Abbottabad Commission Report: Traitors in the Political and Military Leadership have Sold Pakistan's Sovereignty to America

  • Published in Politics
  •   |

Event:

On 8th July 2013, Aljazeera published the report of Abbottabad Commission on its website. The report was constituted to probe the incident of the American attack on Abbottabad on 2nd May 2011. So far the Kayani-Sharif regime has not denied the content of this leaked report. Instead, it has started to investigate who has leaked and how it is has been leaked. This leaked report has sparked again the discussion regarding who was responsible for the 2nd May incident.

Comment:

Hizb ut Tahrir was the first party which placed the responsibility of this terrible incident directly on General Kayani and his touts present in the political and military leadership. In a country where even after the incidents of Abbottabad and Salala, most of the analysts and intellectuals still afraid to name the responsible, Hizb forthrightly informed the people of Pakistan of the real culprits, with out any fear of oppression. Kayani and traitors in the political and military leadership are so feared that even the Commission did not place the responsibility directly on them, but used subtle language through which everyone can understand who are the real culprits.

There is no doubt that Hizb ut Tahrir is the one who has the right to represent the people and claim their leadership, because it alone did not fear Kayani and his thugs. Moreover, Hizb ut Tahrir started a country-wide campaign against his treachery and until today is exposing his crimes with courage. Hizb paid the price of its bravery willingly and still pays it without regret, for the reward of accounting the tyrant lies with Allah (swt). When Hizb exposed the treachery of Kayani, three of its members from Islamabad and two from Rahim Yar Khan were abducted by his thugs. They were tortured severely and kept in captivity, with physical and mental torture, for between four and nine months. And then in May 2012 the Official Spokesman of Hizb ut Tahrir in Pakistan, Naveed Butt, was abducted and remains missing until today. This is in addition to the scores of arrests and attempted arrests, persecution of the Shabaab, to the point of pressurizing their employees to fire them from their jobs. Yet, despite of this oppression, Kayani could not succeed in lightening or silencing the bold voice of Hizb ut Tahrir and its Shabaab.

The report of the Abbotabad Commission has proven the stance and conviction of Hizb ut Tahrir that the real problem which Pakistan faces to day is the American Raj. This American Raj has rendered the security of Pakistan and its people to a mockery.  Unfortunately even today the real culprit in this incident, General Kayani, is not only the oath-breaking head of Pakistan's armed forces, he is working to secure another extension or promotion as a five star general, for his shameful loyalty to his American masters.

The report of the Commission has also proven the stance of Hizb ut Tahrir that America is our enemy therefore we can not treat an enemy as a friendly nation. The need of the hour is that the sincere officers in the armed forces must provide Nussrah (support) to Hizb ut Tahrir for the establishment of Khilafah "Caliphate", so the traitors within the political and military leadership can be uprooted, American diplomatic missions and bases closed, diplomatic and intelligence officials kicked out of the country and the Raymond Davis network shall be demolished. Only by doing so will the security and sovereignty of Pakistan and its people be guaranteed.

The West Turns Malala Yusufzai into a Phenomenon to Further its Own Interests!

News:

In a speech at the United Nations on her 16th birthday, Malala Yousafzai, who was shot in the head by the Taliban for promoting education for girls in Pakistan, called on world leaders to provide "free, compulsory education" for every child.

She was greeted by U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon of South Korea. He introduced her to the youth assembly. "By targeting Malala, extremists showed what they feared the most: a girl with a book," Mr. Ki-Moon said. "Malala is calling on us to keep our promises - invest in young people and put education first."

Gordon Brown, the former British Prime Minister and now United Nations Special Envoy for global education, also introduced Ms. Yousafzai and helped organize what was being called the Malala Day event at the U.N. [The New York Times]

Comment:

1. The West whose hands are filled with Muslims' blood always kills the victims then walks in their funeral procession. Western freedom regards women as a commodity which is bought and sold that is devoid any sense of human dignity towards women. However, Islam raised the status of women and is a protector for women. This has become the truth for everyone and those who call for "freedom" and "equal rights as men" and this reality has infuriated the West making it feel and look envious of Muslim women; even though Muslim women are not living in an Islamic society. Due to this they go ahead with their crimes with their agents and companies like Blackwater killing in Muslim countries for example, Pakistan. The West sends Blackwater to adhere these crimes towards Muslims to justify their crusade against Muslims as they are backwards, barbaric, and murderers. The West justifies its killings to the world that it is ridding humanity from these barbaric.

2. The illiterate number of Pakistani men, women, and children are 55 million, which is nearly one third of the population. Why is it that the United Nation is not working to solve this problem, but rather focuses to teach only Malala? It has enough in its budget to send drone attacks on Swat Valley and tribal areas where Malala lives, but does not have enough to solve the illiteracy problem in Pakistan!

3. More than 85 thousand people last year petitioned for Malala Yusufzai to receive the Nobel Peace Prize. Times magazine chose her to be the second person for the title of "Person of the Year." What is the secret regarding Malala's adoptive issue by the West and its puppets in the Muslim world, and those who celebrate? It certainly is not for the support of knowledge and education for girls; if so what is the benefit of knowledge without work where unemployment rate among Pakistani graduates continue to rise? It has exploited Malala's case, which was fabricated by the West itself; in order to remove Muslim women's chastity from conservative areas and distort the image of Islam and its civilization in front of Muslims and non-Muslims after Western civilization has been exposed where Westerners now look for an alternative. Therefore, the beneficiaries of the corrupt capitalistic regime and the pro-Western work effortlessly to distort the image of Islam's civilization and delay , if they can, people looking at Islam as an alternative civilization. Islam threatens the existence of capitalists who make their living off of people's blood.

The Answer to the Question: Removing the Hijab in the Presence of the Paternal Uncle of the Father and Maternal Uncle of the Mother to Nur Al-Khilafah

  • Published in Q&A
  •   |

Question:

As-Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakaatuhu

Is it permissible for a woman to remove her Hijab in the presence of the paternal uncle of the father and the maternal uncle of the mother?

Barakallahu Feek, My Noble Brother

Answer:

Wa Alaikumu Assallam Wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakaatuhu,

Allah (swt) says:

"Prohibited to you [for marriage] are your mothers, your daughters, your sisters, your father's sisters, your mother's sisters, your brother's daughters, your sister's daughters..." [An-Nisaa 23]

So the daughters of his brother are forbidden to him (in marriage) and the daughters of the sons of his brother to the entire chain other than that so it includes the daughters of the daughters of his brother and the daughters of the daughters of the sons of his brother and the daughters of the daughters of the daughters of the sons of his brother and so forth. Therefore the paternal uncle of the father of the woman is from the woman's Mahaarim (Those prohibited in marriage) because she is the daughter of the son of his brother.

In the same way the man is forbidden from the daughters of his sister and the daughters of the sons of his sister and the entire chain other than that i.e. the daughters of the daughters of the sister of the man and the daughters of the daughters of the sons of his sister and so on. Therefore the maternal uncle of the mother of the woman is from amongst the Mahaarim of the woman because she is the daughter of the daughter of his sister.

Your brother,

Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah

Elementary Textbook Porn in Bogor, Education Minister: School Principal Should Take Responsibilities

  • Published in News & Comment
  •   |

Event:

Jakarta - Education Minister Muhammad Nuh wonders how pornographic material was included in textbooks for elementary students. All parties involved, may be sanctioned.

"I wonder why this book reached the school. Ought not be," Nuh said at the State Palace, Veteran Street, Jakarta, Thursday (07/11/2013).

Nuh had sent a team in the field to check on how the book can be circulated. Nuh was also surprised by the elementary school principal in Bogor of how he did not selectively choose the books.

"What is clear is that the book should not be circulated. Authors and publishers have responsibilities. Principals have the responsibility, I'll give them sanctions," he said. (detikNews.com, 11 July 2013)

Comments:

Students' textbooks contain destructive ideas and describes prostitute activities are spread at all levels of schools around this country. In this case, the public has protested the contents about pornography in textbooks that have been found in hundreds of schools and become repeated cases. National media has published the same cases at least 5 times during the past six months of this year. There are thousands of destructive books that have been circulated, read and destroyed students' understanding.  But then the education Minister only commented, ‘How can these books are circulated? There would be a sanction for who are involved.'

The one who should be responsible for all aspects related to education actually is the minister, because he is the actual leader of the department. The department should provide correct curriculum for all level of schools, capable headmasters and teachers for each school and also make sure that all facilities including books distributed to school are in line with the goal and curriculum meeting the target. For the one who should receive the first sanction for those cases is the Mister Minister himself. How can he let the case happen and be found many times? Can he be responsible for those students who are the victims of those destructive contents they received?

Moreover, Mister Minister knows better than others that pornography being exposed through television and media has lead to sexual harassment, mass rape, violence and other disgusting acts carried out by teenagers. Will the education department contribute to the number of those disgusting activities instead of generating a devout, piety and qualified generation?

Islam places education as the basic rights for all people to make them devout, educated and capable to have responsibilities as human beings. For the leader-Imam should be responsible for all aspects related to the fulfillment of education rights; not only by general policy but also being responsible for the implementation of the curriculum by means of facilities; books. But today's government is not responsible for all that. They are only responsible in wanting to generate young people capable of earning money so they can pay taxes. That is the reason why the government only paid attention and gave comments when media or public protest in such cases of pornography contents.

It is time for people to realize that Indonesia and all over the world need the implementation of Shariah and the coming of Khilafah "Caliphate" State

US Suggests Egyptian Military may have Averted Civil War:

Egypt may have avoided a civil war this month, US Secretary of State John Kerry said on Wednesday, saying this was one factor to weigh as Washington decides whether to cut off most US aid to the Arab nation. The armed forces deposed Egyptian President Mohamed Mursi on July 3 after huge street protests against his rule, clearing the way for this week's instalment of a new interim cabinet charged with restoring civilian government and reviving the economy. Thousands of Mursi's supporters demonstrated outside the Prime Minister's office and marched through Cairo on Wednesday to denounce the new military-backed administration and show that they had no intention of bowing to army dictates. Under US law, if the United States were to decide that Mursi was ousted in a military coup, or a coup in which the military played a decisive role, it would have to cut off most of the roughly $1.5 billion in annual US aid to Egypt. Kerry repeated the US position that it has not yet made any decision, saying it would take its time, consult its lawyers and get all the facts. "This is obviously an extremely complex and difficult situation," Kerry told reporters in Amman, adding that he would not "rush to judgment". "I will say this: That what complicates it, obviously, is that you had an extraordinary situation in Egypt of life and death, of the potential of civil war and enormous violence, and you now have a constitutional process proceeding forward very rapidly," he added. "So we have to measure all of those facts against the law, and that's exactly what we will do." [Source: Reuters]

Syria: 'Britain Must Be Prepared for War':

Britain must be prepared to go to war if it wants to end the conflict in Syria and keep chemical weapons out of the hands of al Qaeda, the outgoing head of the armed forces has warned. General Sir David Richards, who steps down today as Chief of the Defence Staff, said that if the West wanted to see an end to President Bashar al Assad's regime it would have to step in as it did to end the Gaddafi regime in Libya. He also warned that if the regime suddenly collapsed then Britain "would have to act" to prevent chemical weapons falling into the hands of terror groups. The 61-year-old general said there was "a lack of international consensus" over how to act over Syria but a shared reluctance to see Western boots on the ground. "If you wanted to have the material impact on the Syrian regime's calculations that some people seek, a no-fly zone per se is insufficient. "You have to be able, as we did successfully in Libya, to hit ground targets. "You have to establish a ground control zone. You have to take out their air defences. You also have to make sure they can't manoeuvre - which means you have to take out their tanks, and their armoured personnel carriers and all the other things that are actually doing the damage. "If you want to have the material effect that people seek you have to be able to hit ground targets and so you would be going to war if that is what you want to do." [Source: Sky News]

Pakistan, US Agree to Begin Talks on Civil Nuclear Technology:

Pakistan and the US Tuesday agreed to begin negotiations on civil nuclear technology, media reports said. Finance Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar, addressing a joint press conference along with Elizabeth L. Littlefield, President of Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), here said that both countries agreed in principle to continue dialogue on civil nuclear technology cooperation, said the Associated Press of Pakistan. However, Dar said that no timeline could be given for any future agreement on the issue, it said. Both sides also agreed to enhance cooperation in the energy sector with special focus on development of bio-gas and wind energy to help Pakistan overcome the power crisis. Both sides also discussed investments and cooperation in other sectors. In 2010, the US rebuffed then Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani when he said his country "qualifies" for a civilian nuclear deal with the US, like that with India. The Obama administration then said that such a deal was not part of its talks with Islamabad. [Source: Business Standard]

Drone Attacks in Yemen Hit Mostly Civilians:

US drones' strikes in Yemen nearly tripled last year compared to the year before, from 18 to 53, according to the New America Foundation, a Washington-based think tank. According to the Bureau of Investigative Journalism, there have been up to 154 strikes by US drones in Yemen since 2002 that have killed almost 800 people. But it is mostly civilians who are often injured or killed in these attacks. [Source: Aljazeera]

China Enforces Ramadan Prayer and Fasting Restrictions on Muslims:

Rights groups are calling on the central government to lift restrictions that they say have been preventing Uygurs in the region of Xinjiang from observing Ramadan since the Muslim holy month began. They say Beijing's security crackdowns after recent outbreaks of violence in the restive region have discouraged Muslims from praying at mosques and interfered with their requisite daytime fasting. World Uygur Congress spokesman Dilxadi Rexiti said this week that government officials had entered Uygur homes to provide them with fruit and drinks during daylight hours, when Muslims were supposed to abstain from food, drink and sexual activity. Meanwhile, authorities have banned organised study of religious texts and placed religious venues under close watch, including an "around-the-clock" monitoring of mosques in the northern city of Karamay, the Karamay Daily reported. Dr Katrina Lantos Swett, of the US Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF), said such moves would not alleviate ethnic unrest. "Launched in the name of stability and security, Beijing's campaigns of repression against Uygur Muslims include the targeting of peaceful private gatherings for religious study and devotion," Lantos Swett said. "These abuses predictably have led to neither stability nor security, but rather instability and insecurity." [Source: Muslim Village]
