Rulers of Pakistan Restrain Our Willing Armed Forces through the Ceasefire on the Line of Control
On 24 June 2023, the army’s media wing condemned “Indian Army unprovoked firing,” which led to the martyrdom of two civilians. Oppression and occupation by tyrants never ends until they are expelled by force. Allah (swt) said,
[وَاقْتُلُوهُمْ حَيْثُ ثَقِفْتُمُوهُمْ وَأَخْرِجُوهُم مِّنْ حَيْثُ أَخْرَجُوكُمْ]
“And kill them wherever you overtake them and expel them from wherever they have expelled you.” [TMQ Surah Al-Baqarah 2:191]. We must resolve never to fall for the deceptions of the rulers. We must resolve to only do what Allah (swt) has ordered. However, the commands of Allah (swt) will only be followed by the state that is established on the basis of the Deen of Allah (swt), fully implementing Islam. This state is the Khilafah (Caliphate) upon the Method of Prophethood. The Khilafah will respond to the calls of the oppressed.

The Khilafah on the Method of Prophethood Will Liberate Pakistan from the Sin and Ruin of Riba (Interest)
On 26 June 2023, the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) announced an increase of the interest rate to 22 percent. The flagrant sinning of this regime has exceeded all limits, in making Halal what Allah (swt) has made Haram. Did the Government of Pakistan not notice the ruin, destruction and the absence of blessings from the projects that are established on riba (interest)? Did it not see the collapse of the economy, the spread of poverty and the fall of the Rupee against all foreign currencies, as a result of applying the capitalist system based on legalizing interest? It was narrated that Jabir said,«لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم آكِلَ الرِّبَا وَمُؤْكِلَهُ وَكَاتِبَهُ وَشَاهِدَيْهِ وَقَالَ هُمْ سَوَاءٌ» “The Messenger of Allah (saw) cursed the accepter of usury (Riba) and its payer, and one who records it, and the two witnesses, and he said: They are all equal”. (Narrated by Muslim).

End the Alliance with the United States, Which Weakens Pakistan before India
On 26 June 2023, a demarche of protest was conveyed to the U.S. Deputy Chief of Mission, regarding the US-India Joint Statement, issued on 22 June 2023. Why? Far from being a source of strength by which to counter India's regional mischief, alliance with America is the root cause of our being progressively weakened before India. An alliance with any openly belligerent enemy guarantees nothing other than repeated betrayal.
O Muslim Officers of Pakistan’s Armed Forces! In such a situation it is not enough for you to support the Khilafah project with word alone for it is the only true means of strength and security from our enemies. No, the word is not good enough, when the deed is required. Answer the call of Hizb ut Tahrir to fulfill your duty to grant Nussrah (support) for the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood.

Hostile States Incite Muslims to Fight Muslims, Whilst the Kuffar Occupy Their Lands
On 27 June 2023, the Day of Arafah, an intense fire exchange took place between security forces and tribal fighters, resulting in the loss of three Muslim lives. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, «قَتْلُ الْمُؤْمِنِ أَعْظَمُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ مِنْ زَوَالِ الدُّنْيَا»“Killing a believer is more grievous before Allah than the extinction of the whole world.” [An-Nasa’i]. It is the US and India that incite the war of Fitna in the tribal regions. It is the Khilafah alone that will tear up all ties with the hostile states, closing their spying diplomatic missions, expelling their mischievous personnel and uprooting their disruptive presence on Muslim Lands. It is the Khilafah alone that will raise and motivate the Ummah upon Islam, rather than acting as a policeman for the West in its war against Islam.

Burning of the Noble Quran Will Only Stop Upon the Warning of a Khaleefah like Abdul Hameed II, Not Empty Condemnation by the Agent Rulers of Muslims
Swedish authorities allowed burning of the Noble Quran on the blessed day of Eid-ul-Adha. The staff of the Muslim rulers drafted routine condemnations that have no weight. This is the value of the Noble Quran in the current neo-colonialist order, based on nation states. The crusader West knows that there is no Khaleefah Abdul Hameed II, whose warning of military response was enough to stop the two major world powers of the time, France and Britain, from violating Islam’s sanctities. Every single painful violation underlines the need for establishing the Second Khilafah Rashidah on the Method of Prophethood. O Crusaders! Soon the Muslim armies will be ready for battle, under a Khaleefah, to avenge any violation, swiftly and powerfully.

The Staff Level Agreement with the IMF for a Riba (Interest) Loan is in the Interest of the Rulers, not the Masses
It is an ‘Islamic democracy’ in which the Finance Minister tweets “Alhamdulillah”, when a deal is struck with the IMF, that invites open war from Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saw). This system, which limps on the crutches of loans, has come to the point that avoiding default for a few months is being celebrated with joy. Being trapped in usurious loans is being shown as an Eid gift. At the end of this stand-by agreement, the next IMF agreement is inevitable. So the people of Pakistan will continue to grind in the mill of the IMF in the coming years.
The Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood will refuse to pay interest on all loans. It will pay the principal amount from the looted wealth of the current and former rulers and government officials. It will unify the lands of Muslims and its resources to provide interest-free loans to the poor countries of the world, to facilitate their entry into Islam, and destroy the current capitalist world order.

Successive Rulers Have Borrowed from the IMF 23 Times. Yet the Current Rulers Are Falsely Claiming It is the Last Time
Successive rulers of Pakistan have taken loans from the IMF for 22 times, between 1958 and 2019. On 30 June 2023, the current rulers pleaded with the IMF to fill the begging bowl. They begged the US Ambassador Donald Blome, and even asked the President of Sri Lanka for a recommendation. These borrowers of interest (riba) loans from the IMF, who compromise the country’s sovereignty, have turned Pakistan into an international beggar. It is the democratic capitalist system that has ruined a resource-rich country like Pakistan. InshaaAllah, the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood will soon be established. It will transform Pakistan into a strong industrialized, self-sufficient and powerful state, by implementing Islamic Shariah laws. It will ensure distribution of the country’s resources and wealth. Indeed, the complete blueprint for the Khilafah is ready for implementation.
