Diyarbakır Conference "Legacy of Sheikh Saed"

On the occasion of the 99th anniversary of the martyrdom of Sheikh Saeed Biran al-Kurdi, Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Turkiye organized a conference in the conference room of the Salahuddine Al-Ayoubi Masjid, in the city of Diyarbakir entitled,

"Legacy of Sheikh Saed"

Whereby during these days the sincere believers ask Allah to have mercy upon sheikh al Mujahed Saed Biryan Efendi and his comrades that were martyred along with him under the verdicts of the Secular Independence courts on June 29th, 1925.

The conference's speeches addressed the revolution of Sheikh Saeed Biran al-Kurdi and his comrades against Mustafa Kamal who usurped the Sultan from the Islamic ummah and denounced the true sharia's supremacy by the abolition of the Khilafah System, replacing it with the infidel secular system. It was then obligatory to overthrow him by sword to restore sovereignty to the sharia and return the sultan to the ummah, consequently he and his comrades attained martyrdom, as we consider them so, and we do not sanctify anybody before Allah.
