Hizb ut Tahrir in the Wilayah of Pakistan held demonstrations across Pakistan in remembrance of the Fall of the Khilafah "Caliphate". Participants held banners and placards declaring “Khilafah "Caliphate" is the Shield of the Muslims” and “O Pakistan Armed Forces! Mobilize Now, Liberate Palestine”.

The crisis of the Rohingya Muslims worsened with reports of thousands of them being left afloat at the Andaman Sea by human trafficking syndicates in the past days. They reportedly travelled from their hidden transit in Thailand to seek shelter in Malaysia and Indonesia.
