Indeed America will never be able to defeat Islam, the Deen of the Lord of all worlds, nor subdue its people, no matter how great its plotting becomes and no matter how many of the weak in Iman and soul it takes as soldiers for itself—so long as there remains in the Ummah of Muhammad(saw)those who hold fast to their Deen with their molars, adhering to the Prophetic guidance, and work to establish the second Khilafah Rashidah (rightly-guided Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood, confident in the victory of Allah (swt) Who said,
[إِنَّا لَنَنْصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْأَشْهَادُ]
“Indeed, We will support Our messengers and those who believe during the life of this world and on the Day when the witnesses will stand,” [TMQ Surah Ghafir: 51] and in the glad tidings of His Prophet(saw)who said, «ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةٌ عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ»“Then there will be a Khilafah upon the Method of the Prophethood.”

The Khilafah Is What Will Solve the Region’s Problems and Cut Off the Roots of Colonialists Like Barrack
A press release issued by the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir stated: “In addition to the insolence with which America’s special envoy to Syria and Iraq, and its ambassador to Türkiye, Tom Barrack, spoke about the chosen and righteous Prophets of Allah, when he said on Tuesday, 20 October 2026, during his participation in the activities of the Global Security Forum in Doha, the capital of Qatar: “If we look at how many prophets were sent by God to this region... We have 55 Christian prophets, over 100 Islamic prophets, we have another 50 Jewish prophets, and none of them have been able to solve this situation. So, to think that we're going to be able to solve it in just a few years is probably not likely.” His words contain deliberate misinformation and an obscuring of facts that are unmistakable.”
The statement added, clarifying that the Islamic lands were the cradle of civilization, progress, justice, and truth, and a sanctuary for every oppressed and weak person: “The Middle East region and the lands of the Muslims lived through long centuries, more than five times the age of his nation, during which they were a beacon for the entire world and the place toward which all of humanity’s hearts turned. They were the cradle of civilization, advancement, justice, and truth. Every oppressed person sought refuge in them, and every weak person found protection in them. Through their valiant armies and their great principle, they spread goodness and mercy throughout the world. The kings of the West used to plead to send their princely sons to the State of the Khilafah (Caliphate), so that they could learn knowledge, manners, morals, and refined taste there.”
It further stated that our lands deviated from their position of leadership due to the schemes of Barrack's criminal predecessors: “Then came the beginning of the twentieth century, and the entire kafir (disbelieving) West conspired against us to bring down our state and exclude Islam from governance and the international arena, so that capitalism and Western colonialism could take its place. That colonialism had been European, and American colonialism was added to it. They appointed rulers over us from our own skin, but they are their agents; they obey their orders and serve their colonial interests in our lands. So they impoverished our lands and made us suffer the worst torment, all for the sake of pleasing their masters!”
The statement affirmed that: “For America, in whose name the deranged Barrack speaks, is the world’s foremost colonial power, and our rulers owe their loyalty and obedience. Its armies are stationed in our lands to ensure the continued fragmentation, colonization, and subjugation of our lands to them. It has not hesitated to entrench the Jewish entity in the Blessed Land. It occupied Iraq and Afghanistan for more than twenty years, consolidating its colonization of our lands and preventing us from restoring our Khilafah. Then Barrack comes to speak about the region’s problems that need a solution, as though we had problems at all before we saw his face, and the faces of his leaders and other colonialists like him!”
The statement clarified: “Allah sent our master Muhammad (saw) as a Messenger of guidance and light. The Almighty said:
[نَزَّلَ عَلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ بِالْحَقِّ مُصَدِّقاً لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَأَنزَلَ التَّوْرَاةَ وَالإِنجِيلَ]
“He has sent down to you the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, and He sent down the Torah and the Gospel.” [TMQ Surah Aal-i Imran:3]. Thus, humanity was set right, as Islam reached it with its upright message. Humanity only deviated and fell into decline after Islam was fought against and excluded from governance, and colonialism came with its malice and its rotten civilization to scorch the Muslims with it and make them taste the misery of life and the bitterness of humiliation and injustice.”
The press release concluded by emphasizing that: “Nothing will save the region, and the entire world, from the evils of capitalism and the corruption of capitalist rulers and their corrupting influence, except the return of the Second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood, which will restore matters to their proper place and bring goodness back to the region and humanity, and cut off the roots of America and all colonialists. Allah (swt) said,
[إِنَّ الْأَرْضَ لِلَّهِ يُورِثُهَا مَن يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ ۖ وَالْعَاقِبَةُ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ]
“Indeed, the earth belongs to Allah; He causes to inherit it whom He wills of His servants, and the outcome is for the righteous.” [TMQ Surah Al-A‘raf:128].

The Muslim Woman’s Khimar is a Shariah Obligation Not a Matter of Personal Freedom
The hijab is not a matter of personal choice, democratic rights, or human rights, as the West and its followers claim; rather, it is a divine command from the Creator of the heavens and the earth. So whoever wages war against a fard (obligation) from the obligations of Allah(swt),he invites the wrath of Allah(swt)upon himself in this world and the Hereafter.
The Muslims in Azerbaijan are part of a noble global Ummah that will not allow secular tyranny and foreign Western influences to dissolve it. History has taught us that any system that has attempted to eradicate Islam has itself ultimately collapsed.
The true protection of the honor of the Muslim woman, and the guarantee of establishing a society in which Islam is practiced in its entirety, is not achieved by pleading to obtain rights from puppet regimes that are complicit with the enemies of Islam, but rather by the return of true Islamic leadership. For it is the rightly-guided Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood that will sever ties with the enemies, implement the Shariah of Allah(swt), expel tyranny, and liberate Muslims all over the world from rulers who wage war on their Deen.
Know that victory is for Islam, and the downfall of the oppressive regimes is only a matter of time. So return to the commands of Allah(swt)before disgrace overtakes you in this world and punishment in the Hereafter,
[وَاللَّهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَى أَمْرِهِ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ]
“And Allah is predominant over His affair, but most of the people do not know” [TMQ Surah Yusuf: 21].

In opposition to the law enacted by the criminal regime of Ilham Aliyev in Azerbaijan—which bars women and girls from entering schools while wearing the hijab—and in solidarity with our sisters and daughters there, Hizb ut Tahrir in the Netherlands sent a delegation to the Azerbaijani Embassy in The Hague on Monday, October 19, 2026. The delegation delivered a message to the ambassador stating that this unjust law constitutes an act of oppression against our people in Azerbaijan. It further noted that even secularism—the very system the Aliyev regime boasts of implementing—does not justify such legislation. This measure serves only the interests of the disbelieving, colonialist West in its war against Islam and its religious observances. The true solution to the problems facing Azerbaijan, and the entire Muslim Ummah, lies in implementing the Sharia (law) of Allah Almighty and resuming an Islamic way of life under a Caliphate established upon the methodology of the Prophethood. The conduct of these tyrants is truly astonishing. They rule over lands where the vast majority of the population are Muslims—people who yearn to be governed by Islam and to live according to its precepts. It is only natural for women in these societies to seek a life of dignity and chastity, which includes wearing the attire that Allah (swt) has commanded. Yet, these tyrants make life difficult for them, actively pushing them toward corruption. While Muslim women are prevented from wearing modest clothing—and are even barred from entering schools if they choose to do so—the doors are thrown wide open for licentious and corrupt women to spread vice and immorality. Is there any solution, then, other than to rid ourselves of this corrupt ruling clique and establish the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) upon the ruins of their regime?

Hizb ut Tahrir in Malaysia: A Protest in Front of the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Ampang, Selangor
Hizb ut Tahrir / Malaysia (HTM) has condemned the Azerbaijani government’s imposition of restrictions on the wearing of the hijab in educational institutions, which has reportedly led to Muslim students and teachers being barred from entering schools. HTM characterized these measures as a clear manifestation of the secular regime’s hostility toward Sharia (Islamic law).
The protest was voiced during a peaceful demonstration held in front of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Ampang, Selangor, on 23/10/2026 Friday morning, attended by approximately 100 participants. Beginning around 10:30 AM, participants carried banners and placards denouncing the hijab restrictions and expressing solidarity with Azerbaijani Muslim women.
Ustadh Dr. Muhammad Abu al-Ain commenced the proceedings by reading the protest memorandum in English, addressed directly to the Azerbaijani government. The memorandum questioned the regime's stance of treating the wearing of the hijab as though it posed a threat to education, emphasizing that it is an obligation commanded by Allah (swt).
The memorandum further demanded an immediate repeal of the hijab restrictions targeting Muslim students and teachers, urging that their rights be restored without requiring them to compromise their religious duties.
HTM Spokesperson Ustadh Abdul Hakim Othman, speaking at the close of the event, explained that the delegation's effort to submit the memorandum proved unsuccessful as the embassy gates remained locked, with no representative coming forward to receive the document.

Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Türkiye: Events Protesting the Ban on the Khimar in Azerbaijani Schools!
At the call of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Türkiye, Muslims gathered in the Tuesday 13/10/2026 evening outside the Azerbaijani Embassy in Ankara and the Azerbaijani Consulate in Istanbul to protest the ban imposed by the Aliyev regime on the headscarf, which is one of the obligations of Islam.
The press statement included a message addressed to the Aliyev regime, the friend of the Jewish entity: “You have sought to disregard the faith-steeped history of these lands, conquered centuries ago by the Companions of the Prophet, and the sacred values of the true sons and daughters of this ummah. We know of your hostility toward Islam from your friendship with the occupying Jewish entity that is brutally killing our brothers and sisters in Gaza. Today, under the name of ‘secularism,’ you are inflicting on believers in these lands the same repression and oppression that the Soviet atheist regime inflicted yesterday. You cannot remove the crown of dignity that Allah has placed upon our women’s heads through bans imposed to please a handful of your Western masters! We will never allow you to do so.”
Then the statement addressed the ruling Justice and Development Party, which had not issued any statement regarding the ban, saying: “If the headscarf is one of your values, why have you not said a single word about the oppression over headscarves in Azerbaijan? Why this silence? Is remaining silent in the face of injustice not the conduct of a mute devil? Is the headscarf no longer a value that deserves to be defended loudly? What happened to your brotherhood and kinship? You ignored the atrocities in East Turkestan. You did nothing to secure the liberation of Muslims in Gaza. Will you now abandon the Muslims who were abandoned yesterday at the Boraltan Bridge? Will you once again sacrifice the values of Muslims for petty worldly interests, as you always have? If so, we say to you in the words of the Messenger of Allah: ‘If you feel no shame, do as you wish.’”
And at the conclusion of the statement, it addressed the Aliyev regime, saying: “O oppressive Aliyev regime, our final word to you is this: Keep your hands off the hijab of our Muslim sisters. Revoke this ban immediately! Trust neither your throne, nor your masters, nor your henchmen! Fear the wrath of Allah and the uprising of this oppressed ummah! Today there may be no leader to put a stop to your arrogance and oppression. But tomorrow, when the Rightly Guided Caliphate State is established, an accounting will be demanded for all the oppression committed against Islam and Muslims.”

On Tuesday, October 27, 2026, Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Tunisia organized a stand in front of the military court in Bab Saadoun, Tunis, the capital, in support of Ust. Muhammad al-Nasser Shweikha, Member of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Tunisia, in condemnation of the criminal case brought against him by the military court about a year and a half ago, as a result of which he has been in prison since then, on the grounds of a newspaper article he wrote for Al-Tahrir Newspaper, in which he warned decision-makers and armies in the Muslim countries against the participation of the United States of America in the periodic military maneuvers that it conducts in Tunisia with North African countries and countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea, considering it a blatant declaration of its enmity towards Muslims in general and our people in Gaza in particular.
A large crowd of people associated with the Zaytuna tradition gathered outside the military court at Bab Saadoun during the trial. A group of defense attorneys spent nearly two hours presenting arguments on behalf of Mr. Mohamed al-Nasser Shweikha. Upon leaving the courtroom, the lawyers stated that what Mr. Shweikha had written did not warrant his appearance before a court of law at all; on the contrary, he had stood up to defend the blood and honor of his nation, driven by a deep, protective concern for his Deen. They questioned how he could be subjected to the harshest penalties—the kind reserved for actual criminals—when his statement was, in fact, a political one that should have been addressed through political discourse rather than in a military court. They further asserted that this targeting of Mr. Shweikha is, in reality, an attempt to target Hizb ut Tahrir. The following day, a verdict was handed down, sentencing him to two years in prison and imposing a financial fine. This ruling constitutes a flagrant violation and a grave injustice against a man who spoke the truth at a time when the entire political spectrum had fallen silent. He stood to defend the honor of the country and its illustrious history of supporting the cause of Palestine—its mosque, its land, and its virtuous people.

To the Muslims in Pakistan and Afghanistan: Just as You Ended Soviet Domination, End American Domination
O Muslims in Pakistan and Afghanistan: By the help of Allah (swt), you ended together the domination of Soviet Russia, and you are also able to end together the domination of America. And when Trump threatens you, you know that his army cannot back that threat with force, and the clear proof of that is its failure in Iran. Instead, he wants you to fight each other, so that his country achieves domination over you all.
Sever all forms of alliance with America and India, including military cooperation, intelligence sharing, diplomatic missions, foreign direct investment, and trade relations. Allah (swt) said,
[الَّذِينَ يَتَّخِذُونَ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِنْ دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَيَبْتَغُونَ عِنْدَهُمُ الْعِزَّةَ فَإِنَّ الْعِزَّةَ لِلَّهِ جَمِيعاً]
“Those who take disbelievers as allies instead of the believers—do they seek with them power? But indeed, all power belongs to Allah.” [TMQ Surah An-Nisa: 139]. And Allah (swt) has warned us with His saying,
[مَا يَوَدُّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَلَا الْمُشْرِكِينَ أَنْ يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَاللَّهُ يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَاللَّهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيمِ]
“Neither those who disbelieve from the People of the Scripture nor the polytheists wish that any good should be sent down to you from your Lord. But Allah selects for His mercy whom He wills, and Allah is the possessor of great bounty.” [TMQ Surah Al-Baqarah: 105].
Urge your armed forces and your fighters to give victory to Hizb ut Tahrir for the establishment of the second Khilafah Rashidah (rightly-guided Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood. The pioneer Hizb ut Tahrir, who does not lie to its people, knows that there is goodness in all of you. The time has come to expend our lives and our wealth to attain victory or martyrdom under the leadership of the rightly-guided Khaleefah (Caliph).
