China Wages War on Muslims in East Turkestan, Whilst the Rulers Embrace It Economically

On 6 July, the Foreign Office declared, “Both Pakistan and China remain committed to continued expansion and development of CPEC.” China is no less criminal, belligerent and hostile to Islam and Muslims than the other colonialist countries, such as America, Russia, Britain and France. However, the regime turns a blind eye to all of China’s crimes, due to its indifference towards the victims and its lack of sincerity for the Ummah. Indeed, it does not care about the Ummah’s calamities, as it does not belong to it at all. These rulers are as Allah ﷻ said,

[خَتَمَ اللَّهُ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ وَعَلَى سَمْعِهِمْ وَعَلَى أَبْصَارِهِمْ غِشَاوَةٌ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ]

“Allah has sealed their hearts and their hearing, and their sight is covered. They will suffer a tremendous punishment.” [TMQ Surah al-Baqarah 2:7]

Losing Hope in the Oppressive Liberal Economic World Order is an Obligation Not a Sin

At the National Seminar on Food Security and Agriculture, on 10 July 2023, Gen Asim Munir stated that “losing hope was a sin for a Muslim.” Losing hope in Allah ﷻ and His Deen is indeed a sin. However, losing hope in the current economic world order is another matter entirely. It is the current world order that has weakened the lands of Muslims economically by dividing them into fifty seven small states. The current world order ensures each small state is crippled by interest payments, such that Muslims risk drowning to escape poverty. The Muslims must put their hope in the ruling system that Allah ﷻ obliged for them, the Khilafah. The Khilafah will unify the lands of Muslims as a vast, single powerful state that will cover three continents.

The Public Opinion in Pakistan Favors Islam. It is Upon the People of Power to Deliver

In a survey issued on 7 July 2023, by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, 97% of Pakistanis perceive themselves as religious. The attachment of Muslims in Pakistan Islam has been strong for some time. A survey supported by the US Department of Homeland Security and conducted by the University of Maryland between December 2006 and February 2007, revealed that the majority of Muslims in Pakistan held a goal “to unify all Islamic countries into a single Islamic state or Caliphate (Khilafah).” Public opinion is not an obstacle to the return of the Khilafah. The current rulers of the Muslims prevent the Islamic expression by force and oppression. It is up to the armed forces to remove the rulers, who no longer represent the Ummah. The sincere military armed forces must give their Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir for the re-establishment to the Khilafah.

Pakistan Needs Khilafah, Not Loans and State Bank Deposits Based in Interest

After interest-based deposits and loans from the IMF and Arab states, the rulers are celebrating as if they have freed Kashmir from the clutches of the Hindu state. Interest-based funding will neither free Pakistan from colonialist control nor bring any prosperity. Removing bureaucratic hurdles through the military-assisted Green Pakistan Initiative cannot solve the problems of the capitalist system. Pakistan’s cancer is a state and system based on Western ideas. Nothing less than the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood will rid us of this cancer. Allah ﷻ said,

[وَاَطِیْعُوا اللّٰهَ وَرَسُوْلَهٗ وَلَا تَنَازَعُوْا فَتَفْشَلُوْا وَتَذْهَبَ رِیْحُكُمْ]

“And obey Allah and His Messenger, and do not quarrel with one another lest you should lose courage and your power depart.” [TMQ Surah Al-Anfal 8:46]

Democracy Ensures the Ruin of Karachi. The Khilafah Alone Can Save Karachi

The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) has ranked Pakistan’s largest city, Karachi, among the top five ‘least livable’ urban centres in the world. Karachi is ranked 169th out of a total of 173 cities. Karachi is the only city in Pakistan included in the index. The main cause of the ruling crisis in Karachi is the federal system of government, democracy and its electoral politics. In democracy, the importance of a province or a city is determined by its weight in electoral politics. Thus, in democracy, politicians do not care beyond the constituency that forms their particular tier of government. Unlike democracy, in the Khilafah system, the Khaleefah is responsible before Allah ﷻ for all citizens, whether they are in a city under an Amil, or a wilayah under a wali.

Increasing Foreign Direct Investment is Not a Game Changer

On 13 July 2023, first meeting of the Executive Committee of the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) took place. High-ranking civil and military officials attended the meeting. However, it is not a game changer, it is more of the same. Foreign Direct Investment has been occurring since the sixties of the last century, under various names. It only increases the dominance of the private sector over energy, minerals and heavy industry. Consequently, the state treasury is deprived of potential revenue and remains dependent on loans. The Khilafah will develop energy and minerals itself, so that it can spend on the public needs from their large revenues. The Khilafah will establish substantial heavy industry to secure large revenues from their sales, in order to spend on the Shariah obligations.

End the Harmful Division of Muslims by Re-Establishing the Khilafah

On 15 July 2023, the army chief was briefed on the recent attack on Zhob garrison. Muslims are killing Muslims due to the US policy to trap Pakistan Army in a war within the tribal region. The military leadership is sacrificing precious soldiers in the tribal areas, whilst preventing their mobilization for the liberation of Occupied Kashmir. The solution to the war of fitna is to re-establish the Khilafah on the Method of Prophethood. It will end division due to tribal and racial partisanship. It will unify Muslims as one state and one force against their real enemies. It will remove all US and Indian influence within the region. Allah ﷻ said,

[وَأَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَلاَ تَنَازَعُوا فَتَفْشَلُوا وَتَذْهَبَ رِيحُكُمْ]

“Obey Allah ﷻ and His Messenger ﷺ and do not dispute with one another, or your strength will dissipate.” [TMQ Surah al-Anfaal 8:46].
