wealth of the Ummah, hiring experts to assist its development, whilst ensuring its benefit and price are used for looking after the affairs of the Ummah.

Urge your armed forces and fighters to grant nussrah (military support) for the establishment of Khilafah Rashidah (rightly-guided Caliphate). Indeed, Hizb ut Tahrir knows good of you all, and evil is not expected from any of you. It is time to spend from our lives and property to earn victory and martyrdom, under a Khaleefah Rashid (rightly-guided Caliph)!
