The speech below was delivered in most of the central mosques in the West Bank following Friday prayers immediately, in the wake of the targeting by the Palestinian Authority (PA) to our regular study circle in the Grand Beera Mosque. The PA has targeted this study circle for the past two years, through distortions and obstruction, but all their attempts failed, Alhamdulilah.
During the last two weeks, the PA intensely targeted the study circle and mobilized its thugs to stop it; we mobilized our best men so that we can hold the study circle. On the first Saturday more than 100 of our members were arrested, mostly from the Jerusalem area, they were subsequently released two days after their arrest but their identification cards were withheld to further harm them. So we issued a statement which was distributed throughout the areas and we made an arrangement to mobilize people to attend the study circle. On the day of the study circle the PA mobilized its thugs once again; they stormed the mosque and arrested nearly 150 of our members and released 100; but 50 members are still detained. They beat the members, violated the sanctity of the mosque, and cursed Allah, may Allah destroy them, how are they deluded? We were determined to teach them a lesson throughout the country; so we delivered the attached speech in most of the central Mosques after Friday prayers, this measure struck the PA like a thunderbolt as a result they arrested 12 of our members on the background of the speech. However what is gratifying was the people's attitudes and their embracement of our members in more than one location, most notably what took place in Othman Mosque in Tulkarem, where a worshiper swiftly stood up and passed through the people towards our brother who was delivering the speech when he saw an operative of the Preventive Security Service targeting him and wanted to stop the speech. The worshiper stopped the operative and asked him why does he want to stop the brother while he is speaking the word of truth? He challenged him and said, "You will not arrest him except over my dead body", then he shouted to the people: "... O people, O youth protect the Sheikh... Protect this young man". The Mosque erupted against the security agents who left in humiliation by the grace of Allah.
We now have 11 members detained even though they were bailed to be released next Sunday; 53 members are detained and their bail is subject to consideration; we ask Allah that they will be released soon. Today 12 members were arrested and we ask Allah to give them protection and give them a strong foothold.
The following is the text of the speech:
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
Alhamdulillah who revealed in His Book:
وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنْ مَنَعَ مَسَاجِدَ اللَّهِ أَنْ يُذْكَرَ فِيهَا اسْمُهُ وَسَعَى فِي خَرَابِهَا أُولَئِكَ مَا كَانَ لَهُمْ أَنْ يَدْخُلُوهَا إِلَّا خَائِفِينَ لَهُمْ فِي الدُّنْيَا خِزْيٌ وَلَهُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ
"And who are more unjust than those who prevent the name of Allah from being mentioned in His mosques and strive toward their destruction. It is not for them to enter them except in fear. For them in this world is disgrace, and they will have in the Hereafter a great punishment" [Al-Baqara: 114]
Peace and blessings are upon the Messenger of Allah and upon his family and companions and those who follow him,
O People in the Blessed Land:
Are worshipers and Dawah carriers beaten in the houses of Allah?
Was Allah's name cursed in the Mosques of the Rahman?
Were the sanctities of Islam violated in the most beloved places to Allah?
No one with a hint of Taqwa dares to commit such crimes.
((ذَلِكَ وَمَنْ يُعَظِّمْ شَعَائِرَ اللَّهِ فَإِنَّهَا مِنْ تَقْوَى الْقُلُوبِ))
"That [is so]. And whoever honors the symbols of Allah - indeed, it is from the piety of hearts." [al-Hajj: 32]
The Palestinian Authority and its security agencies and its Endowments Minister who filled the air with his corruption targeted the study circle in the Grand Beera Mosque in which Allah's name is glorified and remembered; the good is enjoined and the evil is forbidden. They targeted it with utmost snobbery and oppression; they violated the sanctities of the houses of Allah by storming the Mosque, beating the worshipers, arresting the Dawah carriers, and cursing Allah inside the Mosque; one of the satans of the security agents who was beating a dawah carrier said, "Glorify Hubbal." (the idol of the Jahilliiya period)
Allahu Akbar... How great is their criminality!
Allahu Akbar... How great is their animosity to Allah!
Allahu Akbar... How great is their oppression to His (swt) slaves!
O People in the Blessed Land - Palestine:
These mosques built with your efforts and money so that Islam is glorified in them and the call in them is for Allah alone, the platforms of truth and proclamation of Islam, must be prevented from the control of the Palestinian Authority and its Endowments.
You are responsible before Allah (swt) for this Blessed land and responsible before Allah for the mosques which Allah (swt) wanted His Name to be remembered in them.
فِي بُيُوتٍ أَذِنَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تُرْفَعَ وَيُذْكَرَ فِيهَا اسْمُهُ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُ فِيهَا بِالْغُدُوِّ وَالْآصَالِ، رِجَالٌ لَا تُلْهِيهِمْ تِجَارَةٌ وَلَا بَيْعٌ عَنْ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ وَإِقَامِ الصَّلَاةِ وَإِيتَاءِ الزَّكَاةِ يَخَافُونَ يَوْمًا تَتَقَلَّبُ فِيهِ الْقُلُوبُ وَالْأَبْصَارُ
"[Such niches are] in mosques which Allah has ordered to be raised and that His name be mentioned therein; exalting Him within them in the morning and the evenings. [Are] men whom neither commerce nor sale distracts from the remembrance of Allah and performance of prayer and giving of zakah. They fear a Day in which the hearts and eyes will [fearfully] turn about." [An-Nur: 36-37]
In light of this crime we emphasize the following:
1. The pursuit of the Palestinian Authority to silence voices and to prevent the word of truth, especially in mosques in order to implement the dictates of America and the Jews will not earn them but shame in this life and painful punishment in the Afterlife.
2. The Dawah carriers from Hizb ut Tahrir will continue to call to Allah and vow to die for Islam hoping to achieve the status of the master of martyrs Hamza (may Allah be pleased with him).
3. This mosque is Islam's refuge and by the help of Allah will remain the voice of truth even if the oppressors detest it.
4. The roots of Islam is engrained in the Blessed land; and the crimes of America and the Jews and the crimes of Palestinian Authority will not prevent the dawn of Islam and will not silence the Dawah carriers, but these crimes drive them to struggle, sacrifice and challenge. We are due for Allah's victory and the destruction of the oppressors.
((إِنَّا لَنَنْصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْأَشْهَادُ، يَوْمَ لَا يَنْفَعُ الظَّالِمِينَ مَعْذِرَتُهُمْ وَلَهُمُ اللَّعْنَةُ وَلَهُمْ سُوءُ الدَّارِ))
"Indeed, We will support Our messengers and those who believe during the life of this world and on the Day when the witnesses will stand * The Day their excuse will not benefit the wrongdoers, and they will have the curse, and they will have the worst home." [Ghafir: 51-52]
O Allah we ask you for a near respite and great victory ridding the Ummah of Muhammad from the oppression and the oppressors and liberating the Al-Aqsa Mosque and all Muslim land from the abomination of the unbelievers.
O Allah we ask you for a Khilafah "Caliphate" upon the method of the Prophethood, it is Your promise and Your promise is true, Alhamdulilahi Rab Al-Alameen
